Класне спа, басейн, харчування, супер вечері, смачні коктейлі в основному барі, персонал) навіть якщо не катаєшся можна весь день релаксувати в різних саунах і відкритому басейні, однозначно рекомендую! Єдиним мінусом було, коли ми прийшли за своїм welcome drink на другий день, дівчина на барі біля рецепшену чомусь вирішила долити в наші келихи просекко с якогось іншого келиха😄 більше до тієї пані не було бажання йти за напоями🙈 не думаю, що 200 мл просекко з бочки вартує ризикувати загальним враженням про готель.

Hana (9/5): We had a lot of fun but for 2100€ not really good - We stayed here 4nights is was really clean and nice the food was ok as well We payed around 1900€ for 4nights that i think it was too much but also at checkout they charged us 260€something that i also don’t know why also the drinks including water were not included at dinner i think that was also not ok

Joel (10/5): - Wir hatten einen echt angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war gut, sauber und gemütlich, und das Bett war super bequem. Der Pool ist richtig schön und auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Essen war okay – nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts Besonderes. Das Beste war definitiv das Personal. Alle waren total freundlich, aufmerksam und immer gut drauf. Man wird ständig mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, was direkt für eine gute Stimmung sorgt. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt 🙂 Was uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat, war der Preis für das Kinderessen. Für unseren 7-jährigen Sohn haben wir für 3 Tage und 2 Nächte etwa 150 € bezahlt, was wir ziemlich teuer fanden. Trotzdem hat unser Sohn den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Für ein 4S-Hotel insgesamt mehr Sch - - Sehr schöne Anlage, erster Eindruck wirklich top - Essen durchgehend gut - vor allem das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und bemüht • Staub im Zimmer und sehr dreckiger Teppich (Hund hat dauerhaft daran geschnüffelt, geschleckt. Irgendwann haben wir ihn mit Handtüchern abgedeckt) • Verschmutzte Vorhänge • Hartnäckige Kalkflecken in der Dusche • Fremde Haare im Bad → Entspricht nicht dem Standard eines 4S-Hotels • Nachreinigung erfolgte, Reinigungspersonal sehr bemüht. Zusätzlich haben wir uns von einem weiteren Paar ihr Zimmer zeigen lassen, in denen ebenfalls Flecken sichtbar waren, die offenbar nicht mehr entfernt werden konnten. Auch wenn uns seitens der Rezeption ein Upgrade angeboten wurde, bestätigte sich für uns der Eindruck, dass dies keine nachhaltige Verbesserung dargestellt hätte. → Eindruck: Probleme liegen eher in Instandhaltung & Abläufen, nicht bei den Reinigungskräften. Diese stehen unter einem hohen Druck und können einem fast schon Leid tun. ⸻ Wellness & Details: • Dampfbad ohne zusätzliche Angebote (kein Peeling etc.) • Nach Aufgüssen keine Extras / Kleinigkeiten, so wie man es bei 4s-Hotels erwarten könnte. • Ruhebereiche eher minimalistisch • Snacks nur in einem Bereich, sonst Tee und Leitungswasser • Unangenehmer Geruch vor der Eventsauna • Pool mit sichtbaren Verunreinigungen • Eventsauna ab 8 Uhr geöffnet, jedoch sehr zurückhaltend beheizt → Insgesamt fehlt es an Pflege und Liebe zum Detail ⸻ Programm & Organisation: • Programmpunkte nur auf den Nachmittag konzentriert (Nach Skifahrern gerichtet) • Von dem wenigen Programm was das reine Wellness betrifft, gibt es viele Überschneidungen (z. B. Aufguss gleichzeitig mit Yoga oder Weinverkostung) → Angebote nicht sinnvoll nutzbar man muss sich von den wenigen Angeboten für eine entscheiden. ⸻ Verpflegung: • Mittagessen erst ab 14:00 Uhr • gleichzeitig Kuchenbuffet geöffnet → wenig stimmiges Konzept.

Teresa (9/5): Komfort, Genuss und Top-Service in extrem ruhiger Lage mit Bergblick – mit kleinen Abstrichen im Wellnessbereich - Sehr schönes und komfortables Zimmer, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das 6-Gang-Abendessen war hervorragend und ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders angenehm sind die kleinen Extras wie kostenlos verfügbares Wasser und Tee sowie die ausreichend vorhandenen Handtücher im Wellnessbereich – rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Aufteilung des Wellnessbereichs auf drei Ebenen – Pool, Biosauna/Dampfbad und Event-Sauna sind räumlich getrennt, wodurch teilweise etwas längere Wege entstehen.

Rachel (8/5): אוהבים את המקום מאד אבל יש מקום לשיפור - זו הפעם השלישית שאנו מתארחים כאן. חייבת לציין שאנחנו מאד אוהבים את המקום , את האיזור, הניקיון, האוכל והצוות האדיב והפעם הבאנו איתנו גם חברים. היינו פה בעבר כשהמלון היה קטן יותר כמו מלון בוטיק ואינטימי יותר. לצערי הפעם מעט התאכזבנו מבחינת החדרים, כל הפינוקים הקטנים שבדרכ משדרגים את החדר לא היו. אין בחדרים לא מכונת קפה ואפילו לא קומקום ( למרות שכשביקשנו, הביאו לנו) ובטח שלא קפה או תה. קיבלנו חדר באגף החדש ולא אהבתי בכלל שחדר האמבטיה פתוח לתוך החדר ואין דלת בכלל. קצת הרגיש לנו שהמקום גדל והפך להיות ממוסחר מידי… חבל😞

Frühstück überragend, Alpenglühen im Aussenpool nach einem wunderbaren Skitag bei einem Glas Aperol genießen; riesen Spa und Saunabereich. Personal perfekt geschult und gleichzeitig herzlich. Die vielen Details machen den Unterschied. Vom frischen Kaiserschmarrn, den Mini-Brezen zum Weisswurstfrühstück am Sonntag, zu einer überragenden Salatbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Beniamin (5/5): Dobry hotel, w którym niedociągnięcia organizacyjne odbierają przyjemność z pobytu. - Bardzo ładny hotel z ciekawą i nowoczesną architekturą oraz lokalizacją wśród natury, tuż obok szumiącego potoku. Jedzenie bardzo dobre – na kolacji ciekawe i smaczne dania, duży wybór serów i warzyw. Śniadania również na plus, szczególnie świeżo robione jajka i smaczne, świeże pieczywo. Basen na dachu nowoczesny i zadbany, sauny różnorodne i czyste, dostępne także dobre herbaty. W całym obiekcie bardzo czysto – świeże ręczniki i czyste kubki. Pokoje ładne i zadbane, a w naszym dodatkowym atutem był taras z ładnym widokiem. Hotel ma duży potencjał, jednak w obecnej organizacji widoczne są istotne niedociągnięcia, które wpływają na komfort pobytu. Największym problemem był ski bus. Przed wyjazdem dokładnie sprawdziliśmy informacje na Booking – w odpowiedziach hotelu na pytania gości – gdzie widniała informacja, że bus kursuje do godziny 17:00. W praktyce ostatni kurs odbywał się o 16:30. Jednego dnia zakończyliśmy jazdę o 16:40 i po kontakcie z recepcją otrzymaliśmy informację, że busa już nie ma i nie będzie. W konsekwencji musieliśmy zamówić taksówkę (35 EUR). W kolejnych dniach, aby uniknąć dodatkowych kosztów, dojeżdżaliśmy na stok własnym samochodem. Dodatkowo bus ma jedynie 7 miejsc i w przypadku większej liczby chętnych nie są organizowane dodatkowe kursy, co przy tej lokalizacji stanowi realne utrudnienie. Rozczarowująca była również realizacja atrakcji promowanych w ofercie. Degustacja wina, którą hotel podkreśla w opisie rezerwacyjnym, odbywa się wyłącznie w czwartki o 17:00, czyli w godzinach, gdy większość gości jest jeszcze na stoku. Seanse saunowe oraz zajęcia relaksacyjne nie odbywały się zgodnie z harmonogramem, mimo że goście oczekiwali na ich rozpoczęcie. To istotne, ponieważ właśnie te udogodnienia były jednym z powodów wyboru obiektu. W pokoju otrzymaliśmy po jednej poduszce na osobę – bardzo cienkiej i niewygodnej. Konieczna była również wymiana niedziałającego podświetlenia LED w małym lustrze łazienkowym. Hotel ma skomplikowany układ i łatwo się w nim zgubić, a przy zameldowaniu nie zaproponowano nam pomocy w dotarciu do pokoju. Podsumowując, standard obiektu wskazuje na duże ambicje, jednak organizacja transportu oraz rzetelność w zakresie deklarowanych usług wymagają zdecydowanej poprawy.

Puțin departe de Mayrhofen, dar exista Skibus și hotelul deține o dubiță care te poate duce sau prelua de la baza pârtiei- e uneori suprasolicitat pt ca sunt mulți oaspeți și de asemenea oferă transport doar pana la Bahn in Mayrhofen. Dacă doriți sa mergeți la Zillertal Arena sau Hintertux, va trebui sa va deplasați prin mijloace proprii.

Patricia (10/5): Wir haben uns doch sehr wohl gefühlt !! - Die Lage ist sehr schön aber leider zu unserer Zeit ohne jegliche Sonneneinstrahlung - liegt zwischen den engen Bergen. Dennoch ein ausgesprochen schönes Haus mit riesigem Spa Angebot und liebevoll eingerichtet !!***** Wir hatten ein tolles "Zimmer" mit mehreren Räumen, sehr großzügig und gemütlich ! Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen !!***** Die Küche ist grandios !!***** Das Personal war in allen Belangen ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend !!***** Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen und wollen wieder kommen ;-) ! Unser Zimmer ( 401 ) lag direkt an der Straße und hatte im Schlafzimmer keine Gardinen -- man musste immer die Verdunklung oder die Rolladen benutzen, da viele Fußgänger vorbei gingen -- das war nicht so toll ! Außerdem donnerten nicht nur schon früh Morgens in ein paar Meter Abstand zur Straße, Autos und Lastwagen am Fenster vorbei, da musste man Angst bekommen.

Elizabeth (9/5): Stunning hotel in a gorgeous location with ski buses and a ski room plus great service! - The rooms including the large stand-up shower and separated toilet were spectacular. The view from our room with comfortable seating and cozy bed with multiple windows really was amazing. Plus having cushy robes and towels always easily available was a fantastic perk given the setting and multiple spa areas. Ian in the bar area was a true highlight as he provided great restaurant recommendations in town and prepared super yummy drinks. He was always kind and sociable and happy to help as we did request a bucket of ice one night. His presence truly made our stay great!! We didn't care for the only evening dinner meal being so lengthy and fancy. It was an amazing treat which we truly enjoyed on Saturday night but it would have been nice to have a simple buffet option or maybe a simple burger to choose. Due to the length of the meal and feeling the need to be dressed up to attend, we went offsite a couple of nights even though the dinner there was already paid for. Plus we agree with other guests that for an all-inclusive, water should be included at any time. I realize it's part of the "service" for dinner but I didn't see any table ONLY ordering water. Everyone still had wine or a soda and water is necessary along with that so I feel the service was already being paid for in other ways. Also, I wish there had been a true hot tub available. We got cold.

Dennis (6/5): - Wir kamen ziemlich spät an abends und uns wurde dann noch eine kalte Brotzeit aufs Zimmer gebracht, das war natürlich super. Leider nur stand das was von unserer Brotzeit übrig blieb bis zum nächsten Tag abends auf unseren Zimmer und keiner hat es aufgeräumt. Eine tolle Infrarotkabine hatten wir auch im Zimmer nur leider war das Licht drinnen defekt und somit saßen wir im Dunkeln. Bei unserem Fernseher ging die Fernbedingung nur bedingt, fanden wir auch schade. Wir haben das was wir hier beschreiben ein Tag später alles an der Rezeption gemeldet, uns wurde gesagt es kommt gleich jemand der sich das anschaut, leider kam keiner. Für das Geld ist das sehr schade.
