Starting from their fast response during booking calls, to how smooth and comfortable they made our stay, and how quickly they fulfilled any request we had — everything was handled professionally and warmly. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. Even the guests were very classy and respectful. Nobody disturbed anyone, raised their voice, or invaded anyone’s space. Everyone respected the hotel rules, which made the atmosphere peaceful and comfortable. And the sea… absolutely breathtaking ❤️ Crystal clear water with beautiful fish and scattered corals everywhere — truly rare and special. Hotel can easily be 10/10 if they get rid of their third company scammers like spa company and trips organizers The spa staff are scammers, as are the other third-party companies operating in the hotel trying to sell trips or whatever stupid offers they do to you (which you can book for much better prices on getyourguide or other apps. They simply won't leave you alone. Even with the red 'do not disturb' strap on my beach bed, they still approach me. You literally cannot sleep on the beach without being bothered. They don't treat you like a human being, they just see you as someone to scam with unreasonable prices. Their behavior is disgusting, and they refuse to take 'no' for an answer. Ahh we even moved to ( Quite area on the beach and they still did not leave us alone and tried to guilt trip us)

• Honorine (3/5): Prison - Nothing Our stay at the Old Palace Resort was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The "Deluxe Sea View" room looked nothing like the professional photos; it was dated, and the floor tiles were actually broken near the bed making it uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. The building work wasn't pleasant to look at. Even the beach offered no escape, as we were constantly pestered by staff and vendors, making it impossible to relax. Also the resort uses its gated location to hold guests hostage. They force outside drivers to surrender their physical licenses at the gate to discourage Ubers from entering, then charge guests through their "approved" vendors of 15 dollars per person for a 10-minute tax to Senzo mall (see images for prices list). Even after they "reduced" it to 25 dollars for two, it was still a 1000% markup on a trip that costs 149 Egyptian pounds (about 3 dollars) locally. When we questioned this, the staff was incredibly rude. Ultimately guests must go all inclusive if you decide there as you cannot go out to explore local cuisine. All their approved vendors are dodgy as well - if you are getting on a speed boat theres no ladder you are expected to pull yourself back after snorkeling for an hour in choppy waters and it was those air filled speedboats. The jacuzzi was broken in the spa (run by third party vendor) and not informed when we booked our package as well. For a five star hotel they should have reputable vendors in their premises. The breaking point was the blatant disrespect. While my husband and I were getting a joint massage, the staff members called us “haram,” assuming we wouldn’t understand the insult. We felt so unwelcome that we checked out after only three days of our 6 night trip for my birthday. Management explicitly agreed to refund us for the remaining nights and promised to coordinate this with Booking.com. Its been more than two months, and they have failed to provide the refund.

Perfect for sea swimming, nice sandy beaches. It is not good for snorkeling to see underwater life. Rooms are little bit dated and need update. Entertainment overall is very basic even in evening.

Es gibt aber Einschränkung wer erwartet dass rund um die Uhr Essen und Trinken zur Verfügung steht. Die Stärke des Hotels ist das Restaurant mit einem sehr reichhaltigem Buffet. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und ist ein wichtiger Faktor für die Gesamt Bewertung des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist optimal zum relaxen und schwimmen. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Fitness Raum ist ganz in Ordnung. Security ist überall sodass alles sehr sicher ist. Die Bars sind nicht durchgängig geöffnet. Finger weg vom SPA Massage Service. Das sind keine Profis. Die Verkäufer am Strand für Ausflüge, Bilderservice und Co sind nervig.

We initially booked 6 nights, but honestly, once we experienced the comfort and the outstanding service, we decided to extend our stay for another 5 nights. That says a lot about how much we enjoyed it, and we will definitely come back again soon. From the very first moment, the reception team welcomed us with warm smiles and a high level of professionalism, which made a great first impression. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Mahmoud Magly for the grill – amazing food – and Chef Fahmy. Also, a big thank you to Hakim from the restaurant service for his great attitude and professionalism. The cleanliness was excellent, with housekeeping working around the clock and keeping everything spotless. Room service was also outstanding. Everything was well organized and enjoyable: the beach service, the bar, and the restaurant were all excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Showers water pressure is very low and almost non functioning hot water in the rooms 3. Poor room cleaning provably because we havent met the guy to tip him 4.Staff unfriendly until you tip them a few euros then immediately service becomes acceptable 5.All inclusive drinks are poor quality , there is not even filter coffee at breakfast , only this machine cheap drink selections 6.Food is tasty , but repetitive, we stayed 2 weeks , last couple of days we couldn’t see the food anymore 7.We booked the all inclusive offer , and we were aked for extra charges for milk , ice coffee , fresh juice, any drinks after 11 pm. 8. We paid for 28 nights ( 14 nights in 2 chalets) and we were denied late check out at least in one room even the hotel was available for booking on booking.com , reception told us they are fully booked . 9. Animation team kept annoying our dog, if you travel with your pet, make sure u tell animation to stay away, the dog is not an entertainment object 10. Only one restaurant available in the all inclusive option , everything else is a sell up.

We had a group booking that was originally non-refundable. However, due to a severe family emergency involving a sudden hospitalization. The management, Ms Sherihan the Reservation Manage is absolutely amazing!!!! Not only did she approve our stay dates to be shifted … but she also took the time to call us personally to offer her sympathies and ensure we had safe travels. ALL hotel STAFF are exceptional always smiling, very positive, and incredibly helpful...We enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing experience with our families. very minor recommendation to ensure the showers in the rooms are well maintained, the three rooms faced little challenges with water intensity and temperature.

• Ahmed (10/5): المكان بصوره عامه حلو سواء بحر، مطعم او غرف - المكان نظيف جدا، وفي اصرار من الاداره على المحافظه على نظافه المكان دائما. البحر في اهتمام بيه والاكل مستواه جيد وفيه تنوع كبير كل الشكر لمدير قسم الاغذيه الاستاذ اسماعيل وطبعا الاستقبال استاذ محمد حكيم ومديره مؤمن ولا انسى احمد عاصم واشكال الفوط الجميله اللي بيعملها على السرير مما يدخل السرور على الأولاد تم فصل مكيف الهواء علما ان الفندق مذكور انه مكيف

• Renaud (10/5): Good Resort to relax - My husband and I spent 5 days in this Resort. Everything was perfect, we had a very nice time. The hotel is very well tended, the staff is amazing and they are always looking for the customer to have a great time. Our room had good bedding and was spacious. There is good Wifi connection throughout the place. The food is excellent. There is a spa at the lower level, the massages are good ( if you go, ask for Asmaa, she is the best). The downside is their organization, it is chaotic. I would come again. We had the all-inclusive bracelets, which gave us access to a variety of drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) the cocktails were not great, tried several and they just didn't do it for us. Suggestion, stick to the beer and maybe the white wine. The night "soirees" were very basic and during the time we were there we didn't stay long.

• Lan (10/5): - Thank you for the room upgrade to a chalet, which was very spacious and sunny. The breakfast was plentiful every day, the evening shows were great, the swimming pool with warm water, and there was a beautiful private beach with lounge chairs. There was also a Zumba activity on the beach in the afternoon. We would recommend this place to our friends. The perfume in the lobby is too strong.

People who serve inside are not so interested to help, to ask what we want to drink, to remove plates ...like in other resorts we visited in Hurghada. Location is good and beach is very nice. Food can be better. They have a heated pool. People who serve in the restaurant. I had a feeling that they would give their best only if I give to them tips 5-10 eur all the time. This is not ok. If you don't give extra money for their service they are not so interested to help with drinks.. Furniture is old.

• Rolf (9/5): Ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt noch mal, Dankeschön - Es war ein toller Urlaub, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Selbst mit Hund war alles sehr unkompliziert, das nenne ich Urlaub Wir hatten ein Zimmer was noch nicht renoviert war, es gab ein paar Schönheitsfehler von Abnutzung, aber sonst gut.
