• MAŁGORZATA (7/5): Zapłaciliśmy za większy apartament, a dostaliśmy inny w tej samej cenie - Personel był bardzo miły, probowano zrekompensować nam zmianę apartamentu na mniejszy niż zamówiliśmy Brak ręczników dla wszystkich osób, które mieszkały. Poprosiliśmy o doniesienie ale rano przy sprzątaniu znowu zostały zabrane więc 2 osoby nie miały ręczników. Zaproponowano nam transport z lotniska do hotelu, potem jednak propozycja była nieaktualna. W innych hotelach w których byliśmy w Wietnamie był transport z i do hotelu gratis .Śniadania niby w cenie ale tak naprawdę tylko do kwoty 150k co praktycznie nic w tej kwocie się nie mieści np kawa i croissant. Jakikolwiek zestaw śniadaniowy plus napój to ponad 200k. Także nie do końca te śniadania w cenie. Bardzo głośno, klimatyzacja brudna więc nie włączaliśmy. W apartamencie bardzo duszno.

• Andrea Danilo (8/5): A good choice for 3-4 days if you dont wanna be in the center. - We had a appartment, the room was really big and had everything we needed. The water of the pool was too cold. The playground was old. The pool/playground area is shared with the buildings surroundet and no drinks and food is allowed. The hotel is locates in a quit neihgberhood, if you want to enjoy the center your to far away from it.

• Nell (9/5): Great value for money - The apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms, an office room, and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. The swimming pool was large, and there was also a tennis court and gym. Housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful, even delivering food orders to our room, and receptionist gave great personal recommendations on where to buy the best matcha. . We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches on arrival with flowers and alcohol-free sparkling wine The location is a bit far from the centre, and it was difficult to book a Grab or taxi early in the morning. Some of the gym equipment was also under maintenance.

Supermarket downstairs is handy. Not far from the station. Nice lounge room and dining area. Clothes rack needs upgrading. Microwave and appliances need an instruction manual. Staff are willing to help but it would be nice to work it out by yourself with a written guide. Suggest a mat in the kitchen area (especially under the water jug) as it can get wet there.

I just checked in didn’t want to have 2 guys lingering around my apartment while waiting for a new safe as it was taking too long so I didn’t get it fixed, also everyday of my stay there was maintenance guys in my suite fixing an air condition unit. Without permission they would just be in there for a very long time. I didn’t have much privacy and feel like this could’ve waited till I wasn’t at the unit. again, this went on everyday of my stay.

• Jackie (9/5): Spotless apartment. Super friendly staff. Away from the hectic pace of district 1. - I love staying at the Somerset Vista in Saigon. The moment I arrived I felt taken care of. From the friendly doorman to the helpful reception staff to the fabulous housekeeping staff. Everything was excellent. The room was so well equipped, spotless and spacious. The free wifi was fast and reliable. I have stayed several times and am never disappointed. Would highly recommend if you want to stay slightly away from the hectic pace of district 1. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Some appliances needed maintenance. I informed staff on checkout and they were keen to make the necessary arrangements to sort things out.

Has a Starbucks coffee and two convenient stores within the complex. Rooms have everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine.This is the second time we have stayed here. • Hye (8/5): An Acceptable Accommodation for Q2 Visitors - Spacious rooms, unexpectedly quiet ambiance, large bathrooms, and comfortable beds There is no breakfast buffet, which is not what I have anticipated. The voucher for the breakfast is useful, but the value isn’t high enough for a combo of a dish and a beverage. The staffs were nice though I would say not professional as regular four-star hotels’. I still understand this hotel is more focused on accommodating long-term stays, not suitable for a brief visit.

• Jason (10/5): - The property is in a nice quiet area of Ho Chi Minh, but only minutes from all the action by taxi. There are a couple of coffee shops steps away, and two convenient stores. All the staff are incredibly helpful and can't do enough for you. Very enjoyable two weeks. Will be back again.
• Junsang (6/5): 조식 대신 스타벅스 쿠폰 가격 차이가 많음 - 숙박시설이 청결하고 고객응대가 친절했습니다. 다만, 식당가와 거리가 있어 차량 이동을 해야하고, 특히 조식 서비스 대신 스타벅스 쿠폰을 받았는데, 조식 비용으로 약 3만원(인당) 지불했으나 스타벅스 쿠폰은 약 8천원 이었으며 초과되는 금액은 별도 지불까지 했습니다. 이외에는 전반적으로 만족했습니다.
• Chandrachur (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean. Rooms, kicthen, bathrooms were spin and span. Sheets and towels were luxurious. One room was a little small but it was good for our family of 4. Housekeeping was perfect. The room had a drinking water supply (20 liter bottle and dispenser). Breakfast - Don't take the starbucks breakfast. It's horrible to have the same baked and frozen items for 3 days. Location - The traffic movement in this area was a little clumsy. You need to have 10 minutes buffer to anywhere. Thao dien area and a lot of restaurants there were very close by though.

• Cecile (8/5): Amazing luxurious apartment that would work better for long term expats than short stay tourists. - Guests are given a breakfast coupon for the next door Starbucks worth 150K/person. While this was sufficient, it is definitely not the amazing breakfast buffet that most 4-5 stars hotels in Vietnam offer. Since this is a luxury serviced apartment, not a hotel, if having a great breakfast is a must for you then I would select another accommodation. The location is really far to major tourist attractions even by taxi. While Somerset Vista is in a high end, safe residential high rise areas with lots of expat and higher end boutique coffee shops and eateries, no nearby street food stalls or mom/pop type Vietnamese restaurants that are accessible on foot.

• EDWIN KEAN MENG (10/5): - Stayed 5 nights in the Premier 2 bedroom on the 18th floor with my wife and 2 kids. View was great from the apartment and it was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Special thanks to front desk staff Dennis for his hospitality and great service. Apartment was well maintained and spotless. Thanks to housekeeping staff Ngoc and Yloang. There is a grocery and convenience store in the same building and a couple of malls nearby. Hotel provides a free shuttle service to various attractions in the morning. Breakfast is provided at the Starbucks cafe via vouchers provided by the hotel. Food quality is good. My family and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Theres always taxis down stairs, fantastic hair wash, free star bucks breakky, supermarket and a kids play center. they provide all your toiletries and a full kitchen with a washer which is really helpful we will definitely stay here again Sheets were stained but they changed them straight away and the cleaners accidentally threw away a plastic bag that had 4 pairs of socks in them. Had an issue with the shower head which then fixed asap too we couldn’t get the dryer to work but the clothes rack was sufficient

• JOOHYUNG (8/5): 수영장이 마음드는 곳 - 위치가 애매하긴 한데 그 또한 원하는 부분이라면 호치민에서 머물기 좋은 곳 같습니다. 일단 신축이라 깨끗하고 수영장이 넓어 그런부분의 만족도는 높습니다. 상가 건물엔 식당, 슈퍼, 빵집 등도 있고 근처 단지로 택시를 타고 이동하면 더욱더 많은 식당과 마트 등이 있으니, 레지던스 시설을 충분히 이용할 수 있다면 머물기 좋은 곳입니다. 다만 만족도가 높은 반면 불편사항도 있습니다. 약간 호치민 외곽지역에 신규 택지 지역 같은 곳에 위치하다보니 (미사 지구 에서 강남 가는 그런 느낌 ) 일반적으로 많이 가는 1군 등으로 이동은 택시 편도 기준 6-8천원에 약 30-40분 정도 내지 그 이상 걸리던 것 같은데 몇일 계속 숙박하면 비용도 그렇고 뭔가 이동하는게 굉장히 귀찮은 일이 될 수 도 있습니다. 그리고 온화한 지역의 특성이겠지만 창호 부분이 2중창이나, 방한 대책 적용 없이 설치 되어 외부 도로측 소음 영향이 생각보다 큽니다. 일반적인 차량 주행 소음은 웬만하면 수용하겠지만 심야 고속도로 중차량 통행에 따른 소음 및 경적 소음은 편안한 수면을 갖기에 불편한 점을 줍니다. 이왕 신축하는 건물 방음 대책 적용이 있었으면 좋겠지만 아쉽네요. 한가지 더 말씀드리면 이곳은 입주민과 일부 숙박객이 같이 공존되는 형태로 보입니다. 그렇기 때문에 수영장 등 공용 시설에서 외부 방문객에 대한 별도의 시선이 가끔 느껴지게 되는 점은 아쉬운 점이 될 것 같습니다. 호치민에서 주로 레지던스 시설을 잘 활용할수 있으며, 넓은 수영장에서 주로 하루를 보낼 요량이면 괜찮은 곳 같습니다.

• Daniel Jiseok (10/5): 가족이 선호할만 함 - 저는 Premier급을 예약했지만 사정상 executive를 사용했어요. 비스타 단지 6개 동이 한 건물을 호텔(서비스 아파트)로 제공하는 거예요. 현재 주변이 공사판이고 앞에 고속화도로라서 접근성이 좀 아쉬운 편이에요. (도보로 길을 건너갈 수 없음)연결된 건물에 옥시젠 쇼핑몰이 있는데 작아요. 마트도 작고 식당도 두어개 뿐. 그랩택시타면 2천원 정도면 옆에 마스터리나 길건너 에스텔라 하이츠로 갈 수 있는데, 거기 가면 쇼핑몰도 있고 한인식당, 한식자재판매점도 있어서 좋아요. 걸어가기엔 주변이 공사판이라 아직 어려워요. 위험하고 더럽고. 아파트 자체는 잘관리되고 깨끗한 편이에요. 수영장은 넓고 좋아보였어요. 피트니스도 넓고 괜찮아요 대신 샤워시설은 없어요. 주의하실 점은, 이 호텔이 운영하는 식당이 없어요. 조식 포함으로 오시면 옥시젠몰의 스타벅스쿠폰을 줘요. 빵이나 샌드위치, 파스타류가 제공되는데 직원들의 영어실력이나 친절도는 좋지만 음식은 질리실 수 있어요. 2군지역에 서비스아파트가 이거 하나 같아요. 국제학교가 밀집돼있는 지역이라 한인들, 일본인들이 많이 살고 아침에 유치원 셔틀도 오는걸 보았어요. 그래서 호치민의 서머셋브랜드중에 가장 비싼편입니다. 아이있는 가족이와서 사시기 적당한데, 대신 주변지역은 도보로 다니긴 공사판과 큰 도로 때문에 좀 무리에요.
• Yoshio (8/5): - 朝食用のレストランは無いが併設するコーヒーショップでクーポンが提供されるので良かった。　　併設するスーパーとレストランのレベルは高くて　特に　’フォー’の味は かなり美味しかった。 滞在型のサービスアパートのホテルユースなので一般的なホテルのサービスは無いが部屋は大変広く　清潔で　ゆったり出来る。　NHKも入り日本語のニュースも観れて良い。　但し　道路が前を走り車の音が少々煩い。 徒歩で歩き回れないがタクシーで近くのお洒落なお店街に近い。 　
• 동욱 (8/5): 시설은 깨끗. 소음은 걱정됨 - 숙소가 도로변에 위치해 새벽부터 차량 소음이 심했습니다. 수면이 어려워 출장 기간 중 내내 피곤했습니다.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 가족들과 함께 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요. - 주요 관광지와는 거리가 있어서 이동시간이 좀 걸리기는 했지만 20분 내외로 어디든 갈 수 있었어요. 취사 가능한 아파트형 호텔이어서 아이들과 즐겁고 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 3층 수영장도 너무 좋았어요.
• Lim Cho Joe (8/5): A good choice of stay for a family - I visited Ho Chi Minh City with friends and we haven’t realized that it is a service apartment while booking a hotel. Rooms are big and there are full facilities that we don’t need to worry much. It is also convenient that there is a supermarket when we just go downstairs. A truly good place to stay when you visited Ho Chi Minh with a family.
