- trinh (8/5): - Property is in a great location. Mins away from Busan station metro and KTX Station. There Plenty of food, 7 Elevens, markets, street food mins away. Water filters on the two floors which was great. Employee was rude when I was checking in. Handed me the key and pointed at the elevator. He didn’t explain how the AC is controlled by the TV remote etc. Towels are the size of a hand towel. There was a used bar of soap, 3/4 tube of toothpaste and body cloth left in the bathroom. I am blessed the AC was working however adjusting the temperature, power etc didn’t work. It was too hot or too cold. I made the best for what I paid.

- Byrd (8/5): Stay vigilant - Motel is in a great location; maybe 3 to 5 minutes walk to Busan Station. The area is loaded with eateries/ restaurants. The only negative I didn’t like is I receive a call from the front desk for my vehicle key so they could move it for others to park. They then asked if I had planned on using my car during my stay, in which I replied no. They then took my car from the hotel to an offsite garage. I just did not like having my car out of my view. I could not even fuel up the night prior to my departure. Long story short, the car was a rental and when I returned it, there was a bruise on the drivers side fender. All I know is that I didn’t do it.
- Chris (8/5): - This is a very functional hotel. You do have to walk through a small parking garage to get to the main desk, which is a small window. The rooms are small, but adequate. The window faces the wall of another building, so there was not much direct sunlight (4th floor). However, everything was clean and the floors were tile. The wireless internet was a little slow, but there is a desktop computer in the room and a big LCD TV. I would easily stay here again, as it is literally within 100 yards of the train station.
- Verified traveler (8/5): ラブホだと割り切って、立地条件優先で！ - 釜山駅やリムジンバスからも近いですし、チャガルチ方面にも、西面方面にも駅前からバスが出てるので、地下鉄の階段の辛さから開放されます。HOTELとしては、基本ラブホと思ってるので、周りのお客様にその様な人がいても仕方ないと思って泊まりましたが、誰とも会いませんでした。夜になると、釜山駅の電車の音が気になるのと、一晩中歌が流れていて、窓を開けて寝ることは出来ませんでした。床が薄いのか、上の階の足音が響きます。涼しくなってましたが蚊が何匹か居てたので、部屋に備え付けのスプレーを使用しました。4日間滞在しましたが、鍵を持ち歩いたせいか、部屋の掃除はありません。ミネラルウォーターも初日に2本ありましたが、以後はウォーターサーバーからもらうか、買うかです。部屋に紙コップはあります。水回りも、特に問題なく使えますが、バスタオルはなく、普通のタオルが3枚置いてました。チムジルバンを使用したので、部屋のお風呂は1回入っただけですが、フロントに言えばもらえると思います。駅近くにバリーアクアランドっていうチムジルバンがありますし、26番バス1本で松島へスピアにも行けます。チェックアウト後の荷物も預かってもらえます。 一人旅で、立地条件優先、煙草が吸えたら良い！って人には良いと思います。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay in Top Motel. The motel is located in the very center of Busan right next to the Busan Station where many high speed trains depart and arrive. It is also 5 minutes walk from the Chinatown and the Ferry Passenger Terminal. It is also 3 minutes walk from metro line #1 which makes it extremely easy to visit the Gamcheon Culture Village, the Jagalchi Market or the Gukje Market. One thing on the negative side though is that the neighborhood is not that pretty. But there are many convenience stores nearby. Checking in and checking out was pretty easy by the way. I just walked in and in a few minutes I got the keys, then I just dropped off the keys when I checked out. This made me question though how secure is the hotel, but I didn't have any issues with neither the staff nor the other guests. The room was the same as on the pictures and it was clean and well equipped. But there was nothing to see from my room. So don't expect a great view to the sea. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

- ﾌｪﾝﾘｰ神戸在住 (8/5): 釜山駅前 - とにかく、翌日の移動（釜山駅から韓国新幹線KTX）が朝早かったので、駅近で助かりました。 あと、チェックイン時、こちらから名乗る前に、すぐに認識！。なぜ分かるのかと思うほどの対応。すばらしい。 モーテルですので、従業員の方にお会いしたのは、チェックインのこのときだけです。 普通のホテルよりアメニティが充実しているので、一人で泊まりましたが、それなりに楽しみました。 安いし、短期宿泊なら、このようなモーテルも悪くないかも。部屋も清潔でした。

- NILAN (10/5): 位置方便 價格便宜 但是有位員工感覺怪怪的? 另外房間似有塵蹣一回到房間就會覺得癢癢的 - 我們出門後進房幫忙打掃後居然把鑰匙直接插在房門上 回來時整個大傻眼 幸好貴重物品沒不見 旅館位置真的非常好有機場巴士可以到離地鐵站也超近然後便宜 可是某位工作人員有點怪(有兩位大叔，其中一位比較怪= =) 另外房間雖然打掃得看起來很乾淨可是我跟一起去住的堂姊一到房間就會開始覺得癢癢的不知道為什麼 可能有塵蹣?? 還有因為是motel所電視頻道數大的都是18禁節目 若非情侶或夫婦同去者可能要避免轉電視轉過頭看到不適宜的畫面

- pinkpink (4/5): 駅近のラブホ - 女性の利用（特に一人）は、あまりお勧めしません。旅行での利用もあるでしょうが、いわゆるラブホテルです。 チェックイン時のフロントで渡されたお泊りセットに避妊具があったのには、かなり驚きました。 室内は普通のビジネスホテルです。使用しませんでしたが、PCもありました。 日本語は通じません。 チェックアウトの時間や荷物預けの質問をしたフロントの方は親切でした。

- Ianna (8/5): Comfortable room close to Busan station - Helpful staff and reasonably comfortable rooms. Room is not big but it's got what you need except big towels are not provided. Staff can't speak much English but we had no problem settling down since everything was prepared. The whole street is full of motels but this one is definitely the cheap and comfortable option to go.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 釜山駅に近く、安い。 早いチェックイン、遅いチェックアウトも可能。 - 税込4000円程度で泊まれたので満足しています。以前コネストからの予約で泊まったときはチェックインに手間どりましたが、Expediaからの予約の場合はスムーズにチェックインできました。フロントの人は日本語も話せます。名前の確認だけですぐに部屋の鍵がもらえるのは楽です。(近くの東横インは宿泊カードへ記入やパスポートコピーなどがあるため時間がかかる)。宿泊料が安かったので、前回泊まった時より部屋は狭く、2人利用の場合はかなり窮屈かもしれません。部屋はオンドルがきいていて暑いくらいでしたが、窓をあけることで温度調節はできました。カードキーではなく昔ながらのシリンダーキーでキーホルダーの部分が大きいので外出時は預けたほうが良いと思います。ここは韓国モーテルによくあるエレベータ内の鍵を入れるボックスがないのでフロントでしっかりと鍵の管理はしていると思います。部屋は清潔でした。オンドルが暑いので扇風機を回しましたが埃も全く落ちて来ず、毎日しっかりと掃除しているようです。備品にはグランプリモテル、草梁トップモテル、TOPMOTELなどの名が混じっていて何回も名称変更していることがわかります。
- Jack (10/5): 釜山駅からほど近く立地価格ともに最高です！ - 釜山駅から徒歩3分圏内にあるとのことで立地条件は大変すばらしいと思います。 ラブホテルであることを気にされない方には是非オススメしたいです。 コンビニも2件すぐ近くにありますしね。 あと…惜しかった点はフロントの小窓のところに無造作に部屋の鍵が並べてあり、セキュリティー上の問題を感じました。それなのにフロントに誰もスタッフが居ない時があるので（汗）鍵取りたい放題です。 なので外出の際は鍵を掛けて鍵を持って出ていってました。 それと歯磨き粉はあったが、肝心の歯ブラシが置いてなかったぐらいですかね。 これら以外は部屋も綺麗で快適でした！
- WANG TING (8/5): Convenient n cheap lodging at Busan train station - Just 5 mins from Busan Train Station, offers great convenience and many food options Its exterior may look sleazy like a KTV, but the motel is actually clean, quiet and safe. Low price allowed us, 2 ladies to book a room each for more space. The price of 2 rooms still ended up cheaper than sharing one room of a 3 star hotel, just a few buildings away.
- Karen (10/5): Love Motel???? - It started off on a negative note--I was not prepared for the condoms and massage oil that was given in my welcome packet but the staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The neighborhood was close to the KTX line and I was able to get in a lot of walking and take a lot of pictures. There were many wonderful restaurants close by and a lot to do.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 체크아웃 시간이 호텔핵심정보에 나온거랑 다릅니다. - 호텔핵심정보에는 체크인은 정오/ 체크아웃 14:00라고 되어있는데 막상 방문을 하니 체크아웃 12:00라고 해서 일정에 차질이 생겨 추가요금을 지불하고 더 머물렀습니다. 14:00라고 되어있었다고 말했는데도/ 아니라고 12:00라고 하셨어요. 호텔 핵심정보 수정 바랍니다. 나머지는 다 만족입니다.

- Floriane (6/5): pratique et bon rapport qualite prix - Nous avions besoin proche de la gare pour nos excurtions, l'hotel est pratique pour cela. Chambre propre mais deco basique. Nos voisins n'etaient pas bruyants mais si c'est le cas l'insonorisation est moyenne. bon rapport qualite/prix.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was clean, close to Busan station and good value. It's abit dark in the halls. On one of the nights we were woken by an amorous couple next door checking in at 3am and leaving not long after. Wouldn't say it was a love hotel but it's used as a convenient stop for couples. They also give you an amenities pack with condoms and lady wash amongst the usual toothbrush and razor.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 부산역에서 아주 가까워요 - 부산역 2번 출구로 나가거나 앞쪽 도로 건너서 가면 도보로 약 5분 정도 거리에 위치하구요, 역에서 우선 가까워서 지하철로 이동하기에 아주 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셨고 방에 담배냄새는 따로 나지 않았습니다. 부산역 근처 숙소를 원하신다면 이용하셔도 좋을 듯 합니다:)
- Tianyu (10/5): 值得一住 - 离釜山站很近 吃饭还有购物也挺方便。酒店挺干净，也会提供牙刷牙膏、沐浴露洗发露等，有免费的饮料和矿泉水。电视挺大，同时还有电脑。体验挺不错的。肯定还会再来。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 괜찮았어요 - 짧은 부산여행을 위해 예약했어요 사실 그냥 모텔인데 일본 비즈니스 호텔 생각하면 훨씬 넓고 좋아요 다음에도 이용할겁니다
- yoon ying (8/5): Good location and very clean motel - It is a bit difficult finding the motel at first. Location of the motel is good - 2 mins walk to the airport limousine bus stop, to busan subway station and also to busan rail station. Many restaurant and convenient shop 1 min away.
- jake (4/5): Cheap - Need shower curtains . Staff was helpful. I didn't realize until later that I have to ask for fresh towels . But it wasn't the staff that told me I needed to notify them rather it was my local Korean friend

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was basic, so do not expect a lot. It was overall clean, but the blanket had some stains and needed to be replaced. Check in was fine and easy, but when we went back down to ask a question there was no one to be found. Basic Korean motel experience.
- Raymond (6/5): Worth for what you have paid - It's close to Busan Metro Station & Train Station, very convenient for going to different tourist attractions. And there is a convenient store near by, you can buy your breakfast there if you go out very early. The room is big enough and clean. But one thing bad is there are mosquitoes in the room every day. My legs have been bite many times. It seems the mosquitoes exist everywhere in Busan. And the motel should provide Bath Towels but not Face Towels.

- Ruslan (10/5): Fabulous Motel, closed to Busan Station - Great location, helpful and cheerful staff. Busan Station and Busan City Tour only 3 and 2 minutes walk. Convenient stores everywhere. Big flat screen TV and each room provided with PC.
- Jon (6/5): It's a basic Korean hotel. - This place is pretty no frills. Korean hotels are more like staying at a friend's house than an actual hotel, so, by that standard this place is right on. Decently clean, the a/c worked well, and the man at the desk was very friendly. It's pretty much all you need from a place to crash.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very convenient. - The stay at Top Motel was great considering the value of the cost. It is very convenient, right beside Busan Station for the high speed train to Seoul and other parts of Korea, as well as Busan Station for the subway (metro), as well as many buses to the parts of the city. Top Motel is close to Yongdusan Park and Jagalchi Market (2 subway stops away). There is a personal computer and internet for every room. Cleanliness is good. Beds are comfy. The area is safe. Very quiet. There are 2 deli-markets located beside the motel - therefore convenient. It is not a "" real "" hotel in the sense that it does not have a real hotel lobby, nor "" room service "", nor a "" spa "", etc ... it does not have service ... nor "" hotel amenities "" nor does the receptionist speak English that well. However, for the cost of the room, it is a great deal. Regarding the rooms, there are two choices, standard and deluxe. The only difference is the deluxe is slilghtly larger in the room and also in the bathroom. For couples, it would be better for the deluxe due to the larger room. For a single person, a standard room is my recommendation.
- Ellen (8/5): cheap motel in a good location - The motel was good for what we paid for it. The rooms smelled like cigarettes but they were otherwise clean. You can't beat the location, it's a 2 minute walk to the KTX station and Nampodong is very close by. I would stay here again.
- Tu (6/5): Not recommeded - As most of Korean hotels and motels, the room is clean and tidy with provided items for your comfort. However, the room does not have enough light and I do not have safety feeling. The staff is not helpful due to limited English. Only one thing I like is the location which is close to Busan train and bus station. I recommend to book at Toyoko inn locating right next to the station even you pay a little bit more.
