Personnel de chambre très sérieux.Le personnel de l'accueil aimable et très serviable. Le personnel de la restauration également très professionnel. Les omelettes et les pancakes sont disponibles trop tard (8h30). Nous avons déjeuné à 8h00 et nous avons dû attendre pour apprécier notre omelette.

554aiguli (10/5): Perfect Location for Exploring Istanbul - The location is excellent — close to cafés, restaurants, and many popular places in the Pera area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always polite and ready to help. I especially liked the atmosphere of the neighborhood, full of life but still comfortable for relaxing at night. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.

Elina (7/5): Расположение топ. - Понравилось расположение. Хорошие завтраки. Красивая терраса. Номера неплохие. Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка, можно было до любых мест добираться. Рядом Истикляль, вечерами можно там гулять. Много кафешек для перекусов. Кроме шампуня и Геля для душа не было других банных принадлежностей.( одноразовые зубные щетки, пасты зубные и все прочее). Проблематично было включить душ в ванной. Очень тяжело переключался. Мы запросили уборку номера, и когда пришли, как волосы были в душевой так и остались. Плохо убирали. Полотенца меняли. Номер я бронировала стандартный, и по фото был красивый вид из окна. В итоге был ужасный вид на стену. Фото приложила. Как я поняла, нужно администраторам жестко говорить, что и как бронируется, так как они могут дать номер хуже, чем ты бронировал. Попросили утюг. Я приложила фото, в каком он был состоянии. Гладить вещи было невозможно. Я могла их испортить. Утюг надо чистить, ну или новый купить для отеля.

The room temperature wasn't ok the a/c wasn't working and noisy the hole night. the mini bar was not cooling properly we were worried about conservation of our medicines (insulin)which required cold temperature.

Le petit dej est limite en terme de qualité (ne prenez pas le café)

Niz manjih nedostataka u sobi: potrgana kvaka od balkonskih vrata, potrgan dio vrata ormara, utičnica za struju ispala iz zida, vidljive gljivice u tuš kabini. Na balkonu u posudi za cvijeće trava, a pepeljara neispražnjena. Miris vlage u predvorju gdje se nalazi lift i u sobi. Loš izbor hrane za doručak.

Edina (10/5): God service og central beliggenhed - BMeget venligt og imødekommende hotel. Personalet gav en rigtig god og hjælpsom modtagelse, hvor man straks følte sig velkommen. Morgenmaden var god, og det var en stor fordel, at den blev serveret helt frem til kl. 10.30, så man kunne tage det roligt om morgenen. Hotellets beliggenhed er også rigtig god, med nem adgang til byen og seværdigheder. Alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse, hvor især personalets venlighed og hjælpsomhed gjorde en stor forskel. Jeg vil klart anbefale hotellet til andre. Der var dog lidt støj fra gaden, og vinduerne virkede ikke helt tætte, hvilket gjorde det lidt svært at sove uforstyrret. Puden var også lidt for høj efter min smag.

Ali (6/5): Trotz guter Lage überwog am Ende die Enttäuschung über den Aufenthalt. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral und gut vernetzt mit dem Öffentlichenverkehr Ich hatte eine besondere Bitte an das Hotelpersonal, da ich ein Produkt mit ins Ausland nehmen wollte, das zwingend im Tiefkühler zwischengelagert werden musste. Auf meine Anfrage wurde mir dies zugesagt. Bei der Übergabe habe ich mehrfach und ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Produkt im Tiefkühler gelagert werden muss. Umso enttäuschender war es festzustellen, dass dies nicht eingehalten wurde. Der Warenwert lag bei rund 100 €. Aufgrund der falschen Lagerung war das Produkt am Tag der Abreise nicht mehr verwendbar und musste entsorgt werden. Dieser Vorfall hat mich sehr enttäuscht, da die Situation klar kommuniziert wurde und ich mir in einem Hotel einen sorgfältigeren Umgang erwartet hätte

Nur Elfarina (7/5): - Great location where there is a whole stretch of food and retail shops just behind the hotel. We arrive slightly early and they allowed us to check in since the room is ready. Heater in the room was a bonus as it was very cold outside. Breakfast could have been better. Would appreciate if there was something warm that was served. Maybe it was the weather but the staff was cold too. Bed was slightly smaller than a usual double bed.

Eman (8/5): إقامة مريحة وممتازة من حيث الموقع والخدمة، وقيمة رائعة مقابل السعر، مع بعض الملاحظات البسيطة القابلة للتحسين - موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً، قريب من كل شيء تقريباً، ويوجد أكثر من طريق يوصل مباشرة إلى شارع الاستقلال الحيوي. المنطقة مخدومة بالكامل، بجانب الفندق سوبرماركت، بقالات، ومطاعم متعددة، وهذا سهّل علينا كثيراً. طاقم العمل متعاون ومحترم، وأي خدمة كنا نطلبها كانت تُلبّى بسرعة. تعامل الموظفين بشكل عام كان احترافي ومريح، وخصوصاً الموظفة رشا في البوفيه، كانت مرحّبة جداً ولطيفة في التعامل. تم استقبالنا بشكل رائع، حيث وصلنا الساعة 9 صباحاً وكنا متعبين، وتم إعطاؤنا الغرفة مباشرة رغم أن وقت تسجيل الدخول الرسمي الساعة 2 ظهراً. كذلك في يوم المغادرة سمحوا لنا بتمديد وقت الخروج لمدة ساعة ونصف، وهذه لفتة جميلة تُشكر. عزل الصوت في الغرفة جيد، ورغم أن المنطقة ليست هادئة جداً، إلا أننا كنا نقضي أغلب اليوم خارج الفندق، وعند العودة ننام مباشرة دون الإحساس بالأصوات الخارجية. بوفيه الإفطار جيد ومناسب، يحتوي على الأصناف الأساسية التي يحتاجها الشخص للفطور دون مبالغة. بشكل عام، القيمة مقابل السعر كانت ممتازة جداً، وخلال الأيام الأخيرة لاحظنا وجود تجديدات في الفندق، وأعتقد أن بعض التحسينات البسيطة ستنقله إلى مستوى أعلى. المنطقة المحيطة تحتوي على عدد من البارات، ولكن أمانةً لم نواجه أي مضايقات أو مشاكل إطلاقاً. الفندق صغير والمساحات ضيقة، والغرف أيضاً صغيرة، لكن هذا الأمر شائع في فنادق إسطنبول. النقطة الوحيدة التي لم تعجبني هي نظافة بعض التفاصيل، مثل وجود تمزق أو بقع خفيفة في بعض الشراشف، وكذلك المناشف رغم أن رائحتها نظيفة، إلا أنها لم تكن مغلّفة أو جديدة تماماً. هذا الأمر لم يؤثر على راحتنا أو إقامتنا، لكنه ملاحظة أحببت ذكرها. كما أن جميع الموظفين كانوا متعاونين، باستثناء شخص واحد فقط كان أسلوبه أقل لطفاً، لكنه لم يكن سيئاً.
Lamiya (9/5): - Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Номера удобные, уютные, светлые, завтрак - довольно неплохой: все свежее, хотя ассортимент и не очень большой. Много фруктов и сыров. Персонал вежливый, тактичный.
T.PYRGAROUSIS (10/5): A memorable stay in all respects. - Superb views from Breakfast room. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very polite and helpful staff.

Bernardette (8/5): Fantastic location - The location was excellent and central to good restaurants and shopping. Didn't manage to get any TV stations. A small flight of stairs to access the lift. Otherwise, all was good.

A small supermarket next door,very convenient. Clean place.Quite place.Great breakfast with beautiful view. Kind and helpful,amazing staff. We do appreciate the gesture of giving us an umbrella on our check out day as it was raining outside.Thank you sir( receptionist). Thank you to everyone we met. Rasha,Okan,Sir( receptionist on our check out),and the rest of the staff.We had a wonderful stay. RECOMMENDED. GREAT CHOICE. Room lights are a bit dim,as it was using warm bulbs. Not a good light for doing a make- up. Please use some cool bulbs.
