Guest Reviews
- W5612RXevak (10/5): Great stay and onward journey - Everything was good: the shuttle service from the airport, the room, breakfast, the roof terrace. Our best experience was with our driver Khalil, booked through the hotel. He drove us safely, patiently, always friendly! We can recommend him 100%!
- 501diyam (8/5): Can trust on hotels - Place is good not expected this from online
- sarahpedder88 (10/5): Great staff and rooms - A lovely hotel. Large room and bathroom on ground floor. Staff were extremely helpful with our train travel arrangements and airport transfers. Lovely place.
- Fluffyknitter (8/5): Beware of onsite tour operator at this hotel - Good location for our first hotel in India
Rooftop bar is good, breakfast is nice, dinner has more choice, good prices
Comfortable bed
Lots of noise from corridor and terrace above us though.
Staff are fabulous, very helpful but BEWARE of on site tour operators Umer etc they will promise lots, take your money and then keep promising to show you what youve paid for but nothing happens. When you ask for a refund he will keep 25% as a cancellation fee not noted in any of the paperwork. And you’ll need an Indian bank account for the refund or he won’t do it.
It’s a great money making scheme he has set up which reflects badly on an otherwise good hotel.
See my insider tip.
- EricJ123 (8/5): Older Hotel - big rooms - nice breakfast - Airport pickup a plus. - The hotel is well situated near the station and for access to all the tourist ares of the old city. Checkin was seamless. The room was large and faced the quiet side of the hotel. Checkin was seemless and quick. The airport pickup was seamless - thank you. The bathroom and pluming needs atention - the wtaer presure is low.
- timali2017 (10/5): Excellent value. Comfortable. Helpful Staff. - At the end of an exhausting tour of India, helpful staff and comfortable rooms made for a good and stress free base to explore Delhi before heading home. Flexibility to acquire drinks for us all when we arrived was also greatly appreciated and much needed.
- bettyflo29 (10/5): They deserve their 4.8 rating, great place to stay - Very pleased with my 2 stays at this hotel
The location isn't the nicest/it's busy, but it's central Dehli and not far from the main train station nor the metro (for quick access to the airport)
it's located on a very busy street and indians just use their vehicule horn every second, It's chaotic. However, my room was facing the street and the double glazing did its job, and with my little earplugs, i slept like a log. Comfortable (and huge) bed, good shower room, a nice desk, chair and armchair. The pictures you see here are real. bits and bobs are a bit old, could be repaired but for the price, this is good.
Breakfast is Ok but don't expect croissants, pains au chocolat, but i've seen french toasts! There are various indian hot dishes available (you know...when in Rome..), but also bread slices you can toast, butter, Jam, and scrambled eggs/omelette can be prepared on demand. No pressed juice fruit though.
The staff...the staff is wonderful. They can't do enough for you. They are attentive, polite.
The hotel can arrange on demand, tours of Dehli, tours of the golden triangle, and even 22 days around india if you want to. One man to talk to: Umer!!!! whose desk is by reception. He has a book of drivers, tourists guides and prices are reasonable.
just be ready for long hours on the road, but you'll be in safe hands with the drivers Umer provides, they can handle the chaos that is indian traffic. Sanjay is the Lewis Hamilton of indian traffic, just don't look at the road, read a book or sleep and let him/Tohit/Emmet drive you around.
Taking the train is of course an option but they're not reliable, crowded and if you're a solo female traveller, it's good to know your driver has your best interest at heart.
Hotel city star is not a 5* Palace, nor does it pretend to be, but you'll be well looked after by friendly people who will do everything for you.
Laundry is also good, they turn thing around in less than 24hours; give them the bag at breakfast time, you'll have it by the evening.
PS: you can't pay a taxi with your bank card. You need cash, or one of the apps they have over there. if you're in the street and want street food, water or any kind of drink....it's cash or the app. Just be aware!
Internal flights: don't dream of carrying a vape, or a lighter in your bag, they will be confiscated. Vaping is not allowed in India (wish someone had warned me)
Wifi/phone:Consider a local e-sim for your internet/data needs. Buying an international bolt-on from your usual provider is not worth it.
thank you to all of you at hotel City star, i had a great time, you have wonderful customer service and should i return to Dehli, i'll likely book with you guys again.
- thomas (6/5): - We stayed in an executive room, which was decent for the price and generally clean. However, the room had a strong sewer-like odor that made the stay unpleasant. The towels and sheets were old - the towels were thin, and the sheets were rough and pilling. On a positive note, the free breakfast was quite good and helped make up for some of the shortcomings. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the room condition and smell definitely need improvement.
- Steven (4/5): - Loud
- X8201IRbens (10/5): Good hotel, amazing tour guide and food! - The food at the hotel was cheap and amazing!
We got a tour from the hotel with the driver Vishen, he was such an amazing person, very friendly, knowledgeable, his English was great, and even gave us some local food and drinks, and introduced us to home cooked food! He drove safely and was very kind to us. I highly recommend getting a tour with Vishen!
- Roving63935936824 (10/5): Solo Trip In India - vishal is very helpful to me, I came to India alone and he brought me to all the nice places along the golden triangle! Kind and polite guide with no hidden attention! Strongly recommend!
- Jasvinder (10/5): Clean hotel, honest staff. A rare find in Delhi - Clean, mozzy free and the staff were very honest and friendly. They advised us how much to pay to get to local attractions and also booked our tickets on the Shtabdi fast train to Punjab (which my family confirmed was the correct pricing). We will definitely be going back.
- Companion42350301979 (10/5): All staff members are very nice & Helpful.all service is very quick & fast, nice experience...... thank you. - Everything is very nice 👍🏽 The rooms were very clean, the maintenance was very good, the food was very good, the staff was very nice, all the staff felt very nice while talking to everyone.
- Murari (8/5): - NA
- Vara1 (10/5): - We stayed 3 nights as a family and loved the hotel! The room was clean, the staff was great, friendly, helpful and welcoming!
Great selection for breakfast, different everyday with loads of local choices, which we loved.
The location is Old Delhi so chaotic but is good for visiting the city.
I highly recommend the hotel and its staff!
- Nmacedonio (10/5): My best trip in lndia - It was a great experience. The people of the hotel were always friendly with me. Asking all the time if l need their help. Then l bought a complete package to visit the city, Agra and Jaipur. Excellent option to do that! I spent all my days in India with Vischal (the best taxi driver and guide). I would recommend anyone to do similar trip as l made. Thanks to the hotel, thanks Latif, thanks Vischal! Hope to see you again (next time with my husband)!
- Wesley (10/5): - The staff at city star are all very nice people and the hotel is fantastic
- Jitendar (10/5): - We had a very good time at the Hotel City Star
Great place to stay with great and friendly staff who are ready to help
Nice rooms
Great property
- Linda Cracknell (10/5): Great hotel - A great hotel good location
- Jacobo (2/5): - The worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life. Old and dirty you can clearly hear all the voices from other rooms and of course motorbikes/cars horns during the whole day like if you were on the street.
- Jitendar (10/5): - Had a very enjoyable time
Service was excellent
- desslock (10/5): terrific budget hotel right in the middle of the action exceeded all our expectations! - perfect one night stay as this was our first hotel in India.
Pros-
very affordable and excellent value for your budget.
terrific breakfast with good variety of choices.
rooftop cafe is open late and serves really tasty food. we had our dinner here around 10:30 pm the night we arrived.
24 hour frontdesk person and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
room comes with some welcome snacks/fruit and water which was a very nice touch.
complementary airport transfer only on arrival was on time and efficient
location of hotel is right in the middle of all the street action of Delhi which seems to be non stop all day and night.
room was clean and had a good bed with a nice hot shower.
front desk helped us get a tuktuk to our morning tour meeting place,
cons-
nothing really.
overall a really successful stay at this budget hotel which exceeded all our expectations. would definitely stay here again and is highly recommendable!
- RAJAN (8/5): - Good location
- Jose (8/5): - 🙃
- Aldiyar (2/5): - Will never stay here again.
- Aldiyar (6/5): - I like the fact the staffs were very polite but the WiFi is the worst part of staying, it wasn’t fast & it was working lost of the time. Won’t be staying here again mainly for that reason.
- Rahul (2/5): - DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
Here are 7 reasons why:
1. The street outside is DANGEROUS. People will stop you and follow you as soon as you leave the building. Very far from the sights of Delhi.
2. Another family was given access to our room and walked in while we were sleeping. When we spoke to reception about this, they said they could only apologise but could not guarantee that other guests did not have access to our room.
3. The staff are always trying to profit off guests. One member of staff came in the lift with us and tried to sell us a SIM card. They followed us to our room despite us saying no repeatedly.
4. The tours are a scam. We were offered prices triple that which is available on get-your-guide for a tour of the Taj Mahal.
5. The hotel is generally stingy with resources. Guests are only given 500ml water per day and anything else is expensive (water is not included at breakfast).
6. Upon entering the room we noticed a strong smell of urine which the staff denied (perhaps they were used to it). The room was dirty when we arrived - my feet were caked in dirt after an hour.
7. The bathroom has bad drainage. The shower is not separate from the toilet area and floods even after short showers. Very slippery and dangerous. There were regular power-cuts every day.
I am confident the positive reviews on this site do not reflect the experience of most guests.
- Tariq (10/5): - Property location is excellent if looking to stay around old Delhi.
- Kyle (10/5): A great stay, for a great price. - The staff were very friendly and helpful from the second we arrived until the second we left. They arrabged a driver from Agra to Jaipur, got us sim cards and set them up and sorted our washing out for us.
Highly recommend.
- kimsC5824JO (10/5): Sometimes the uncertain become certain - This hotel located in a busy area but inside the walls, its peace and a place to rest, the staff is kind, considerate and accommodating. It was my first time in Delhi and first time in India but my family want a local experience and City Star give that vibe just outside. Shahid and the doorman was so kind to us that we truly recommend to give City Star a visit. Thank you guys
- Shantilal (8/5): - Helpful staff, adequate breakfast, mattress uncomfortable, wet area outside shower from spray from shower, good sized room, adequate storage, complimentary airport pickup, travel desk
- ImranLondon (8/5): Great location - Stayed here for a night in February and the experience was great. Helpful front desk with staff providing genuine care to give me advice on things I needed to know. For example, how much to pay for rickshaws and taxis for specific journeys. Hotel also arranged my taxi to the airport for a reasonable fee.
The hotel is located in the bustling area of Paharganj so there is no shortage of taxis and things to see.
If you want a no frills comfortable hotel at reasonable prices then definitely stay here.
- Shantilal (8/5): - Helpful staff, good room, toilet area too small, area very congested heavy traffic, not much clear and safe unmaintained footpath and unclean area
- MoragM904 (10/5): Enjoyable stay. - Had a lovely 4 night stay in the Hotel City Star. We were picked up at the airport by Taxi provided by the Hotel. The taxi is free but there is a 450 rupee parking charge (we were notified of this by the Hotel when booking). We found all the staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was a good size and clean. Nothing was a problem if you required anything for the room. Breakfast was good. As well as Indian food, continental was also available. There was a choice of fruit juice, fresh fruit, cereals, freshly made pancakes and omelettes, bread, condiments, cakes and tea/coffee. The area where the hotel is located is certainly what you would expect of Delhi, busy and bustling but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. Although a busy road outside the rooms were well soundproofed enabling a good night's sleep. We enjoyed going up to the Rooftop terrace in the evening for a drink and also found the Hotel food to be a good price and enjoyable. The restaurant is open 24hours. The City Star is in an ideal location for getting around the City. Tuktuks readily available outside the entrance and only 10-15min walk to New Delhi metro station. Also a Macdonalds nearby, around a 3 minute walk. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
- Leena (10/5): - clean and great staff. Breakfast was good too
- Leena (10/5): - I stayed here 3 times during a 9 day stay as I left for various day trips. The hotel looked after our suitcases whilst we were away. The staff could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed our stay
- Leena (10/5): - Great staff and close to station. Breakfast was good
- Paresh Chandrakant (8/5): - THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF ARE HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, TERRIBLE AND MISERABLE. THEY ARE MORONS AND NONSENSICAL GUYS WHO REALLY DONT KNOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT. THE ROOMS ARE OUTDATED AND THE FURNITURE IS BROKEN AND SMELLS BAD ODOUR. THE FRONT DESK ARE HELPFUL GUYS. THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL HAVE TOO MUCH BAD ATTITUDES, EGOISTIC FOR NO REASONS.
OVERALL IF U ARE ON A TIGHT BUDGET STAY HERE.
- Adrienne35 (6/5): Great value, helpful staff - We loved the free hotel pick up at the airport. The breakfast was fine, and I was able to order eggs. Shortly after we arrived, the concierge arranged a car to promptly take us around for a bit of a city tour of Old Delhi. he spoke very good English. The area is ok. We didn't walk around; we liked the location being a close drive to the sights, although next time I might stay closer to Connaught Place. Overall, the price was great and it was hard to resist!
- janhenrikv (10/5): Rajasthan, a great experience! - We arrived at City Star with pre-booked train tickets and an itinerary planned for Rajasthan. The staff persuaded us to choose a driver. We kept some of the train tickets and hotel bookings but got Vishal as our driver. We are happy with this combination. He has driven us safe all around Rajasthan, showing us places and telling us a lot about culture, religion, and his perspective on India. Vishal has taken us to eat with friends and has truly been a great and trustworthy companion on our journey. We highly recommend Vishal to anyone looking for a driver.
- Scenic43234327013 (10/5): Great days around Rajasthan - We arrived at City Star with pre-booked train tickets and an itinerary planned for Rajasthan. The hotel persuaded us to choose a driver. We kept some of the train tickets and hotel bookings but got Vishal as our driver. We are very happy with this combination. He has driven us comfortably all around Rajasthan, showing us places and telling us a lot about culture, history, and his perspective on India. Vishal has taken us to eat with friends and has truly been a great and trustworthy companion on our journey. We highly recommend Vishal to anyone looking for a driver. A good man.
- Trishnmix (10/5): A great hotel - This was our first stop in India . We received a warm welcome and checked into our room early.
The room was basic but comfortable clean and with 24 hour hot water.
The breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant - this was included in the room price . Recommend the pancakes !
Mir was very helpful with the planning of our onward travel and hotels across Rajasthan . He kept in touch with us throughout this time and everything went smoothly for a fair price.
- FeeR38 (10/5): Hotel City Star is the best hotel in New Delhi - Hotel City Star’s rooftop restaurant has both air-conditioned indoor seating and a shaded outdoor area and provide a free breakfast daily
The front desk staff and management are very professional and helpful. They ensure smooth check-ins and their attentive service and hospitality enhanced my overall experience, making it a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Our room and bathroom was very clean and we appreciated the hot water and the spacious shower.
The hotel is centrally located near New Delhi shops, the train Station and massage and Spa therapy.
Thank you City Star Hotel New Delhi for our comfortable stay and your kind hospitality
- Companion637682 (10/5): Very nice - Hotel very good service excellent travel desk muneer help you so much give you best rates for agra jaipur. and hotel team taking care nice breakfast is so good recommendation to other people to come this hotel super services.near by station 5 minutes walk from train station manager deepak is excellent
- Climber10290038619 (10/5): A great trip!! - Mir was great, he was very helpful in helping us plan our trip around the golden triangle. He is a very nice man and speaks very good English. We told him the things we wanted to see and do and he gave us a good price for the whole trip that totalled as 4 days.
Our driver Vishel was absolutely fantastic!! We couldn’t have asked for a better driver or travel companion for the 4 days, nothing was too much. He took us to amazing places, we enjoyed food and drinks with him and his friends, he was always on time and let us do what we wanted when we wanted. I felt so safe and comfortable being with Vishel, he even took me to a dentist when I accidentally chipped my tooth! If you do anything in India, hire Vishel!! We got to see so much and slept in the car in between when we were exhausted. Vishel looked after our bags in his car when we checked out of the last hotel, we went off shopping with our friends and he took us to the airport when we were ready. Meeting Vishel was a highlight of India! Very nice man, I will miss him.
- 488francescae (10/5): 4 day driver tour - Hotel City Star recommended Vishel to be our driver to make the most out of our short time in the golden triangle region. I'm so glad we did. He took us to places that we wouldn't have gone to otherwise, always looked out for us and organised tour guides at tourists' sites do we had a very personal experience. He went above and beyond taking us to his friends for dinner, friend to the dentist. he was simply fantastic and would definitely recommend 👌
- Harish Kumar (8/5): Great place to transit - Conveniently located on a main road near NDLS railway station, this excellent hotel offers great value with competitive pricing and complimentary breakfast.
- mollyf602 (10/5): Having an adventure - We arrived at Hotel City Star having been collected from the airport by transport arranged by the hotel. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, even offering the services of a member of staff to accompany us to the ATM to show us the way. We were welcomed by Mir who runs the travel service for guests and was very helpful in arranging a driver for our pre planned trip around Delhi, Jaipur, Rathambore and Agra. Our driver Vishel took us to places we wanted to see. He also took us to other interesting, historic and religious sites we would not have known or had access to on public transport such as the Monkey Temple and the Elephant village near jaipur. We have been with Vishel for 5 days now and he has taken time to help us to know more about his country, history, culture, language and faith. On our travels I have become very accustomed to being driven around and looked after which I will miss when our trip with Vishel ends when he leaves us in Agra as we continue on our adventures around India. Thank you Vishel, I have very much enjoyed our time and adventures together.
- 619leandad (8/5): Relaxed and fun - Arrived from England to a warm welcome . We had a 3 week trip planned with the first week covering Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambhore, Agra. Mir from the hotel was very helpful and friendly and persuaded us to take a driver as this would enable is to see more especially on route. It was a great decision and made our first week much more interesting and non stop fun thanks to our driver Vishel.
Vishel took us to all the normal tourist sights and more. He was a great driver, we always felt safe and was very attentive to all of our needs. If you can, we would definitely recommend. Not only so much more relaxing but informative and interesting, always great to hv local knowledge and have someone on hand to discuss and discover the culture. Thank you City Star and Vishel.. 🤗💛
- npatel306 (8/5): Good location - Good location and easy to get to the main attractions. Hotel is slightly outdated but its value for money. Breakfast staff are super helpful!!
The photos on internet looks good compare to when you enter the hotel but it is a 3 star property...
- ELEVING (2/5): - Bad work
- Genesis (8/5): - The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was amazing!!
- Pawel (10/5): - Hidden little gem
- Stephen (10/5): - The stay was comfortable and clean, restaurant was great, food excellent, a bit noisy on the rooftop but it is in Delhi. Great stay we would highly recommend this hotel.
- Raju (8/5): - Breakfast was good
- John Henry (10/5): - Everyone in the hotel was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Shuttle service was an important key factor for us, making it convenient and hassle free to and from the airport. There was someone who met us outside the airport. Complementary snacks and water were provided. Breakfast was delicious with an array of food to choose from and enjoy from the rooftop. Their kitchen is conveniently open 24 hours, satisfying your hunger at anytime with a lot of choices from their menu. Within walking distance there are many shops and places to eat. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was very comfortable and spacious in our room. Tuk Tuks were accessible to help us get around town. It was a cool experience! My mother and I were very happy with our stay. We thank everyone for making it memorable and of ease. If you’re looking for a place to stay, we highly recommend this hotel!
- Lukasz (10/5): Recommended - Enhoyable stay for 11 nights. Busy location but room's were well silenced.
Staff were very very friendly.
Definitely recommend.
- Samuel (6/5): - The actual hotel was great, cleanliness, staff and quality of hotel. But the area was not safe for tourists. This is not the hotels fault and they have 24 hr security guards, but i did feel quite trapped. You certainly cannot leave the hotel after dark and, even in the day, its difficult to walk down the street. It is best to go straight to a taxi from the hotel. They are waiting outside or the hotel can help you
- Dennis (10/5): - The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for us being in the middle of the city and close access to the old town markets
- Abhilash (6/5): - Thats it
- Gaurav (10/5): - Excellent location. Nice hotel
- Rudhra (10/5): - .
- Irfan (8/5): - It’s noisy in the morning.May be due to Room was near to elevator.Overl all Good hotel
- Saurabh (10/5): - The hotel is a must visit
- Michael (8/5): Central down to earth Delhi… - Having only planned to stay here for one night this hotel was fine. Outside the main road was noisy and not so pretty but I knew that before I booked. In fairness to the hotel, the room benefitted from double, double glazing (yes), and any noise outside was greatly reduced inside & significantly. Nice large room, all the usual add ones including AC & fan as it was so so hot, good shower and nice hotel staff. Rooftop food and drinks available too!
It is clear that the area comes to life at night and there was tons of shops, stalls, local food eateries and the odd bar! Train station & Metro probably 1000 metres away, to allow you to easily get from the airport to this area for 60 rupees fixed. For what I paid it was a good stay.
- Varathaluxmy (8/5): - Very clean, excellent customer services. Front room was a bit noisy as it is facing the main road, hope to get a quieter room for my next stay.
- Joe (8/5): - Room was decent. And Service was good. Though a major street ran in front of hotel, room was quiet. Breakfast had few choices but it was actually tasty. Hotel is just a few minute taxi ride from New Delhi Railway station, probably biggest plus for hotel. One negative. Somebody rang my doorbell in the wee hours of the night.
- Coin (10/5): - Good
- Neehar (4/5): - The hotel was definitely not worth the price I paid, it probably rates more as a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. You wouldn’t wanna pay more than $5-10 a night for this hotel. The photos are highly deceptive and are misrepresentative of the actual condition.
I initially received a room that smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working so they promptly switched me to a different one. Unfortunately within an hour the AC stopped working and the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes again. They took some time to switch me to a different room in which the AC finally worked. The staff were very kind and accommodating at the time, however not very efficient as it took almost an hour to get a new room. In seeing the 3 different rooms however, I noticed all of them had very old amenities, some chipped/broken. There were stains on the floor and furniture. The linens smelled like bleach and a low quality detergent. Apart from the staff on my first day, the rest of the staff seemed rude and very inefficient. I asked for a bottle of water on my second day and they didn’t send it until I reminded them an hour later. On the final day they called and rudely asked me to checkout merely 5 min after the checkout time of 12PM. Then at checkout they charged me for the bottles of water (which I was entitled for free bottles per my Platinum/VIP access thru Expedia). I would not recommend it to anyone. You would much rather spend a bit more in a better hotel in a better area of the city.
- Harish Kumar (8/5): Well located - Its well located place near New Delhi Railway station, to layover.
- Arijit (10/5): - It was a clean property but can use some work with its washrooms too small. Very noisy can use some kind of sound proofing for rooms. Staff is very helpful and well spoken over all good experience.
- Albert (6/5): Just ok, probably better options for the price - Hotel was located on a busy street in Delhi. It wasn't quite as noisy as you might think. Room was quite outdated and repairs that done looked shoddy (bad tile grout in bathroom, incorrect size toilet seat for toilet, etc.). Breakfast was ok, reception was ok. Hotel charges for bottled water (the only time in a 3 week trip a hotel charged me). The water is undrinkable in Delhi, so you're kind of stuck unless you go buy your own.
- Josue (10/5): - Will definitely stay here again
- Jeff (10/5): - I can’t say enough good about this property. Everything, from the room to the complementary breakfast was just perfect. The staff was also attentive and kind.
The only regret that I have that I didn’t Hotel City Star much sooner.
- john (4/5): - The shower (adjacent to the bedroom) was broken and dripped al
- Utkarsh (10/5): - Good place!!
- Syed Moiz (10/5): - Loved my stay here
- Steven (8/5): - Staff and mgmt were very pleasant. I’m not the fussy type; Hotel Star City met my needs.
- Arian (8/5): - I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the area looked a little sketchy. The checked in process was ok, because i prepaid online. I was asked to fill out information in a book that seemed odd. I loved the hotel architecture and rooftop breakfast area. The staff was nice, especially the host during breakfast. The room was average.I was given a room that had a smoke smell and was told a non smoking room was not available. The bathroom could use an update and the hotel could use a refresher as well. Overall, the stay was good.
- Hiroki (10/5): - 大通りに面しているものの遮音性が良く、部屋も清潔で寛げました。
朝食が付いていて
、焼きたてのタイミングでいただいたロティはとても美味しかったです。
- Sady (10/5): - Enjoyed my stay , was very convenient .
- Hallam (2/5): Possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. - Would really recommend against staying here - the hotel is in quite an inconvenient part of Delhi and doesn't feel particularly safe at night.
The room was not particularly clean at all and there were marks and crumbs in the bedsheets.
Our safe did not work properly and we had to ask twice for it to be unlocked so we could put our valuables in it.
We thought we would give this hotel a chance, however, by visiting the rooftop bar to see if we could enjoy anything about its location. We started to wonder why it took so long for our drinks to arrive only to witness one of the staff coming in with a bag of drinks from a local shop.
Don't bother dialling for reception as they won't pick up. The staff are asleep on the sofa's in the lobby (which I witnessed several times as I had to leave the room to ask about the safe/aircon).
Don't bother booking.
- Diana (8/5): - Pulito e nonostante sia su una strada molto trafficata non si sente nulla ben insonorizzato bagna con box doccia
- David (10/5): - This was one of the best hotels that I stayed in while visiting India.
- jorge (10/5): - i worried by some of the reviews i read online, but i had no problems. I enjoyed my stay.
- JONATHAN (6/5): Pay a bit more and avoid. - Basic hotel in a very busy part of town. Staff overly attentive in search of a tip…breakfast awful.
- Madhukar (8/5): - Location of the property was quite good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Take what we give or you are on your own!! - When we arrived at the hotel we had made the booking in, we were told there were no rooms and sent us to another hotel in the back alley. It was distressing that we had no control over what to do as it was already late in the night and we had traveled all day. The second hotel that we were forced to stay in -- the rooms were not very clean and the sheets were *×'^...and when we made some comments about it, they said they they will clean the room again...within 2 mins they said the room was cleaned...when we entered the room, we were breathless because they had sprayed ao much heavy smelly room freshner that we had to stand outside the room for 20 mins with fan on dull blast to air out the room. Never had such a distressing experience before with reservations with hotels.com, i will be more cautious booking with this website the next time!
- Md Mamun (2/5): - I ready complain to Expedia about the cleanliness. Because of I had to leave the hotel 2nd day even though I have two remaining. I talk to customer service and they will update the status with in couple of days. But yet to get any response.
- Suminda (8/5): - It’s been great to be this hotel only needs to upgrade the breakfast
- Margherita (4/5): - Room and whole hotel were extremely dirty. Staff could barely speak English.
- Naveen (8/5): - Not bad
- Jack (6/5): - The area is very noisy for most of the day and night, not a desirable area to stay in. I can't say the hotel was true value for money in relation to travelling to India, however I thought the room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast on offer. This wouldn't be for anyone looking for an element of luxury though.
- stephen (4/5): - Poor hygiene and staff not interested
- John (6/5): - I would say this is a backpackers hotel - stayed here and checked out after the first night (we arrived at 10 pm). We had no hot water and were told we would get it in the AM. Room was clean….location was sketchy.
- Bihari (4/5): - Small room
- Brian Van (10/5): - Pleasant stay. Hospitable staff. Great location.
- Makoto (8/5): - good
- Kyle (10/5): - I had left my phone in my taxi from this hotel to Jaipur. The staff went above and beyond to help me get it back. Thanks a lot!
- Mohamed (10/5): - Value for money
