- Natalia (8/5): - Lokalizacja blisko jeziora, łatwy dojazd do centrum miasta i dostępność komunikacji miejskiej. Duży wybór dań podczas śniadań. Duża ilość kurzu na ścianie za łóżkiem, gdzie już poprzednie osoby, które wynajmowała ten pokój próbowały zwrócić uwagę poprzez rysowanie w kurzu, co było widać od razu po wejściu do pokoju. Podczas jednego dnia uciążliwa muzyka w związku z odbywającą się w hotelu prywatną imprezą okolicznościowa, jednak brak reakcji personelu na rajdy uczestników wspomnianej imprezy korytarzami hotelu - wystarczyła informacja personelu, że w hotelu znajdują się też inni goście i proszą o zachowanie ciszy w nocy. W zamian za to uczestnicy imprezy biegali po korytarzu krzycząc pod drzwiami i trzaskając co chwilę drzwiami. Należy wspomnieć, iż nasz pokój znajdował się na parterze niedaleko recepcji.

- Daniela (2/5): - “During my stay, I experienced extremely disturbing noise caused by a group of children, running, shouting, smamming doors, which lasted for approximately 4.5 hours. I reported the issue twice at the reception, asking the staff to intervene. Despite this, no effective action was taken. At one point, the receptionist even told me to go ahead and call the police myself, which I find highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Only after I directly warned the group’s trainers that I would involve the police if the situation was not resolved by 10 PM did they finally take the matter seriously and discipline the children. What is most concerning is not only the excessive noise, but the complete lack of response and responsibility from the hotel staff. I have also sent two follow-up complaints after my stay and received no reply. Given the circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request partial compensation for the disturbance and the lack of appropriate response.

- Natalia (7/5): Byłam, sprawdziłam, nie wrócę. - Położenie Brak gniazdek elektrycznych nad blatem w pokojach (były tylko przy podłodze i to tylko w pobliżu lodówki). Lodówka / barek pusta. Sauna pomimo iż jest w ofercie jako forma relaksu włączana tylko na indywidualne zamówienie. Obsługa rejestracji ani nie dziękowała za pobyt ani nie zapraszała ponownie.
