• Grace (10/5): - Reception staff were excellent at making calls in Japanese for us to help locate the CPAP machine suitcase (NB assist for Sleep Apnea) that got left of the bus.

• SHO (8/5): - 周辺に飲食店やショッピングモール、コンビニが有り、ホテルの一階がコンビニ、2階がレストランになっており便利がいい。 値段も安く、スタッフの方も感じが良かった。 今回は出張での利用だったが次回も出張の都度利用したい。
• Kanae (6/5): - 写真よりも実際の方が古かったです。 併設のコンビニも21時半には閉まってしまいます。電気ポット、冷蔵庫はありますがミネラルウォーターはついてませんでした。 部屋は古いけれど清潔で、宿泊するのに問題はないです ただ、廊下やエレベーターは古さを感じます。 朝食のバイキングはさほど品数もなく…温かいものを食べられたので良かったのかな？という感じでした。
• Waititi (8/5): Was a good stay - Location was excellent. Room was comfortable but very very small for 2 bigger New Zealanders. Mattress was not as soft as expected, Enjoyed the breakfast. The in-hotel shop was a great addition. Would have liked to have shuttle transport to and from airport - the front of house staff could have been a bit more helpful - I realize they were just doing a job but it was obvious we were foreigners and alot more help as to where to catch buses, etc would have been helpful, Yes, No and I dont know answers we can get from home and it also shows these staff have no passion for their hotel
• Jonathan (8/5): Excellent location - Quiet hotel, friendly staff Easily accessible, and excellent location Provides cheap, tasty breakfast for 1,100¥ Good amount of space in the room There were two shops and two restaurants on the site itself, which were a lovely surprise We had to pay up-front when we arrived, which i was not expecting The room and the fixtures were quite old Tv only has about 15 channels No clothes storage space

• Ian (8/5): Excellent value, would recommend. - Great location, right beside the atomic bomb museum and very close to several other related sites. The internet ran well, the room was very large, as was the bathroom and the price was surprisingly cheap. The place is old, the floors are uneven and I didn't like having to give in a key every time I left the place.

• おだようこ (8/5): - 古めですが、室内は広く綺麗でした。急な人数変更にも対応をスムーズにしていただけました。車の鍵をフロントに預けなくてはいけないので、荷物の出し入れやちょっと車を使いたいって時には少し不便でしたが、それ以外は満足でした

• MIKI (10/5): - 昭和の古いホテルですが立地は観光地に近く動きやすかったです。また シャワーもよく出、窓からは山が見え、ひとりで泊まったのですが ソファーもあり広々快適でした。 スタッフの対応も良く気持ちよく滞在出来ました。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - シングルを予約していましたが、ダブルのお部屋に案内して頂きました。 壁が薄く、隣りや廊下の声がかなり聞こえます。 また普通の目覚まし時計がベット横においてありました。 前の宿泊客が使ったであろう5:55に起こされました。
• TOMOE (8/5): 以外と良かった！(^o^) - 室内は簡潔で落ち着く感じでした…立地は解りやすく探さなくても大丈夫な感じです、清掃はきちんとされていました…安心して滞在出来ました。アメニティは若干ですが、物足りない感じです…ホテル滞在に重きをおいていない方にはお勧めです、私は宿泊出来れば良いだけの感じで宿泊しましたが、以外と良い印象でした…(^o^)
• Verified traveler (6/5): 立地の希少性がある - 施設、設備が古いのは仕方ないと思います。 チェックイン、売店などフロント業務を一人でしている（人員削減？）ので、待ち時間が長い。立地的に他が少ないエリアなので良いが同価格帯で少し離れて良ければ、他ホテルになる事があると思う

• Katie (8/5): - 酒店的位置很方便：酒店樓下就有便利店，也有微波爐；離景點也很近，原爆博物館和平和公園在2分鐘內即可由酒店步行到達，離地面電車站也很近很方便，地面地車站旁的西洋館也有不少餐廳。惟一要注意的就是由地面地車站行上酒店需要行過一條斜路。 房間面積很大，即使是吸煙房，因為房間配有空氣清新機所以也不會臭。

• Takumi (10/5): 2泊快適滞在 - お部屋が広くて快適でした。お茶だけでなく、ドリップコーヒーが1袋あり、嬉しかったです。500ml の水もサービスでした。JR博多駅の筑紫口から、3分と書いてありましたが、筑紫口からは見えないので、電話で尋ねるか、ナビで探すと良いと思います。
• Roslyn (8/5): Spacious comfortable room - The entrance to the reception was hidden behind the coaches parked in the covered car park, but once found the reception staff were helpful minding my luggage until the 3pm check in time. Room is a good size with a comfortable bed and sofa. Hotel well positioned for the memorial sites and an easy tram ride or longer walk to the harbour and other tourist sites.
• HYEJIN (8/5): 남자 두명 여행 - 오래된 호텔이지만 저렴한 가격에 불편함 없이 숙박 가능했습니다. 편의점이 가까움
• kim (6/5): 하나구치마치트램역에서 가까운호텔 - 체크아웃시간이 10시까지라서 조금 불편했지만 대체적으로 친절하고 깔끔했다 하지만 시설자체는 조금 노후된 감이 있다
• Lance (6/5): old and older - the hotel was very old. The room was once updated, but Carter was the president. Just run down and old. The staff was nice. the location is actually amazing. Right across from the atomic bomb museum. The hotel smelled old. The sheets were clean, but the room condition was run down and dingy.
• ふみやん (6/5): 朝食が超豪華で浦上天主堂も歩いていけます - こちらのホテルは浦上の原爆資料館や浦上天主堂が目の前です。広い駐車場（千円/泊）があるのでレンタカーで回る際にも便利です。私の場合は長崎大学病院に用がありビジネス利用しました。駐車場脇に全自動洗濯機が2台ありました。ホテル隣のお土産店がミニコンビニになっており洗剤も売ってました。出張が長かったので利用できてよかったです。部屋は観光地のホテル風ですが、中はとても広いです。特にユニットバスはかなり広くシャワーの出もよかったです。なんといってもビックリしたのは朝食の豪華さです。目玉焼き2個にボリュームあるサラダ、ソーセージ類、具がタップリ入ったスープもありました。大満足でした。また利用したいです。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 나름 괜찮은 호텔이네요... - 첫인상은 조금 오래된 호텔, 조금 낡은듯한 건물...내부는 깨끗하고 아주 친절한 직원, 나가사키 여행에는 나름 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 아침식사는 음식의 종류가 많이 나오지는 않았지만 손이 가는 음식으로 나는 이런게 더 좋네요. 시내와의 거리는 조금 있지만 나가사키가 그리 크지 않는 도시여서 점심먹고 들어와서 잠깐 쉬어도 괜찮은 거리입니다. 전체적으로 만족...

We booked and paid for the room and breakfast weeks in advance but when we checked in around 5pm on the actual day, we were told that there was no room available for us. They offered to transfer us to another hotel which does not have breakfast service and no parking available. We refused as we were very tired after a long drive from Fukuoka. We had to argue with them for more than one hour before they finally gave us a room. We were not pleased with the condition of the hotel and the room. It is quite run down and definitely not worth the price. For around the same price I had stayed in better, nicer and newer hotels in Fukuoka, kumamoto, kagoshima, beppu and okinawa. The breakfast itself wasn't good and the restaurant environment and the utensils and cutlery they provided made dining pretty miserable. For the same price and less, we had much better breakfast at other hotels. We stayed in many different hotels during our 3 weeks trip around Kyushu and this is the worst hotel. The hotel is opposite the Atomic Bomb Museum and there is a mini mart next to it. Surrounding around very quiet and no eateries and shops nearby.

• kaj (10/5): スタッフが素晴らしい - ホテルスタッフ全体のかたの対応と接客が素晴らしく、滞在中何度もお世話になりました。 立地も分かりやすく、ホテルにコンビニがあるので便利です。ホテル自体は古いですが、清潔感はありますのできになりませんでした。
