Been able to watch the sunrise and sunset from our rooms was surreal Only thing was there wasn’t enough foot towels so often the bathroom floor was wet. The balcony was so labelled as unsafe so couldn’t spend much time with the kids to seat outside and soak in the view.

On-site pool, tennis court, parking and BBQ facilities big bonus. Equipped kitchen and laundry. Wifi didn’t work half the time we stayed, couldn’t use the televisions nor any internet connections. Very disappointed it was advertised as an inclusion during our stay but did not function. Staff very apologetic but unable to fix the problem due to unit owner not replying to phone calls and messages to assist. Mould inside the main bedroom cupboard. Dated decor but comfortable.

More emphasis should be made of the carpark around the back. Didn't appear to be any cleaners over the weekend,place is looking a bit dated. You are expected to empty the rubbish bins,fair enough. We had no extra bin bags. My unit 701 had 2 really big leather lounges,which I found rather uncomfortable and very slippery. Maybe a nice lounge chair would be good. The units are individually owned,so furniture is different in each unit. My sisters unit had 2 really comfy chairs as well as lounges.

Kommunikation med reception /indtjekning var lidt besværlig og de var meget sjældent til stede, så man skulle ringe til dem. Der var rigtig mange ting, vi selv skulle sørge for ved tjek ud - tømme skrald i kælderen mm.

The view is magnificent and the couch and TV are incredible. You feel like you are on a real holiday in paradise! The master bed was a little to lumpy/soft for my liking.

Bowling club walking distantance with bistro and lunch time cafe . There is a great swimming spot, Jetty Beach, 10 minute drive if that. Easy waves.

The apartment is privately owned, so you don't see staff and you must follow alot of steps to get keys first then park your car.. Outdoor timber setting on balcony is very erathered and splintered. Need a mirror in the second bedroom.

The views were outstanding over the ocean. Staff were impeccable. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but this seems true of most apartments. Cleaners don’t have time to clean as well as we might.

Nice, large apartment, perfect for family. Close to everything! Great pool & tennis court. Beach access directly in front of apartments. For a premium room, it felt a bit dated. Bathrooms were old. King bed would be better in main bedroom. Dryer was very noisy, perhaps look to update. Screen doors onto balcony need to be fixed.

The room we were sent too had not been completely cleaned and was not in a decent state when we arrived. The Receptionist (Dusk) was very apologetic and was quick to provide us with another room and assure us that our original room would be ready for us the following day at 12 noon. Considering the minor hiccup with our room, we had an enjoyable holiday.

Shirley (10/5): Outstanding property 10/10 in my books - Loved every part of it -stayed on a ground floor unit rooms were so well maintained and customer service was excellent.Asked for a later check out 11am ,was a good two days and would definitely refer people to stay .The units are well furnished and the beds and pillows are very comfortable .

Mark (8/5): 👍 - Very fast reaction to advising clothes dryer not working properly, swapped it over with another one in a very timely manner and checked if ok first when was best time to do so. Also staff were always smiling and acknowledging guests. The weather 🤣 was a bit chilly and wet. Can't blame the hosts for that

Veronica (5/5): Just ok - The location was good This is not really a hotel. It is more an apartment in which you are specifically told to even take the rubbish outside. This is normal and I do not have a problem with this IF I knew from the add that this was not really a hotel but more a building. The view of the apartment was great. The blankets were quite dusty and the carpet on the floor sticky. The bathroom of the main room had no door and the window from the bathroom which had no curtain faces the bed. You definitely do not want the sun on your face when you want to sleep and rest.
