- Harun (5/5): Ein sehr unschöner Aufenthalt. - Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ansonsten nichts. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Balkon im Nebengebäude. Das Apartment war zwar groß, allerdings würden wir die Apartments dort nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Einrichtung war sehr alt, teilweise beschädigt oder kaum nutzbar und insgesamt in keinem angemessenen Zustand. Zudem roch das Apartment muffig, es gab an mehreren Stellen Schimmel und die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig. Dadurch haben wir uns während des Aufenthalts sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Bilder sprechen hier für sich. Leider kann ich nur bis 4 Fotos hochladen. Die Fotos in den Zimmerinformationen entsprechen nicht der Realität. Preis Leistung mit ca 1100€ für 4 Tage ist in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis. Wir haben nach 3 Nächten unseren Rücktritt angetreten da wir mit Baby uns von Beginn an nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Auch der Zugang zum Apartment war sehr umständlich organisiert. Für Tiefgarage, Eingangstor, Aufzug und den Personeneingang mussten ständig verschiedene Schlüssel genutzt werden, was besonders mit Gepäck sehr unpraktisch war. Zusätzlich war die Anfahrt mit dem Auto recht kompliziert. Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden und die Zufahrt wirkt teilweise wie ein kleines Labyrinth.

Při příchodu do pokoje jsme zjistili, že byly rozbité dveře na terasu. Oprava však naštěstí proběhla poměrně rychle. Manželská postel byla příliš malá (úzká). Pro dva lidi to nebylo úplně pohodlné. Na pokoji bylo pouze velmi základní vybavení (nebyla tam například štětka na záchod).

Το ξενοδοχείο μάς προσέφερε ευγενικά πρωινό, παρόλο που δεν περιλαμβανόταν στην κράτησή μας, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ενώ η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν εξαιρετική, μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από το μετρό.

The location is perfect — extremely convenient and close to ever - The hotel is impeccably clean, very well maintained, and incredibly comfortable — it was easy to truly relax. On top of that, the staff are amazing: always polite, friendly, and very helpful, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. I simply loved my experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and exceptional service!

- DARKO (9/5): zelo dobro - hotel je blizu metro in železniške postaje. Osebje zelo prijazno. Naknadno so nam dostavili tudi račune za vsakega gosta, ker smo to potrebovali. Zajtrk odličen. Čisto. Tudi brisače so zamenjali dnevno. Wi-fi zmogljiv. Zaradi rezervacije 5 sob, smo morali plačati en teden vnaprej, kljub temu, da smo uporabili možnost plačilo v hotelu (in s tem višjo ceno). Link, ki so nam ga poslali, ni fukcioniral za plačilo s kartico.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i polecamy! 😊 Dwie małe uwagi, które nie wpływają na naszą ogólną ocenę, ale może będą przydatne jako obszary do zwrócenia uwagi na przyszłość. 😉 Korzystałyśmy ze śniadań, ale niestety w przypadku dań, które powinny być ciepłe czyli omlet, jajecznica, kiełbaski urządzenie do podtrzymywania temperatury nie było włączone. Pierwszego dnia myślałyśmy, że ktoś po prostu zapomniał, ale w każdy dzień jajecznica była zimna, więc jej nie jadłyśmy. Druga uwaga, to jednego dnia wróciłyśmy późno do hotelu po 22 i było bardzo zimno w pokoju, bo pani sprzątaczka otworzyła okno, czyli było cały dzień otwarte. Pomimo zimna była również obawa, czy jakieś robaczki nie weszły do pokoju, ale na szczęście nie.
