Es könnte eine kleine Saunatasche im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden, für Handtuch und persönliche Gegenstände. Vl sollten auch Handtücher zum Wechseln im Saunabereich sein.

- Martin (8/5): Gute Wahl, eine Empfehlung wert. - Das Hotel ist ziemlich frequentiert, entsprechend ist dann auch der Trubel in Speisesaal und Bar. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und nicht überteuert. Das Zimmer war, wenn auch etwas klein, dann doch sehr sauber, modern und einfach möbliert. Aber der Preis ist günstig, daher ist das auch akzeptabel. Das Frühstück umfangreich, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine keine Enttäuschung, ich hatte Durst in der Nacht: jedoch war die Minibar leer! Zum Glück ist das Osttiroler Leitungswasser gut genießbar, vielleicht gerade deshalb.

I am a very experienced traveller, but the level of care, warmth and genuine hospitality I experienced in this hotel is something truly rare. From the very first day, I felt not like a guest, but like someone truly welcome. The atmosphere was calm, elegant and deeply human. I would like to especially thank the staff of the main restaurant for creating such a warm, almost family-like atmosphere — always attentive, kind, smiling and genuinely caring. Every dinner was not only a meal, but an experience of comfort and kindness. This stay in Lienz was unforgettable, and this hotel played a huge role in that. I will absolutely return — without a doubt.
- Peter (10/5): Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert! - Das Essen war vorzüglich! Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich entsprach allen Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und wegen der Nachbarschaft zum Lager war es tagsüber auch etwas geräuschvoll.

During breakfast and dinner, we were surrounded by screaming children whose parents didn’t seem to intervene. Unfortunately, that’s become quite common lately. However, in another hotel, they grouped the noisy kids together in a separate dining room, which actually made things more peaceful as they ended up playing instead — just a hint. Dog that bark constantly at evening did not help, for 3 nights. Crazy.
