- AWÖLK (1/5): Dreckiges und altes Hotel - Die Frau an der Rezeption hat es nach 2 Stunden geschafft, der kostenlosen Stornierung zuzustimmen. Die ganze Anlage ist alt und dreckig. Die Zimmer, wir haben uns drei angeschaut, stinken und sind heruntergekommen. Es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer, auch keine Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Zimmer/Bungalow. Am Pool gibt es keine Liegen. Anscheinend wird der Pool von Kindern als Freibad genutzt. Es ist sehr laut und um den Poolbereich stinkt es nach Urin. Der Gesamtzustand des Hotels entspricht nicht annähernd einem Stern.

We didn’t like that during our 3-night stay, no one cleaned our room, restocked the toilet paper, or changed the towels. If you decide to stay at the hotel to relax, it’s not really possible because they allow outside visitors to use the pool. It was full of students who were shouting all day. There was no water pressure in the sink, which made it unusable.

- Heidi (5/5): - Läget nära flygfälttet. Det finns en pool. Fungerar som stop inför flygning men hade aldrig stannat här hela semestern. Hela stället är i stort behov av uppfixande o en ordentlig städning. Parkering finns för en bil åt alla gäster, vilket ledde till att vi var inparkerade när vi skulle åka o personalen fick springa runt i rummen o hitta ägaren.

- Daniel (8/5): - The hotel is very nice and surrounded by plenty of greenery. The staff were extremely friendly, easy to communicate with, and helped arrange everything we needed, including trips, massage reservations, motorcycle rental, and transfers. The rooms are very spacious; however, some have issues related to old electrical circuits, as was the case with our first room. The staff handled this well and promptly accommodated our request to change rooms, moving us to a newly renovated one without any issues. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the rooms but worked well in the reception area. The water pressure was consistently low, which seemed to be a common issue in several places we visited. The pool could benefit from more frequent cleaning, as it is regularly filled with leaves from the surrounding trees. As I mentioned earlier, some villas/rooms need to be renovated.

- JEUNET (6/5): Un bon séjour qui répondait à nos attentes. - Le cadre et la piscine étaient sympas. C’est un hôtel peu cher donc il ne faut pas s’attendre à des prestations de haute qualité. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon et le petit déjeuner très bon. Les installations de la salle de bain:rudimentaires et avec juste une serviette proposée. N’hésitez pas à en demander pour plus de confort.

Izba mala dobre fungujúcu klimatizáciu a posteľ bola veľmi pohodlná, takže sa mi dobre spalo. Nepáčila sa mi kvalita spracovania izby a úroveň čistoty. V izbe chýbala chladnička, sprchový kút bol slabo vyčistený a pri sprche nebola podložka na nohy. Nepáčila sa mi ani práca personálu v reštaurácii – príprava raňajok trvala dlho a viackrát som musel sám hľadať obsluhu.

The restaurant also offers good variety of food. The waitress was a little bit rude and is always on her cellphone watching facebook videos.

- Leah (1/5): Customers Beware - The housekeeper tried her best to solve our accommodation issues. She was a saving grace. We did appreciate the ride to our alternative accommodation. On arrival, our 'welcome' was efficient but lacked any actual welcome. No smile, no chit chat, no hospitality. Our room was so overscented it left a taste in our mouths, no running water. A housekeeper was sent to show us alternative room, not the reception on Herr phone or the manager on her computer. I don't apologize for not accepting this as it was to be accommodation for the next 4 nights and my birthday. We rebooted elsewhere The lack of concern from anyone responsible was almost amusing, how inconvenient we were. As to be expected, no communication from them following a complaint, no respond or a partial refund. Customers beware.

The service was slow we had to call them three times just to get our breakfast, and we were on limited time,. They didn’t prioritize the customers. You always have to keep reminding them. For example, when I tried to check in at the reception, she told me to wait and then started scrolling on her social media. I had to ask her again.

- Michelle (7/5): Good accomodation, very slow service and no wifi in the bedrooms. - Big room, comfy beds, nice pool area, very clean. They organised an airport transfer for us. The shower temperature control did not work so it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. The wifi does not work in the bedrooms. The service for food was extremely slow, waited 40 minutes for sandwiches. There was an additional 12% tax charged on arrival which we were not aware of in advance.
- Mireia (3/5): Se cae a trozos - Nada. La parte de fuera es bonita y bien arreglada. Es lo único. Se cae literalmente a trozos. Está muy mal cuidado y parece que no lo hayan limpiado en años. Las estanterías están llenas de polvo y el baño oxidado. Te piden 1000 pesos de “fianza” no entiendo para qué si está todo ya roto. El personal es muy seco y les cuesta entenderte. Está lejos de cualquier sitio con civilización, hay que ir a todo en tuktuk. Además, el restaurante del hotel tienen horarios establecidos para comidas y cenas, así que si por lo que sea no llegas a ese horario tienes que buscarte la vida para poder comer.
- Dániel (9/5): Gerne wieder - Das Hotel hat eine tolle Atmosphera. Wir haben ein Zimmer/Bungalow auf den EG bekommen. Die Grösse des Zimmers ist mehr als gewöhnlich. Man hat wirklich viel Platz im Zimmer. Dank des Steinbodens, mussten wir kaum die Klimaanlage benutzten. Die Steine haben die Kälte gespeichert, somit blieb das ganze Zimmer angenehm kühl die ganze Nacht über. Ein Plus Punkt für die Position der Klimaanlage. Sie wurde nämlich nicht wie üblich, direkt über das Bett platziert, sonder weit entfernt von dem. Das heisst, wenn man mit Klima schlafen möchte, bekommt man die Kalte Luft nicht direkt ins Gesicht oder auf den Körper. Sehr schlau, und es verhindert die Erkältung. Transport nach El Nido für fairen Preis. Das Essen im Restaurant könnte besser sein. Aber das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

- Gladella (4/5): Disappointing and overpriced - The resort itself was nice, on the outside. The pool was great, the layout was pretty and the rooms spacious. The food from the restaurant was also decent. Our shower was not working. We asked for it to be looked at, which they did and advised us it was fine but it wasn’t. We had to essentially wash ourselves in a sitting position to use the tap. The staff weren’t overly helpful or friendly either. Whenever we’d ask for any sort of assistance they’d act as if we were a massive inconvenience. There was no room service for the three days that we stayed, so we had to ask reception for more toilet paper, soap etc

Piscina sporca, camera odorava di umidità, rumore esterno dalla mattina presto a tarda notte, ristornate pessimo e servizio lentissimo. Hanno il regolamento in camera con prezzo per il trasporto aereo portuale peccato che ti comunicano che è dell’anno precedente.

- Lou Brenth Respondo (3/5): Disappointed. - Nothing. This place has potential if well maintained. I'm disappointed overall. We stayed for a night but the room we stayed at was super dirty. Not really well maintained. There were molds inside the bathroom and the water from shower is super weak and hard to shower with it. No slippers or water bottles provided either. Location is also kinda far from the airport. Tricycle from airport to the hotel was expensive it was around 350php. We wanted to eat breakfast before checking out but there was no time since our pick up van was already there and there was a big group who are in the breakfast area waiting to eat as well (mind you, breakfast starts at 6am and nothing was prepared, our van pick up was around 8:30am. we would've had time to eat). I don't think it's worth the stay. Just go to a different hotel closer to everything instead and don't waste your money.

- Ian (6/5): Disappointing. - My second stay here, only because I knew the location from an earlier stay on the same trip. Nothing had change and I even had the same room. It was familiar so fine for the short stay I had. Staff had gotten lazier and not sure whether this was coming to the end of a busy high season or not. Again, the experience of not of various staff was disappointing. Some training is definitely required to change that as it didn't leave a great impression, and I was actually glad to leave.
- Ian (6/5): Good for a short stay being quiet and peaceful but out of the way for some. - The location is a reasonable walk from the main street and town. I chose because of the quiet location rather than town access. Pool is large and not too deep so good for most, including kids. Breakfast very basic but enough to keep you going for most of the day. Place is quiet and peaceful, though noisy when busy. Disappointed the room didn't have a utility safe for valuables. Bathroom cleaning good have been better and attention to detail with room issues being adequate or repaired properly would be great. There appeared to be a lot of young staff on site so service was average at times, or non-existent on others. Communication is extremely important to avoid misunderstandings so some training is warranted. Resort was probably great in its heyday but has relied on this for too long and needs a revamp to get back to its best I feel.

Transfer vom Flughafen vergessen. Ankunft vergessen. Zimmer NICHT hergerichtet. Kein Getränk, kein Essen aufgrund der dadurch verspäteten Ankunft (unsererseits unverschuldet).
