Good location I have booked for my family, the room was not clean and doors are hard to open and close. bathroom tub was filled with water. When we asked for chnage other room staff could not changed it they said all rooms are filled. room should be cleaned and checked before giving to guests.

Hallways smelled like dead fish. Rooms do not have microwaves and the only ice machine for guests wasn’t working. Also, rooms were not ready for checkin by 3pm on the first day.

Fridge was not cooling much. For the price it was a bit too much. Also if you have a couple kids, may need to bring extra trash bags.

A white couple came in behind us and the next attendant who saw us come in proceeded to help them ..... We eventually received check in service. The blanket on the bed was weirdly lumpy. I think we had a room with water damage it was a mildew smell. I had disinfect spay with me anyway I'm glad.

• James (3/5): Our stay this time at this same location was very different this time. - Clean Hot water issue, elevator issue, at check in room was not ready til 6pm. , it was difficult to scan key at some doors due to out of order, ice machines not working, bathroom lock next to gym and pool was not working, hotel manager was not able to be reached by the staff all weekend. Our surprise was that our room key stopped working at 10 a.m when check out time was at 12 noon.

• ericadV8504SV (10/5): Adam best customer service and Knowledgeable! - We got to the hotel and looks very inviting and warm , had a booking with Expedia , booked two rooms and was only showing one room showed my reservation and receipt and lady (that I will not disclose name ) was like “I have no control over Expedia call them , and of course we were worried it was 3pm and needed the room , no willingness to help basically just trying to get rid of us , then a gentleman walked in by the name of Adam willing to help and ask question trying to figure out how he can help and was reprendended in front of us , which by the way I find very unprofessional! , well short story he found a solution called upper management and resolved great news ! , but while waiting in the lobby the lady kept reprehending Adam in front of of the desk telling him how she should of handled the situation honestly I felt so bad for him he was helpful kind and he was getting in trouble with the front desk manager for helping customers ! I was willing to let that slide , but this morning while having breakfast same lady saw us and I could clearly hear her talking to the kitchen lady about our situation which is a clearly disrespectful thing to do , I mean these are older ladies acting like high schoolers , front desk lady seems nice and kind but has NO idea how to treat customers or situations that are hard to attend Adam you have all our respect for having great customers skills and resolving issues ! To the lady 2 days in a row talking about us and making us feel so uncomfortable when we walked by , everything else else was nice

The receptionist Valerie was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast could have been warmer. Hunter was appalling. The amount of disrespect was disgusting. He actually told me to go change my own sheets after a week of being at the hotel our sheets weren't changed, the room was NEVER cleaned.

• Matthew (1/5): Don't stay here, in Corpus, or TX if you can avoid it - Nothing Our room didn't have pillows, so we asked for some and was told the hotel was out of pillows. The room itself is dirty and smells very strongly like mold. The breakfast area was filthy when I got there in the morning and they didn't even have coffee available.

• crystal (5/5): I'm not complaining cause I slept good. - The location was awesome 👍 thumbs up. The bar that's included on the facility even though I didn't use it is a great amenity. The breakfast that is served in the mornings is also a plus keeping you from having to go out to get breakfast You can just go downstairs in the convenience of the facility. What I did not like was as soon as I entered the second floor getting off the elevators something smelled like dog of course they are dog friendly but even up until getting to my room the smell was still lingering . I would just say an older eliminator would be great for the floor.

• mozzmom (4/5): Great Staff, Poor Property Condition - We stay at Hyatts over 60 nights a year, and unfortunately this was one of our most disappointing stays. The staff was genuinely kind and doing their best, but there are several property issues that really need attention. The elevators shook and had exposed wiring, every ice machine was out of service with no indication of repair, and the rooms are quite outdated. Until these problems are addressed, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

• ERGonzales2021 (10/5): Highly recommend - We stayed here last month and this month. Hotel is clean, smells good, great location amd the young man at the front is a rock star with customer service! Both times we’ve gone, he was there checking us in and was extremely helpful, professional and considerate when we asked him if he could place us in a room to keep an eye on our vehicle. He went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. We will return to this hotel because of he great customer service and professionalism. You don’t find that often anymore these days
