- Mann (10/5): For a great get away and ease of mind, Hampton Inn is the place to stay! - Location is great, right off of the highway. Rooms are always clean and no smell of smoke or animals. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is my 5th time staying here and I will continue to do so. Rates online are sometimes more than when calling the hotel directly to book. The refrigerator was not working. The microwave was difficult to open and close. Having the option to pick handicap or not would be nice. I'm not handicapped and didn't like taking a room that someone else may have needed. I booked online and did not see the option to not select handicap.

- Gilbert (6/5): - Clean rooms-staff very disconnected, here’s your keys type, not friendly, stayed behind the office. No hellos or asking if things ok. Just very cold, quiet and just stared at you when you saw them. The rooms were fine and the breakfast was good too.

- keepingcool2009 (6/5): Didn’t honor our pre-booked room choice when we arrived -had people talking outside our room next to the elevator late ! - We chose our room and got a digital key through our Hilton Honors App the day before arrival -confirmed. We always book the top floor and away from the elevators as we are light sleepers and early to bed people. When we arrived at our previously indicated time of 5:00, we were told sorry, the room hasn’t been cleaned yet , we put you in another room. Yes you guessed it - lower floor and right next to the elevator. Many chatty people in front of the elevator and our door late at night made for a miserable night’s sleep and a tired driver for the 9 hour drive the next day. Why offer the open room chart for pre arrival booking if you can’t assure your patrons of their choice. Needless to say this hotel won’t be our choice the next trip through Denver.

- Compass542479 (4/5): Surprise extra charge makes it not worth the money - Even though I booked online at a particular price indicating I was traveling with a dog, and then I verbally confirmed at check in what my price would be, I got a surprise $50 extra charge on my bill. Had I known I’d be paying $175 for a night at the most outdated hotel in the area, I would’ve booked somewhere else. The accommodations are fine for the listed $109 plus tax, but this extra charge significantly lowers the value of the stay

- Curiosity37169902668 (10/5): Thumbs up! - We stayed here one night passing through. We arrived late and the check in person was very nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable and room seemed bigger than normal. Hotel was quiet and no traffic noises. I would definitely stay here again.

- Juanita (9/5): Perfect - Everything was incredible, the room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed (toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, mini fridge, microwave, etc.), the breakfast was very good and they have different types of meals (buffet) The wifi never connected us😕

- ChillyB7 (8/5): Good Hotel - Caters to Business Travelers - Hotel is clean and front staff always came through if we needed something. I will say this hotel is more for business than it is a vacation stay. As a Hilton Honors member, I did have to go to the front desk for our travel perk. They did treat us with respect in every interaction. The breakfast is sparse in selection and qty, not a problem for most adults, but if traveling with kids you may have some days where what they put out hasn't cut it. I would stay again if heading back for business, but would probably look elsewhere if I am bringing a family.
- kathycY6838ZD (10/5): Nice place - The room was spacious and clean. I took my mom for a quick visit to see her brother. We were greeted in the morning to a free buffet-style breakfast. It was really good. Fresh fruit, eggs potatoes cereal , waffles and a lot more! Not a lot to do around there if u don’t hv a car. I would recommend and I would stay there again 😁

- Johnson (4/5): Either stop serving food or meet health department regulations - The hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. I would not let people book this hotel until they meet the health and safety requirements for serving food. We had to spend more money to eat elsewhere for breakfast. The beds were not comfortable. Usually I love Hampton Inn but this experience was not what I expected.

- Roxanne (6/5): - We booked this hotel so that we would be close to the hospital where my husband would have to check in early for a procedure. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. However, we had just fallen asleep for the night when the phone in the room rang. The person on the phone was calling from the front desk. They said the computer system went down and they needed to get our information back in before midnight (the time of the call was 11:39). I was half asleep and so confused. I just remember saying why are you calling us so late??? I told this person I will not give you my information over the phone and will be down to the desk to see them in person. The guy was trying to talk to me, but I was mad and hung up on him. I threw on some clothes and my husband and I walked down to the front desk. When we arrive, no one was present. After a few seconds, a young lady came out from behind a desk around the corner. She looked very surprised to see us and asked how she could help us. I told her we had just received a call from the front desk thing that the computers were down and they needed to update our information. She had no idea what we were talking about? It was at that time that she recalled that a man had called the hotel and had been asking for people with names that were not checked into the hotel. So then he was asking for specific rooms. So I asked her why she would have transferred him to our room? She really did not give us an answer to that

- David (9/5): My Go to Place In the Area - The best pet friendly accommodation I have ever used. Breakfast is more than adequate. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower was great. Parking was plentiful. Staff was friendly. I really can't think of anything. Oh yeh, the ice maker on our floor was out of service. Bummer if I had needed ice.
