- Patricia (8/5): Great location + comfort, slightly outdated rooms - Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Would recommend for people who prefer to sleep on beds on the softer side. The location also really can't be beat, with the hotel placed right in front of a tram stop as opposed to surrounding hotels where you'd have to walk up for at least a few minutes. Very close to Hakodate station as well, which is ideal since I arrived via shinkansen. The room is a little outdated and the wall behind the vanity looked like it had seen better days... but all served their purpose. The fridge was also pretty small but that's just me being nitpicky. Overall a great stay :)

- Giang (7/5): I recommend this property for its super location. It is also clean. - The staff is super polite, check in is easy and they offer to keep luggage if you arrive early. The location is super convenient as it’s walking close (I really mean a very short walk) to the Hakodate station. The room is a bit small for two and if you are noise sensitive you may not like the sound of trams going by. I was not affected and still had good sleep but the noise from other room is a bit annoying

- YOKO (9/5): 函館を好きになるホテルに出会えました - ・フロントスタッフの方が何よりも親切でした。特にチェックインした日の女性スタッフの方には函館市内でお薦めの飲食店をお尋ねしたところ、本当に親身になってくださり、地図にわかりやすく書き込みもしていただいて教えてくださったことにとても感謝しています。あの時の地図は持ち帰って次回また函館を訪れた時にも持参します。 ・１階ラウンジのフリードリンクシステムはとても嬉しかったです。 ・予約前に豊富なメニューの朝食があることを知っていましたが、実際に喫食をして期待以上でした。朝からゆっくりと２時間近く堪能させていただきました。１回だけでは食べられないほどの品数で半分も食べられなかったことが心残りです。 ・宿泊した部屋はドアを入ったところとベッドルームの間に仕切りがあり、その仕切りを境にスリッパが用意されていたことで、土足と室内用スリッパを区別することができ、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 特にありませんが、１日目のフロント女性スタッフの方の印象がとても良かったため、２日目のチェックアウトの際の男性スタッフの方に笑顔が見られなかったことが少し残念でした。決して悪印象だったわけではなく、女性スタッフの方が素晴らしかったということです。

- MADOKA (9/5): 朝食か美味しく、快適な滞在 - 一番安いセミダブルの部屋だったが、普通のビジネスホテルに比べても、部屋もベッドもデスクも広くて快適だった。 部屋着が上下に分かれたパジャマタイプで快適だった。 入浴剤とペットボトルの水500mlのサービスがあった。 女性にはスキンケアの使い切りアメニティのサービスがあった。 最上階のバーのワンドリンクチケットがもらえた。 朝食が絶品。函館は大きい高級ホテルを筆頭に朝食激戦区だが、こちらのリソルが個人的にはナンバー1になった。厳選された品数を丁寧に提供している印象。 客層の年齢層が高く、非常に落ち着いた穴場的ホテル。次は、家族で泊まりたい。 部屋が全館一括空調管理（オンオフ、温度上げ下げは出来る）で個別エアコンが無いこと。

I'd recommend looking into the one day tram pass if you're here to see the sights, as it would've saved us a few dollars. The room was huge but the best possible use of this space (separating the beds) was not made. All facilities were comfortable and luggage storage before check in was convenient. The free drink bar in the lobby was a nice touch but didn't make me want to hang around there as the coffee smell was very strong. If you're going to have a huge hotel room with twin beds in it, put them far apart.

- 張碧娟 (8/5): 這是一個規模雖小，但是空間規劃細緻的旅店。 - 標準雙床房大小適中，符合價格。２樓有免費的運動場所，設備選擇多，很棒。 早餐還不錯、餐廳景觀不錯。有特約的餐廳，讓旅人多了安心、在地料理的餐飲選擇。我們第一晚選擇特約餐廳「雅家」，贈送了一道烤魚，很美味。 大部分住客都很安靜，但其中一晚遇到住客大聲跳躍發出巨大響聲、講話聲音也很大聲，我們利用客房電話致電櫃台，以非常簡易的英文向工作人員反映，但工作人員幾乎無法聽懂，默不作聲大約５秒，叫我們再說一次；工作人員親自到客房內關心狀況，我們努力用日文、以及翻譯軟體互動，才稍有獲得回應。
