• Sara (7/5): - Vriendelijke ontvangst Behulpzaam Fijn dat de familiekamer 2 aparte kamers heeft Verluchting in de wc was zeer slecht; het leek alsof de geur van buiten naar binnen werd gebracht, dus indien er iemand buiten een sigaret of iets anders rookte, kwam die lucht recht de wc en kamer binnen. Werken voor de deur, waardoor in- en uitladen moeilijk was en er reeds vanaf 7u met luide machines werd gewerkt

• Dominik (5/5): - We stayed here for 2 nights. At check-in, the lady was kind. The beds are comfortable, as long as you don't book an extra bed. We requested an extra bed since there were three of us in one room. Extra beds are never the most comfortable, but we had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready (we arrived around 6:00–6:30 PM, and I had already informed them in advance about the extra bed). As soon as we lay down, the bed fell apart, so one of us had to sleep on the floor. We paid €70 for it—at that price, you expect a reasonable level of comfort, not something that collapses. There were some aesthetic issues in the room, but we don’t think that would have been a problem considering the price, since when we booked it, it was one of the cheapest options (€110 per night—though honestly, it wasn’t worth more than that). On the last day, early in the morning, the fire alarm went off. This is not the accommodation’s fault, however, even after the firefighters arrived, we had to wait a long 20-30 minutes for the alarm to stop blaring. This should be handled much faster. There was no real fire anywhere, and we received no information about what or who caused it. Everyone would deserve at least that much. When the alarm finally stopped, a man (presumably the owner) started with a big attitude saying “You’re welcome,” as if he were some kind of hero who made a great sacrifice for us 😂 A lot more humility would have been appropriate! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience—after all, we are the guests! The hotel does not have a 24/7 reception, and you have to check out on your own. They don’t even check when you leave (check-out is at 11 AM, and there’s no one at the property until 1 PM). We didn’t expect much for our money—again, it was cheap—but if we had paid a higher price for this, we would have been really upset!

• Robin (6/5): Was prima voor 1 nacht maar niet voor herhaling. - Super goede bedden en goede douche, ook gelegen op een super locatie. Personeel is ook vriendelijk! Wij hadden meerdere kamers, ze hadden allemaal last van schimmel op de muren. De ramen kunnen niet geopend worden waardoor het erg vochtig in de kamers zijn. Wanneer je gedoucht hebt zijn alle ramen in de kamer helemaal beslagen. De vending machine bij de receptie is bijna leeg en werdt niet aangevuld tijdens ons verblijf, er was alleen keuze tussen water of ice tea

• Reuben (2/5): Meer een hostel dan een hotel en dan voor een hele hoge prijs. Nooit meer heen ! - Niet heel veel ging er goed. Bij de receptie was het meisje vriendelijk genoeg alleen is ze er maar van 15.00 tot 21.00 dus na 21.00 kan je niks meer regelen. Bed heeft het meest vreselijke matras wat ik ooit in een hotel gezien heb. Kussens waren dik en klonterig, dus ander kussen gepakt en die rook naar een stal en schimmel dus toch maar weer die klonterige want je kan niks regelen want er is niemand daar. Water in douche loopt niet weg. Hang en sluitwerk is verwijderd van ramen dus frisse lucht is er ook niet bij. Tot overmaat van ramp een paar dronken mensen aan het roken dus brandalarm en om 04.45 naar buiten. Brandweer was er binnen een paar minute maar iemand die het alarm uit kon zetten (doet brandweer niet) duurde wel even. Dus tot 5.30 naar het alarm kunnen luisteren. Wekker vroeg gezet en snel weg daar , wat een ellende.

• Joyce (4/5): Lijkt helemaal niet op de foto's. - De locatie is goed te bereiken vanaf het centraal station en heeft een goede verbinding (ook vroeg in de ochtend) naar het vliegveld. In de gangen rook het naar sigaretten. We kregen eerst een kamer die helemaal onder de zwarte schimmel zat. Kan niet dat het gezond is om in zo'n omgeving te slapen. De rest van de kamer zag er ook ontzettend vies uit, het tapijt en de muren waren helemaal zwart. Na dat we dat aangeven kregen we gelukkig een nieuwe kamer (die zag er een stuk beter uit maar was een 'duurdere' kamer dan dat we geboekt hadden) maar die voelde alsnog heel 'klammig' vooral 's nachts. Op de foto's zagen de kamers er heel netjes uit maar het voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen.

• Iva (5/5): - The check in is quick and easy, city center is quite close. The room was damp and stuffy. We couldn’t breathe well because you cannot open the window in the room. Since it was raining outside, it was impossible to dry our coats.
• Hana (3/5): Dirty beds and rooms, don't stay here - The location Rooms were not maintained at all, and barely cleaned!! The first room we were given smelled very strongly of mold and must. My allergies triggered as soon as I walked in the door. There was a dirty sock under the bed as well. We then got a new room, where the pillow had stains that looked like feces and other fluid stains on the bed!! Truly disgusting, and even the Receptionist was appalled. Third time was the charm with a room that was passable and the only room we were offered where the windows could be opened to let out the cigarette smell from the neighbours. We were given an extra set of clean sheets since the ones on the bed were dusty. The bed was okay comfort wise but the pillows were terrible. Overall, the Receptionist was helpful and nice, which is why there's a good rating at all. But something is up and it seems the management just doesn't care about the guests or front office staff who unfortunately bear the brunt for everyone else. Not at all worth the 100eur stay for a night. We will not be back.
• Vonny (4/5): Teleurstellend - De jongedame aan de balie was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De jonge dame aan de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dat is het enige positieve wat ik kan melden.Voor € 211 voor 2 nachten zonder ontbijt of schoonmaak( wel zak met handdoeken aan de deur) had ik een kamer met schimmel in de badkamer..gore wc borstel..vies tapijt ..vlekken overal op de muur ..en het was koud. Dus gewoon een vieze kamer die al lang geleden opgeknapt had moeten worden. Geen ijskast geen waterkoker. De prijs is inclusief belastingen en toeslagen en toch moest ik nog € 10.50 belastibg extra betalen bij de incheck!! Buiten zijn in de ochtend al straat werkzaamheden en binnen 9 uur in de ochtend schuurmachine werkzaamheden in de kamer naast mij. NEE SORRY VOOR MIJ NOOIT MEER !!

• Derliyl Ohanna (1/5): I do not recommend this hotel - Nada I do not recommend this hotel. The reception is only open from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, so I arrived in the morning and had to wait two hours just to store my luggage, since check-in was only at 3:00 PM. If your flight arrives early or if you need assistance at night, there will be no one available. Additionally, there were construction works in the hallway and, to my surprise, other guests were able to enter my room using their key card while I was showering. This shows a serious failure in security and check-in management. The pillow was uncomfortable, I woke up with neck pain, and the room was very cold. Very disappointing experience.

• Sofie (4/5): Geen aanrader - Ligging Ik had 7 hotelkamers geboekt en betaald. Receptioniste gaf kaarten van kamers aan personen terwijl ik niet aanwezig was. Er gebeurt totaal geen id controle. Indien slechte bedoelingen was ik al dit geld kwijt. Bovendien hing er een zeer onfrisse geur in de hotelkamers zonder mogelijkheid om het raam open te zetten.
