• Annabelle (3/5): J’ai payé plus de 600 € pour un séjour de deux jours, je n’ai pas été satisfait au niveau du buffet qui n’avait pas larg - Les chambres étaient bien Le service, j’ai demandé de l’eau deux fois, je n’ai jamais reçu de l’eau dans les chambres. J’ai pris la formule tout inclus en terme de repas au restaurant, il n’y avait pas large choix. Qui rentrait dans cette formule. Et le buffet était pas très varié.

La chambre est très petite! On ne savait pas où poser nos valises… De plus le duvet est très épais, trop chaud. Je n’ai pas bien dormi. Serveurs parfois très insistants au bord de la piscine pour qu’on commande à boire, j’ai dû dire non plusieurs fois de suite.

• Frédéric (8/5): Hôtel confortable, mais trop animé pour ceux souhaitant se relaxer après une journée d'escapades. - Le personnel est attentionné, souriant. La formule de dîner buffet permet de ne pas perdre de temps, tout en offrant une qualité et une variété de plats très honorables. Les jardins extérieurs sont impeccables. La petite plage de l'hôtel est bien aménagée avec parasols et bains de soleil. Des animations musicales sont organisées tous les soirs (sauf le dimanche). Certains aiment, moi pas du tout. Le problème est que cela n'est annoncé nulle part, ni sur booking ni sur le site officiel du Radisson. Résultat, pas de calme en soirée avant 22h00 - 22h30 car le bruit envahit toutes les chambres. Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants. Nos draps étaient tellement usés qu'ils se perçaient tout seul !
• Julian (10/5): - Sehr gepflegte, moderne und gleichzeitig gemütliche Hotelanlage mit angenehmer Größe – ideal für Paare, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Aussicht auf das Meer einfach traumhaft. Sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool gab es immer ausreichend kostenlose Sonnenliegen. Strandhandtücher wurden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt und bei Bedarf täglich gewechselt. Der Strand war zudem sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnlich gute Service, vor allem im Restaurantbereich. Aufgrund einer Zöliakie wurden wir von Anfang an sehr professionell betreut – inkl. persönlichem Gespräch mit dem Küchenchef bei der Ankunft. Es gab sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen im Beach Restaurant (á la Carte) glutenfreie Optionen und sogar die Möglichkeit, sicher am Abendbuffet im Hauptrestaurant zu essen. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die ruhige Lage sowie kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft machen das Gesamtpaket perfekt. Klare Weiterempfehlung! /

The staff were helpful and friendly and a special thanks to Harry in the dining room . The hotel caters for adults only . The buffet was the same every evening with a limited choice of dishes and became monotonous. The evening entertainment was not to expectations and ended early . If you did not book in full board the lunch menu was limited and did not offer toasted sandwiches or tuna salads

From the day we arrived everything was exceptional. We got welcome drinks upon arrival and our room was so stunning. We were here to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday and she was so pleased with the hospitality. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Neel, Temmy, Tisha and Vinny, who are also part of the hotel staff. They added to our beautiful experience at the hotel. Neel thank you for being such a great driver and guide, you were nothing short of amazing. Thank you Temmy for always greeting us with a smile and being so helpful and kind. Thank you Tisha for always greeting us with a joyful smile and always checking if we were okay. Thank you Vinny for being a joyful driver, and telling us so much about Mauritius. Musik an der Poolbar ist so laut, dass man sie unter Wasser am Meer unten noch hört. Absolutes no go! Die Zimmer sind so ringhörig, dass man leider vom Nachbar alles mitbekommt.. The intros were easy and it was lovely getting to know her and her passion in hospitality. She recommended the hotel activities and shared/explained the local activities to priority, this made it easy to explore the island and understand the pamphlets displayed at reception. She checked in on us daily to confirm if we were comfortable 🥰 she’s so sweet and cares about the guests. The hotel has vibrant staff - Adrianna guided us in all the hotel activities during our stay from meditation to fishing and aqua Zumba. Every time we bumped into each other at the hotel corridors, it was good vibes😊😊 The team from the spa - very friendly The hotel✅ The hotel is nicely located and with the sea view, every moment was refreshing. The food was tasty and the hotel activities were fun. It’s in a good driving distance to the Ile Aux Cerf port, Flaq market and horse riding activities. The bedroom bathroom could do with a little more cleaning on the edges of the basin, the floors and the shower glass doors

Au petit déjeuner, nous sommes allez au buffet nous servir une seconde assiette et à notre retour soit moins de 2 minutes après, le serveur m’explique que les oiseaux se sont jetés sur notre table !!!! Ils l’avaient donc entièrement débarrassés !! Il ne restait qu’une tasse de café, un thé, 2 verres de jus de fruit et un croissant. Par contre il était 10:10 !!! Et le petit déjeuner n’est servi que jusqu’à 10:00. Nous avons trouvé le procédé inventif mais très désagréable.

There are many better resorts in MRU. - - Great location - Amazing spa - The BEST grilled fish at the buffet - Nice and super clean room - Really good breakfast Check-in was complicated and took a lot of time as the receptionist had to go through a lot of procedures for currency conversion, etc. She had to call the manager or supervisor several times which made it time consuming. Usually check-ins are super fast and smooth. Food at the buffet was limited. Room without balcony.

Değişik bir yapısı var anlamadım. Ama kafanızı koyduğunuzda yastıklardan kağıt sesi geliyor idi sanki. Bu anlamda oldukça konforsuzdu. Açık büfesi çok başarılı değil. Eşim kahvaltı sonrası odada kustu. Artık ne dokundu anlamadık. Ala carte restoranı için rezervasyon aynı gün yapabilirsiniz dediler. Gittik ve dolu dediler. Yani bu paraya çok da güzel şeyler vaadetmiyorlar malesef. Bu otel tekrar tercihim olmaz

• Océane (9/5): Parfait - Nous somme venue pour notre voyage de noce après un road trip en Afrique du Sud. C’était incroyable , reposant ! La mer au pied de l’hôtel, nous permet de voir déjà plein de poisson ce qui est incroyable .. Le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable. Le buffet était bon La localisation pour visite le nord est très bien ! On peut louer directement à l’hôtel voiture ou scooter.

• stefanie (9/5): Traumhaft, ich würde wiederkommen! - Man wurde äußerst zuvorkommend behandelt, das Essen war immer großartig und die Zimmer sehr hübsch und praktisch! Unser Zimmer lag sehr nah an der Bar, wo jeden Abend bis 22 Uhr, manchmal länger, sehr laute Musik war... muss man mögen!

There was no gowns and slippers Our telephone was not working when we arrived, we were staying in the garden room across the street so we had to walk back to the reception to report and requests for the things we needed when we could have just called Our bathroom had a very bad smell which would fill the room due to the bathroom having no window or extractor fan

• Flügel (9/5): Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dieses Hotel wählen - Das Hotel war wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten ein atemberaubendes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Zudem haben wir eine Flasche Sekt zum Empfang geschenkt bekommen. Das Personal war auch total freundlich und aufmerksam. In der Unterkunft selbst werden auch täglich kleinere Aktivitäten wie Aqua Gymnastik oder auch Fahrradtouren angeboten. Das Frühstückesbuffet hat viel zu bieten sodass jeder etwas passendes für sich findet. Abends gibt es auch Buffet und wechselt sich täglich ab. Außerdem gibt es im Hotel nochmal ein zusätzliches Restaurant in dem man toll essen gehen kann. -Man muss bedenken dass viele Ausflugsziele eher im Süden angeboten werden. Aber das Hotel bietet auch Ausflüge an oder man mietet sich einfach ein Auto -Getränke muss man am Abendbuffet bezahlen, sind nicht im Preis inkludiert -der Souvenierladen im Hotel hat sehr hohe Preise (Zahnpasta 8€)
• Francesca (10/5): Un hotel che ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni aspetto: 5 notti da sogno! - Tutto! La posizione è perfetta per visitare il nord e l’est di Mauritius. Lo staff è stato incredibilmente gentile e attento, soprattutto alle mie esigenze di cibo senza glutine: ogni sera preparavano un dolce diverso apposta per me! Il ristorante a buffet era ottimo, vario e super curato, e anche la colazione era meravigliosa (uova cucinate al momento, tanta scelta). Camera splendida con vista oceano mozzafiato, piscina rilassante e atmosfera magica. L’accoglienza con bottiglia di bollicine locali e frutta fresca è stata davvero un bel gesto. La sera poi c’era sempre musica dal vivo, molto piacevole da ascoltare con un bicchiere di rum in giardino. Nulla, è stato tutto perfetto.
• Sohail (7/5): Nettes Hotel für kürzeren Aufenthalt - ruhig und entspannend. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal im Restaurant und Housekeeping. Tolle Eierspeisen zum Frühstück frisch zubereitet. Schöner großer Pool und direkter Strandzugang (Privatstrand). Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Personal an der Rezeption wirkt in Teilen recht arrogant. Uns wurde zu Beginn ein schlechteres (deutlich kleineres) Zimmer als gebucht zugeteilt und als Upgrade verkauft. Erst nach in Frage stellen der gebuchten Kategorie wurde uns ein besseres und deutlich größeres Zimmer zugeteilt. Dieses Erlebnis empfanden wir als recht ärgerlich und enttäuschend. Die Strandhandtücher stinken sehr stark. Das liegt daran, dass sie noch halb feucht wieder an die Gäste verteilt werden. Riechen daher modrig. Gleiches gilt für die Bettwäsche. Das Buffet kann einem auf Dauer etwas eintönig vorkommen. Vögel im Frühstücksraum / Restaurant sind etwas nervig, da sie sich über unbeaufsichtigte Teller hermachen, wenn man kurz den Platz verlässt. Bei schlechtem Wetter hat man im Hotel und in der näheren Umgebung wenig Aktivitäten zur Auswahl. Man muss bedenken, dass die Ostküste recht windig ist / sein kann.
• Francesco (7/5): Veramente deludente. Mi aspettavo molto di più. Servizio d’accoglienza eccellente. Peccato per il buffet sempre uguale n - L’interior design della stanza. Ho alloggiato in una camera superior con vista mare. Hotel con esposizione a est, questo significa troppo vento per stare in spiaggia. In piscina, quando le raffiche era veramente forti faceva freddo.

• Jochem (9/5): Nice place to relax. - All the meals were good. Breakfast was a buffet. For lunch and dinner the option between buffet and a la carte. We upgraded to an all-in package when we arrived, to save ourselves the hassle of overthinking. We were here during the winter, so it was very windy and beach/ocean activities were limited due to the rough sea.

• Lebo (9/5): Exceptional - The staff is super humble and always ready to assist .The breakfast was yummy.Adrii’s guidance through snorkelling made my experience extra special . They could improve on adding a variety of meat for dinner .

No amenities into the bar fridge into the room. On the booking, it mentioned garden view, but it was a simple room with no balcony

• Nathalie (10/5): Little gem with a breathtaking beach! - Everything! Adult only hotel, so very calm and peaceful. The beach was wonderful and practically deserted. Large pool, friendly and very efficient staff. Large, delicious and varied buffet. Loved the beach restaurant where you can literally sip your cocktail barefoot in the sand! As a Mauritian, I was very impressed by this little gem and thought that I knew all of the different hotels in Mauritius! We will definitely return! Nothing!
• Richard (10/5): Great hotel in the perfect location. - Location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Spa was amazing. Staff were great. Will come again. Staff at the beach bar were not customer focused.
