I never entered the room and would like to be provided a full refund for that "Hilton Hospitality" Experience. I'm done with them. Not getting a room and then driving 30 min to find a new hotel room that i could stay in. Rediculous.

Refused to print a key when my husband was sleeping even though the room was in my name with my credit card. Waited 45 for clean linens. Finally had to go to the front desk for towels. Scratched my leg on the bed corner in the middle of the night 3 times. Very disappointed in the property cleanliness and customer service.

Not to be too picky, but the room appeared to not have been dusted, and the tissue box was empty when we arrived. You owe to yourselves to ensure that the maid service is doing her job. The TV area as well as the coffee machine appeared to have not been cleaned or dusted for days.

- MrsBB0223 (6/5): It was ok - My stay was good, bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough. I’m picky and would prefer things to be as clean as possible, and there were areas of the room with built up dust and overlooked finger prints and streaks. The room is also dated and needs updated. The faux leather of the ottoman is peeling off in multiple places, it should not even be in the room in the condition that it is in, the doors and walls are scuffed, the hard floors are chipped, the baseboards are beat up, the sheets don’t fit the bed, the duvet cover was worn, and the hot water at the sink is non existent. For a Hilton this was kind of a disappointment.

- Pamela (8/5): Beautiful hotel, dirty room. Sad - We were greeted by Renee and she was so kind and friendly and helpful. I had to call her and report that there were crumbs all over the living area. The ottoman was torn to shreds, pleather was coming off of it. It really looked incredibly nasty. There were food stains on the couch and one of the chairs and someone had spilt something on the wall over the sink area and it was dried and nasty. Renee sent someone up from housekeeping and she swept up the crumbs. I really was disappointed in the condition of the room. Growing up, the Hilton was known as a high class hotel. The morning when we left I went to put on some lotion from the main bathroom and the whole bottle fell off the wall! It obviously had been pulled off previously and no one had bothered to fix it. (Or clean it because if they had they would’ve seen it was loose!).

Basic amenities but everything you need plus free water and snacks in your room. The gym is small but has a peleton bike and a treadmill plus free weights. Conveniently located next to a large supermarket and other shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again,

- Sbloscabos (10/5): Wonderful Staff and Enjoyable Stay! - I was in town for an unexpected, extended visit and the Hilton Garden Inn, Austin Landing was a great place for me to stay. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was good, the service was great and the hotel staff were wonderful. AARON – Was very helpful at the front desk. Friendly every day, and helpful when I needed his assistance. He took everything in stride and delivered the best possible customer service experience. BRIAN – Was a very friendly, kind and great bartender and server at the restaurant every day. He was fun to talk to and his service was wonderful. He really knows how to make people feel welcome. JIMBO – Was a wonderful chef who made excellent meals and was flexible in personalizing them as I requested. That was so very helpful. THE FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICES TEAM: Bridget, Karon, Agapi and Nicole – These women helped me with all of my needs during my extended stay, and they did a great job with everything I needed and requested. I found this location convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store. I enjoyed the lobby of the hotel which had big windows and comfortable seating to do work or watch TV. It’s a very inviting hotel that I think everyone would enjoy when staying in that area. This hotel is a lovely place to stay and the people who work there make it special and worthwhile. I really enjoyed it!

- Timothy (4/5): - Room was not serviced. No tissues. Furniture was damaged and patched half assed instead of replaced. Water pressure was lacking.
- Larry (5/5): Passable - Clean Had a problem with my key pad, which made it difficult to get in my room each time I arrived back. I had to call the front desk every time to let me inside my room. I complained, and nothing was done about. Morning, I was leaving the front desk reception, was very rude.
- Kimberly (6/5): - I liked the location. It was fairly quiet. When I arrived there was no one to be found to check me into my room. Extremely short staffed. Front desk personnel seemed to be handling an inordinate number of tasks. Restaurant was closed. Room clean, coffee maker was not. Keurig coffee was old. Breakfast Buffet not included in price of room. Additional charge of 14.95 for breakfast buffet and additional fees apply to buffet items taken. For me, this was not a good value. I prefer to have some amenities included in the price of the room.

- A535BRdavev (10/5): Great staff made made for an excellent wedding weekend - Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking at the Hilton Garden. Want to give a huge shout out to Brian for taking care of me and my family at out rehearsal dinner after party on Friday night. Brain managed to keep our drinks filled, make us laugh, and still serve other patrons outside of our party with a great attitude. Even after the bar closed, Brian made sure that we were all comfortable and taken care of before he left. Thanks for being so welcoming and courteous to me and my family.

- ChelleBelleChitown (10/5): Great stay - The room was clean spacious, nice walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion was available and mounted in the walls. Fridge and microwave available as well as a coffee pot. Easy contactless check in available via app (though room app selected by app was not ready, the front desk quickly found an available room )

- Dan949A (8/5): Great hotel. - This hotel is a very nice property. The front desk and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed but the bartender made us delicious Caesar salads and wings and made a very good martini. If you want the convenience of a full HGI menu, call ahead.
