- richard ellis (9/5): - This is my 2nd review in 1 week for this place. Love it. Room, decor, style, location. Pricier than the first visit, although this time room wasn't as plush and didn't have brekky. I hate dynamic pricing. Also ... my wife saw the kettle being removed as she went to the room (I was sorting the return of the hire car). She asked for it returning/ replacing. After a number of requests and a long time, a broken kettle was provided with cups. We requested some tea bags to go with kettle and cups and finally went to restaurant to take ourselves. I had to drop bags with hire car and was told not to stop the car in front of the hotel entrance. Then I asked if they have parking available. They don't. It's a quality hotel, there should be some form of easy parking policy, even if its paid. Both stays noone helped us with bags either checkin or checkout.

В этот раз приехал раньше времени заезда, но меня оперативно заселили. Был всего на один день, но успел воспользоваться услугами спа, что было очень полезно с дороги. Успехов и так держать.

The service was excellent starting from the first day when I arrived very early after a long flight and they let me check in before the time. The receptionists were always very helpful too: Aida and her colleagues always accommodated my requests such as booking Yandex taxis (my app didn't work) and other details. Amazing service. The spa is wonderful too with Hamman, sauna, steam room, pools, and the massages amazing and very good value compared to Western Europe. Look no further and book your stay.

- elmiraa807 (8/5): Great stay however needs renovation - Truly amazing experience. I stayed in a single room which was pretty spacious for me. However, the furniture needs to be renewed. The hotel needs renovation surely. Despite this the staff’s hospitality was very good. They were really nice and welcoming. Housekeeping does their job very well. The priority for me was the location so I was not mistaken. It is at the centre, everything is nearby. Atmosphere was pretty calming. Breakfast time is convenient as well, even had time for SPA. For bonus I got a great view from my room. Even it’s across the road noise was not a problem.

Большие тёплые бассейны, много саун. Здание старинное с интересным интерьером. Доброжелательный персонал, особо благодарны Корхему за приятные беседы и теплое отношение. Нам все понравилось, соотношение цена-качество в сторону качества. Рекомендуем! Номера устарелые и требуют реновации. Но в этом есть и определенный шарм. В номерах нет ни чая, ни кофе. По запросу дают, но не пополняют....

Хороший комфортный номер, хороший ремонт, красивые тематические новогодние украшения в отеле. Просторный ресторан. Есть свой спа-комплекс с бассейнами и хамамом. Недалеко от отеля культовое место съёмок Иглы. В окрестностях в наличии магазины, бары и винотека. Завтрак можно чуть более разнообразить.

Her şey dört dörtlüktü Kritik Eksiklikler ve Güvenlik Uyarıları: Banyo Tesisatı ve Yanık Riski: Banyo dizaynı ve armatürlerin acilen elden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. Musluk başlıklarının yerinden çıkması bir yana, duş esnasında suyun aniden kontrolsüz bir şekilde aşırı kaynar dereceye yükselmesi ciddi bir güvenlik riskidir. Bu durum, vücutta telafisi zor yanık izlerine yol açabilecek seviyededir. Suyun bir anda buz gibi olup sonra tekrar kaynar hale gelmesi, misafir güvenliğini doğrudan tehdit eden ve acil müdahale gerektiren bir teknik kusurdur. Ayrıca SPA da sürekli kayıp düşme riski fazla, çaresine bakılması lazım sanırım terliklerin zemine uygun farklı alınması gerekir Güvenlik Ekibi: Otel girişinde ve lobide görev yapan güvenlik ekibinin, Misafirlere yönelik sert ve huzursuz edici bakışları konaklama deneyimini olumsuz etkiliyor.
