A fab touch having the hotel car availed for short journeys.

- aj2149 (10/5): Superb quality, amazing rooms, and prime location - Lovely hotel in a prime location. I have never had better service in London. From the concierge to the receptionist to the driver to the doorman to the butler to the housekeeping. Everyone was extremely attentive and really made my stay very welcoming. Thank you! Will be back time and time again.
- 175johanj (10/5): The walhalla of hotels. - I know that there are a lot of fantastic hotels in London, but for a cigar smoker is this the walhalla of hotels.
Not only that but you will not find another hotel with this much personal service.
That’s why The Wellesley hotel is and always will be my second home
Kind regards,Mr J.B Jorissen
- 383jmichaelh (10/5): Outstanding Holiday Visit in Prime location! - The Wellesley has the very best service; the team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to assist you with anything. 3rd time staying mad it’s my go to hotelnin London, best location.

- EissaliM (2/5): Nightmare - Deeply Disappointed and Felt Completely Uncared For
My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. During my visit, my phone went missing, and what shocked me even more was the complete lack of concern from the staff. Instead of offering help, support, or even basic attention, I felt ignored and dismissed at every step.
I expected at least minimal assistance—some effort to look into the situation, check cameras, or guide me on what to do—but I received nothing. The indifference I experienced made an already stressful situation even worse.
Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Security and customer care should be priorities, and unfortunately, I experienced neither
- Sally1074 (10/5): Absolutely delightful - This hotel is absolutely stunning.
Although I did not have the opportunity to stay as it is currently beyond my budget, I did make use of the bathroom facilities, which were immaculate. My eight-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, and the staff kindly allowed her to do so. I would especially like to thank the doorman for his warmth and courtesy, as well as the hotel for their hospitality.
I hope to have the chance to stay here in the future.
- O7321TKaldog (10/5): Great hotel with fantastic service and great location - Great customer service
Very helpful
Very professional
Only problem for me rooms are small one I have given
Breakfast is excellent and drinks at the bar
Concierge extremely knowledgeable and good recommendation
- hassanaD2915UH (2/5): So bad - I was in the cogar lounge and the food it's horrible and this manager he see I didn't eat the food but he doesn't care about this and gr make me pay for something I didn't eat it and he wa svery rude with me this is make me feel so bad and im not happy about that
- bertolinom2024 (10/5): Top experience - My wife and I have spent two days at Wellesley. The staff was very friendly, room was confortable and well equipped, hall and bars nice and efficient.
The hotel car is available to take you to places you wish to go if located nearby (1,5 miles away), special thanks to our driver Fred, a very nice and friendly guy from Philippines.
- drake_2011 (10/5): Quick trip to London. - We stayed at this hotel while visiting London for the Rugby and it was a wonderful experience. The team who work there were so accommodating and friendly and we just had a fantastic time.
- 138leylaf (2/5): Superb place, even for UK standards pretty racist - We stayed in one of the suites w park view for about a week, which was part of my birthday package.
On the day of check-in, I arrived some hours before my partner was supposed to be there. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to check in until he was there as well — in manner that suggested that I was at the wrong address altogether. Throughout the stay, which can be considered impeccable if one disregards some ‘mishaps’, I avoided talking to any employee myself since I felt there were difficulties in dealing with me (first time I experienced racism being displayed this blatant in my life). One time, I had to wait for our driver in front of the hotel and got to chitchat w one of the doormen and was shocked of the ideology that spoke through their train of thoughts (Farage, Wilders and darker than that)
A few months later we wanted to enjoy their bar, which is only open to hotel guests…
- buzzduzzvacations (10/5): Treated like a VIP - Absolutely loved my experience at the Wellesley. Room was exquisite. The dining was excellent. Customer service was exceptional. My favorite of all was the cigar lounge experience. Absolutely 100%
- Revaz (10/5): -
- Sanctitatem (10/5): A lovely treat! - I wanted to try this hotel as I had points to spend and wanted to try somewhere I wouldn’t usually stay. The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was immaculate, although the mattress could have been softer. I really appreciated the little touches such as the mouthwash, slippers, and bath salts. The shower was one of the best showers I’ve ever used. I also loved the included streaming service for movies as I often struggle to find something to watch on normal TV these days. With it being a smaller hotel, it had a lovely, quiet ambience and the service felt individual and personal. I would love to stay there again!
- troyp75 (10/5): Exquisite hotel in London - Spectacular boutique hotel. Staff is extremely attentive. Room was gorgeous. Fantastic location with easy access to shops, sites and underground.
- 534jeffs (8/5): An excellent boutique hotel. - The hotel was excellent, the room was a junior suite with plenty of room and a pleasant view of the park. The staff were very welcoming from reception to the door man. Overall we were very happy with the exception of not having a fitness centre.
- C5419ZJflaviaf (10/5): Another perfect stay - Back to this amazing property, my stay was absolutely perfect! Unfortunately, too short. It starts to feel like home when I am at the Wellesley Knightbridge
I was warmely welcomed by everyone and when I have reached the front door, I was genuinly happy to be back, sure that a great stay was expecting me.
Perfect room, perfect staff and the delicous nice in room welcome back touch. This property keeps its promises: amazing butler service, refined interior decoration, spectacular view over Hyde Park.
Thank you Pantelis, thank you George for making me feel so welcome.
I can't wait to be back
- stewartc996 (10/5): A warm welcome at The Wellesley - A wonderful stay from start to finish. Super welcome & any request dealt with without concern.
The comfort of the room & public areas was very welcome & a special thanks to Pantelis & the rest of the team for the personal attention. Well worth a further visit.
- clara (10/5): Wonderfull ! A refaire - L'hôtel et l'emplacement étaient top ! C'était vraiment super ! Rien à dire.
Il y avait la grève des métros pendant notre séjour et heureusement qu'on a choisit cet hôtel car on a du tour faire a pied et tout était à proximité
- ronaH2808UB (10/5): Five Star service - Staff was excellent. Very caring. Treated us like family. Was my wife’s birthday and they made sure it wasn’t forgotten
- 203jacekg (10/5): Professionally - Everything was perfect. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
There was no problem changing rooms when it turned out the air conditioning on the first and second floors wasn't working, which was later fixed.
The Italian cuisine for dinner was very good. The service was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our meals.
The hotel's location is also very good, close to everything. The hotel also offers a ride to a distance of about 2 km in a BMW i7 electric car.
Thank you for the friendly service.
- Jodie (10/5): A treat to stay here, zero negatives - Stylish furnishings, comfortable beds, amenities and friendly staff Shame it didn’t have a pool or spa
- dinahm232 (10/5): Loved our stay at The Wellesley Knightsbridge - This hotel does everything right. The service is outstanding and friendly. They went out of their way to find places for us to go near the hotel and having the chauffeur service was great for exploring Knightsbridge. We have already booked our vacation there for next summer. You cannot beat the location. Right across the street from Hyde Park.
- E9384SXmajeda (10/5): The hotel added value to my stay - Very nice location easy to reach the shopping area the rooms were nice and quiet also bathrooms were big and luxury
Staff were very friendly
- Daydream51008303262 (10/5): Great small luxury hotel but smells like an ashtray. - Its a small luxury hotel, with lots of character and a great location. Overall the staff if vey helpful and I would stay here again... However, I do have a few areas the hotel needs to improve:
1) they need to move the cigar bar away from the entrance of the hotel. When you walk in the hotel the first thing you smell is cigar and cigarette smoke from the bar. It is hard to get that small out of your memory - that is what I remember from the hotel.
2) the breakfast need to improve its service. It has a very limited menu and doesn’t offer a good service (seems the staff is very disorganized - you have to ask for the same thing several times, things take long, and overall not a great experience at breakfast).
- SNG55 (8/5): Mostly positive experience - Hotel is nice but experienced a few disappointments as a Marriott Ambassador. We arrived at 14:00. Check-in time is 15:00. When I arrived I was told, my room was not ready which would have been fine except I was also told, there were no upgrades. I thought that odd because if I wasn’t being upgraded, they could give me any room in the house. I was also told it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait. My wife and I went out and while taking a coffee, I looked on line and saw the hotel were selling Junior suites (they had multiple ones available). At 15:00, when I returned, as the front desk agent was making my key, I asked if I had understood her correctly as online, there were, upgrades for sale! She quickly made a call and told me she now changed my room. Why did I have to go through all this! Not how you should be treating your highest level customer. Another issue is at my free benefit breakfast I asked for still water. I asked for this instead of the free orange juice (which cost £13.50 on the menu). The waitress brought a bottle of water and when I got the bill I was charged £7.50. The first time I have ever been given an extra charge for still water at breakfast at any hotel in the world. Lastly, no fitness room. Other than that, good service and very nice rooms.
- pedroadamovic (10/5): Unbelievable experience - Unbelievable experience, the place & atmosphere is outstanding, but a special recognition to the staff that made feel better than home!
I was last year on the cigar bar and this year i decided to reserve in the hotel and of course i’m not disappointed.
Other extra point is that you have a car & driver first come first serve to go 1.5 miles.
Great hotel!
- Steinersing (10/5): Amazing staff and perfect location - We had an excellent 6 days at the hotel. The staff is really just amazing and passionate at what they are doing. We reserved a junior suite which we found have good size, in contrast to rooms of the very top level of London.
The hotel doesn’t have a gym, but the park is close enough for a morning workout.
Pricing btw is quite dynamic as everywhere nowadays. So early reservation was well worth it.
- johnandsandrao (10/5): Best of London - Concierge service was the best we have ever had in our travels. Every detail of the service was outstanding. Suggestions, tickets obtained, food reservations, places to see and when was best timing. River site seeing, Greenwich visit, which we have never done in our more than a dozen trips to London. Juan and others were the best. The hotel staff was. Excellent in ways to serve guests. The-doormen, drivers all were helpful, courteous and went beyond giving us royal treatment. A definite place we will return and recommend to others. Our Ella Fitzgerald suite was lovely, quiet and well appointed.
- katherinegD8600UR (10/5): Fabulous service! - Hospitality is superb. Concierge, Juan, and the driver, David are exceptional. They brought such joy to our trip by accommodating us making recommendations on restaurant’s planning itineraries for us. It was such an amazing experience. I would recommend this to anybody who’s even thinking about staying at this hotel, you will not be disappointed. It will enhance and make a better trip for you. I am so glad I got to know them. They are kind genuine caring people that want to make sure you have an enjoyable trip. I highly recommend.
- lindamV9811MJ (10/5): Will definitely return, highly recommend! - Everything about the hotel was fantastic! This was a 5 star boutique experience ? excellent location , super white glove service. All of the recommendations from theconcierge were so helpful and he enjoyed that we had a great experience . they went above and beyond. There’s a chauffeur service that was at our disposal; excellent information and guidance. They planned excursions that were perfect- every restaurant suggestion was delightful. They really made the trip extra special and wonderful. Big shout out to Jose the concierge David the driver and the rest of the team.
- Z2177NUemmas (8/5): Warm, professional and friendly boutique hotel service - Received a warm and friendly welcome and appreciated the wonderful staff members throughout the stay. It’s a lovely personal experience thanks to it being a boutique hotel. Naz the doorman was particularly helpful to me - he helped me to find my taxi (who was lost) and carried my bag up the street with me to make sure I got in the car safely when I was on my own. Also it was a real pleasure to have a complementary luxury car service to take you anywhere within a 1.5mile radius - especially as there are some incredible shops and restaurants close by. If you could prebook the car service for restaurant reservations that would be even better.
While the service was great, the rooms are disappointing for the price. While the bed is very comfortable, the rooms are small and not well equipped for getting ready. There was no dressing table or area that I could sit down with a mirror to style my hair and do my make up. Also as there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, it may be a nice idea to leave a card in the room that must be completed by a certain time in the evening and left outside the door by guests, indicating if you’d like to be woken with a tea or coffee to the room. I feel this would compensate nicely and complement the butler service as advertised, beyond standard room service.
As with many other reviews, if you dislike the smell of cigar smoke, you may want to avoid the bars in this hotel. The scent does cascade down the entrance and hallways in the evening. My husband quite enjoyed the smell, but as a non-smoker, I did not. You can tell the staff work hard to ensure it is contained as much as possible.
There was a wonderful selection of wines and champagne on display, and the cocktails were fabulous. It would be nice to have a separate bar for guests who are not into cigars to enjoy.
- williambR9020WU (10/5): Great team that is very helpful and personable - Great team that is very helpful and personable. Each of them was so personable that we felt like family. The service was perfect, and the smoking lounge is a great place to hang out, even if you don't have a cigar! The room is well-appointed, the bed is very comfortable, and the sheets are the softest. There are fun pubs within a 5-minute walk, which was a bonus, and Harrah's is a 10-minute walk.
- Retiredcat2 (8/5): Personal service at a small, elegant hotel - This hotel transports you back in time to the art deco era. This small, elegant hotel exudes charm and personalized service. The decor and level of service reminded me of a very small st Regis.
Since it is so small, the wellesley definitely does have a couple of drawbacks which may be deal breakers for you. 1. No fitness center. 2. No concierge lounge 3. No buffet breakfast 4. Virtually no drawer space in the room.
Although I enjoyed our stay, we stayed here for 5 nights and I would have liked to unpack. The lack of drawer space made this impossible so we had to live out of our suitcases during our stay. My wife has ambassador status with Marriott and we were upgraded to an executive room but the storage was sadly lacking for 5 nights. Our son was in an entry level room with the same lack of drawer space. It would have made our stay much more enjoyable to have been upgraded to a larger room with adequate drawer space. The website showed that suites were available for our 5 night stay but I suppose management hoped to book these. The hotel is quite small but we rarely encountered any other guest during our stay. It is a bit annoying to spend over 100 nights at Marriott properties each year but not get upgraded to the best room available.
Positives
The hotel is very easy to get to from Heathrow. Simply take the Piccadilly line and get off at Hyde park corner. There is an escalator and then a ramp up to the street. Use exit 3/4 and the hotel entrance is about 50 steps on your left
Every room has a butler. Arrange for a wake up call and your butler will bring you complementary coffee with some small cookies. I enjoyed this leisurely way to start each day
We love to walk in London and the hotel is well located within a half hour walk of many top London destinations. The hotel also has a complementary car service. Their BMW will drop you anywhere within a mile radius of the hotel (1st come first served)
As ambassador, we opted for the free daily breakfast. You will receive a complementary continental breakfast that includes 2 of the best warm croissant I have ever had. You can swap the continental breakfast for another menu option such as full English breakfast, French toast, or omelet for an up charge of 8 pounds.
Complementary daily newspapers were available in the breakfast room as well
On previous London visits, we have stayed at the Sheraton grand, county hall, Grosvenor house, and st ermin’s. The Wellesley is definitely the most luxurious experience but the small size of the hotel poses the drawbacks I have mentioned.
If you will only stay a day or 2, you may want to experience the Wellesley but for longer stays, a larger full service hotel may be a better choice
- Lubor (10/5): Great location and ambience - Very lovely hotel, great staff, perfect location
- jessicarA4285IQ (10/5): Unbelievable!! - This is the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed in - it will forever be my London go-to.
The staff are kind and welcoming. Every-time you step into the building they are ready with the door open, with a warm smile to greet you. They ask all about your day and really put effort in to establish a connection. You really do feel like royalty with everyone happy to assist with anything you need. In particular I would love to thank DJ who checked us in and showed us to our room, you really made the experience. Also to Arthur the driver, it was so lovely to chat and hear your stories - happy retirement, I hope you have a fantastic well deserved rest! And to Fred, who was only in his second week and was absolutely lovely - possibly the kindest hotel staff member I have ever met.
As for the rooms, they are gorgeous. So clean with every amenity you could ask for. The bed is so comfortable - the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel with absolutely no outside noise. It was our anniversary and the hotel kindly upgraded our room - they gave us cake and a handwritten card signed by all the staff! I can honestly say we couldn’t have had a better time and that was thanks to this hotel!
I do not have a single negative comment. I read a review that complained about cigar smoke smell, but we did not experience this at all.
Once again, thank you so so much. I cannot wait to be back.
- Dream16452146468 (2/5): Very bad staff behavior - I simply wanted to sit at an empty table to enjoy some tea, but when I politely asked, the staff member responded in a rude and hostile manner. To my shock, he began screaming at me for no reason and accused me of being rude, which was completely unfounded. Despite there being available seating, he insisted that I leave the area. This experience left me feeling humiliated and unjustly treated. It’s deeply concerning that a hotel, which should be focused on guest satisfaction and hospitality, would allow such a situation to occur. I strongly advise caution if considering this hotel, as the staff's attitude and handling of the situation were appalling and far below any reasonable standard of customer service.
- Alex (10/5): Thank you for looking after us. We had an amazing time. - Service was fantastic and the hotel was superb, clean and stylish.
- Mihaela (8/5): Very good -
- ABG_SEA (6/5): Great hotel if you're a smoker - Starting with the positives, The Wellesley is a lovely, small boutique hotel in a good location across from Hyde Park. The service levels of the staff are five star -- every touch point we had with a staff member was excellent from start to finish. The staff goes out of their way to engage with you and help to personalize your stay. The room was very nice but not exceptional in any way. And, if you're a smoker, this place is for you.
The not-so-positives. The breakfast area (dining room?) felt like a spillover afterthought. While service was very good, the experience was transactional. The room is small and too brightly lit, the food was nothing special -- we did not want to linger longer than we needed to. The biggest and most perplexing issue we had with this property was its priority around smoking. They are proud of their cigar bar area, but across from this area is their bar and outdoor lounge that becomes completely consumed by cigarette smoking as soon as the sun sets. The smell permeates and contaminates the very small lobby -- entering the hotel feels like walking into a casino. There was no way we could enjoy a drink at their bar or lounge, which is a basic expectation and massive disappointment in a five star hotel. The smoke travels up to the nonsmoking rooms, and certainly filled ours on the third floor. The after dark smoking thing is completely incongruent with the charm and service of this hotel during the daylight. It's really too bad because the hotel is lovely in almost every other way.
- carlosszavozd (10/5): A Stay to Remember Forever at The Wellesley - The best honeymoon experience in London. Since we arrived, my wife and I were treated very friendly by the Wellesley staff to celebrate our honeymoon. We were then offered a free upgrade to a gorgeous Junior Suite with a Christmas tree. The upgrade was accompanied by flowers and Veuve Clicquot bottle. We have to add that the Luxury Collection hotel felt like out own London private appartment. Everyone was so friendly, especially the GM, Mr. Prabakaran. The concierge team helped us to secure a beautiful table at the Alain Ducasse 3 restaurant. I am so grateful for creating such a wonderful honeymoon experience for me and my wife. Have to add that the cigar lounge and the liquor and wine bottles are amazing! Can’t wait to stay at The Wellesley again, next time we visit London!
- Stay801169 (10/5): The best hotel in London. - Absolutely gorgeous hotel and the staff are just as beautiful as the hotel. Every last person from the GM, front desk staff, the doorman, the butler and concierge. I felt like we were treated like royalty. This hotel should be the model of every Marriott in existence. We will definitely be returning. I count it a privilege to have had the opportunity to stay on this property. They exemplified world-class service that truly exceeds any location I have ever stayed at.
- KareemD22 (10/5): Great stay in London - Nice experience very personalised given the boutique nature of the hotel. Chauffere service is convenient. Nice breakfast as well. Will definitely be back with my wife and children next time. Also worth noting that the location is convenient for London
- akataa2024 (10/5): NTR - Everything during my stay was perfect (rooms, food, room services, network, access to transport,
Keep maintaining the standard highest.
I could recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.
Looking forward to seeing you soon if I have to be in London .
Best regards.
- dYquem (10/5): Excellent - Stayed here for a night. Great Ambassador recognition. Good breakfast. Good room service. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but location is excellent. Recommend avoiding the whisky bar: Pricing seems to be aimed at foreign kids from a certain part of the world showing off to their mates they can buy a dram for a couple of hundred quid (and mix it with a diet coke).
- 294leannen (10/5): A hotel with the WOW factor - Where can I start, this hotel is out of this world. From the moment you step outside you are made to feel very welcome. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms are beautiful especially the bathroom. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave. Would I stay here again?? Without hesitation the best hotel I’ve ever been too. Thankyou for an amazing stay xxx
- 356lnr (10/5): Cannot recommend enough - The staff were the most welcoming, kindest people. We had a terrible experience with a Airbnb and they were able to find us a room on short notice. They were willing to accommodate our every need. The food and drinks were wonderful. Highly recommend this to any traveler.
- DayTrip45580592939 (10/5): Fantastic! - We spent 2 nights in this fantastic boutique hotel in Knightsbridge.
Everything was perfect! Since the arrival the spoiled us with attention and kindness.
Thank you so much for your hospitality. Top location, wonderful suite, impeccable service. One of the best in London. I will come back soon!
- Sandy012017 (10/5): Excellent Hotel Experience London - The rooms are wonderful and the services provided are impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its services and location. They offer complimentary chauffeur services to local attractions and restaurants. Our luggage was damaged in-transit and they attempted to get it repaired for us. Very helpful staff. Entertainment in the lounge on weekends.
- mohammedaP8913MW (2/5): A Disappointing Experience at The Wellesley: Unprofessionalism and Arrogance Ruined My Evening** - On my recent visit to The Wellesley Hotel in London, I was looking forward to spending a quiet evening smoking a cigar, an activity I have enjoyed at this place since 2017. I was surprised by an unexpected reception when I tried to book a table. A person dressed in a black suit, with an arrogant attitude, informed me that they do not reserve tables and that if I wanted to sit, I had to do so immediately.
This behavior was shocking and unexpected from a hotel with the reputation of The Wellesley. Despite this poor reception, I decided to return in the evening to enjoy my usual time. Unfortunately, the same person greeted me with the same arrogance and told me that all the tables were reserved.
I did not expect a well-known hotel like The Wellesley to treat its customers in this manner, especially since I have been a regular patron for years. This person's unprofessional and disrespectful behavior significantly affected my experience at the place. I would not recommend visiting this hotel to anyone seeking courteous and respectful service.
**Negative Points:**
1. **Poor Reception:** The treatment was arrogant and disrespectful.
2. **Lack of Professionalism:** The way I was informed about the inability to reserve a table was inappropriate.
3. **Service Inconsistency:** In my evening visit, I was told that all tables were reserved, raising questions about the professionalism of the person in charge.
My experience at The Wellesley Hotel was disappointing, and I will not be returning to this place again.
- Sirakan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexander (10/5): Awesome - We stayed for the 6th time in one of the Hyde Park view suites - they are simply fabulous. The Wellesley is a unique hotel with amazing staff, rooms, food and drink. It feels more like a second home than a hotel - a very intimate and personal service from the moment you arrive. Quite simply the best hotel in London!
- Helen (9/5): Superb -
- John (6/5): Great location but the room quality lets you down - The location is excellent Shabby and stained wardrobe doors, with peeling laminates
No tea & coffee facilities
Very tiny bedrooms
- Monica (10/5): Excellent - Everything was perfect, the staff and concierge paid a lot of attention to us and made our stay there very pleasant.

- Abdullah (9/5): Cozy and Relaxing Stay - I had an amazing time when I stayed at The Wellesley Hotel. Everything was spot on, from the butler service, to my packages/food deliveries was on time and the staff are always willing to help me. The comfort of the bed, to the cleanliness of the room. It's not that I didn't like, In Room Dining was really good, when it comes to food, but also very limited. I would suggest, The Wellesley Hotel, to maybe add more international cuisine dishes on the menu.
- Steven (10/5): Perfect location and really lovely hotel - Beautiful hotel, really good size room and bathroom Lovely ambience and great staff
- Mubarak (10/5): Exceptional - Location and facilities.
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nigel (10/5): - Superb!! The staff are incredible and made our return journey seamless.. they are so welcoming and very attentive. The hotel is a perfect location especially as we went to see a concert in Hyde Park! It’s a gem of a hotel right in the heart of London…
- Jonathan (10/5): Lovely friendly staff, great character property - Lovely staff great character NA
- T (10/5): 5* boutique luxury, exceptional staff team - We found this boutique hotel to be exceptional. The bespoke design oozed luxury in the rooms and public spaces, everything worked exactly as it should, the bed linen was fine, bedroom with no noise pollution whatsoever, table service breakfast delicious, bar service perfect, housekeeping thorough etc etc
But the most exceptional feature was the staff. Even before we arrived they were looking after us as if we were important and this continued throughout our stay without exception. Everyone was smart and courteous, addressing us by name, helping us and doing their jobs to the highest standard. They intended to cosset us and we felt it ! Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable.
This is a boutique hotel. As such, it does not have extensive public areas. We booked with this knowledge and enjoyed the facilities, but chose to dine out with the kind assistance of Richard, concierge, for reservations and transport. Nothing
- Hamdan (10/5): Overall the Hotel is very luxury, location, cleanliness, staff and room size are fabulous - The hotel is very luxury and the rooms is quite bid and wide, the decoration reflect the luxuriousness of this brand
the cleanliness above the normal as well the size and the variety of restaurant are very limited
The value of money is above the rate
- Abeer (9/5): Superb - The staff are very nice and helpful. The bath robe wasn’t clean.
- Hany (10/5): - Excellent hotel! Excellent staff and rooms!
- Deborah (7/5): Nice hotel, but not centrally located - The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The underground station was conveniently located right outside the hotel. The location of the hotel was far off from a lot of places most tourists would be going. It wasn't easily walkable to locations and required you to jump on the underground or grab a taxi to go must place. Because of this, we would leave in the morning and not come back until 9 or 10 at night. Had the hotel been more centrally located, we would have returned to the hotel before going out for the night.

- Saoud (9/5): one of the best boutique hotels in central London - prime location & luxurious lacking of gym space
- Mohammed (8/5): nice - location not worth the money
- Jodi (10/5): - The staff at this property were heaven! I had a traveling snafu, and they handled everything perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a boutique and bespoke experience. Lovely is an understatement -- the staff are all top-notch and I'll be back. Truly appreciate the attentiveness and warmth. xx
- Mahmut Engin (10/5): - The stay was very good especially a special thanks to all the staff. They were amazing.
- Issa (8/5): - I love the hotel the location and the cigar lounge but the hotel was against to book throw hotels.com because the don’t offer any benfits like upgrade to a higher category specially that I book disabled room throw hotels by mistake
- Paul (10/5): Don't tell anyone about this fine hotel !! - Excellent 5 star plus boutique hotel... felt welcome and appreciated from check in to check out. Only was there one night but would have looked forward to spending a few more days there.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - When I booked the hotel I didn’t realise it had a cigar bar, if I would have known I wouldn’t have booked the hotel.
- Noorez (8/5): - Was overall excellent. My shower had some repairs that needed to be fixed but it happened right away. I was a bit disappointed that I was put in an accessible room so the bathroom was not very functional. Was hoping they would move me or upgrade me for a reasonable price but didn’t happen. Still, was very satisfied overall. Thanks.
- sultan (2/5): - Very small room for a lot of money.
