Parcheggio privato incluso. Colazione abbondante e varia. Al mio arrivo mi hanno anche dato una camera superiore a quella che avevo prenotato inclusa di balcone e com vista montagne.

• Renate (9/5): Sehr gute Lage mit kleinen Abzügen beim SPA - Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Essen ausgezeichnet allerdings sehr Fleischlastig, auf Wünsche wurde jedoch eingegangen und Alternativen wurden angeboten, außerdem gab es ein Vorspeisenbuffet und täglich frisches Salatbuffet. Lage ausgezeichnet, Gondel ist zu Fuß in 10 Min zu erreichen, der Schibus bleibt vor der Tür stehen. Öffentliche Busse visavis. Zimmer sehr ansprechend, gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. SPA Bereich war zwar schön ABER die Sauna war nur mit Badekleidung zu betreten!!!! Das heißt die anderen Gäste sind vom doch sehr stark gechlorten Wirlpool zum Aufwärmen in die Sauna gegangen (mit nasser nach Chlor riechender Badekleidung!!!) Zudem hat der Wirlpool unendlich stark geschäumt!

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional! - We stayed at the hotel during the busiest winter holiday week, including New Year’s Eve. The location is outstanding—right in the center of Campitello, within walking distance of the Col Rodella lift. The ski bus also stops directly in front of the hotel, which we used when skiing to Pozza. These were the main reasons we chose this accommodation. What we did not expect was the exceptional, truly five-star level of service in every aspect of our stay. The restaurant staff deserve special mention: they were attentive, accommodating, and extremely mindful of food intolerances, adjusting our meals daily without any compromise in taste. The beds were very comfortable, and the room size was perfectly adequate. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. Thanks to the outstanding service, attention to detail, and the genuinely warm and professional staff, we felt truly well taken care of throughout our visit. We would gladly choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the area. A sincere thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable.

VERY nice serving personel. Nice extra food and wine at the reception. Good every day cleaning! In center ! Close to ski lift !

Comodo il parcheggio, calda e pulita la struttura, camere ben insonorizzate. Si mangia molto bene e abbondante, personale gentile e cortese. Piccola zona wellness con sau a bagno turco e idromassaggio. Compresa anche la merenda pomeridiana.
• Steven (8/5): Good break at hotel ladina - The location is central for the shops and lift, the room was a good size and modern, the spa facilities are great after a day on the slopes and all the staff are really nice. The bed was to firm for me and my wife and the bar across the road was really loud until the early hours of the morning, not the hotel's fault of course just not very neighbourly of the bar.

Il personale è disponibilissimo e i servizi che fornisce dalla colazione, alla "merenda", alla cena sono ottimi. non ne ho trovati.

The food was amazing, delicious buffet breakfast, and 5 course dinner with snacks and prosecco between. Great ski room with heated boot hanger, direct access from outside. The nearest ski lift is 5mins walk away which takes you directly on Sella Ronda. If they would have better quality pictures of the hotel, because it's much better than itt appears online.

On the last day, already after check-out, while we were skiing on the last day, they found a locked room for us for our luggage. Functional ski boot dryer. Good sauna, turkish sauna, whirlpool, infrasauna. Pleasant afternoon fruit and tea+water 16:00 -18:00 Very weak wifi in last few rooms in the coridor (210 -212) , is the only small complaint.

We were able to use their laundry facilities and the room was big enough to bring in all the luggage and re-situate everything. Would love to come back!

My group of 12 all enjoyed our stay here and were made very welcome. A wonderful base for our walking holiday.

• Jaroslav (10/5): Excelent hotel for skiing in the middle of Dolomity in Campitello - Hotel is very comfortabe, very clean, personel is always helpfull, smiling, nothing is a problem very good system with skiing room and boots. 16-18 afrenoon snacks, fruits, cold and warm drink at the lobby. Food was very goog - v.good breakfast and 3-4 course dinner menu with 2-3 options. Afternoon sauna , turkish bath etc is fine relax after skiing. Excelent location for skiing ... 377m walk to the lift (Col Rondella) which virtually starts 15-30 mins earlier (8:30) than other lifts in the area (8:45-9:00) , so if you like early bird skiing on ,,manchaster" you can start at 8:15 -8:20 on Col Rondella (early departure 8:20-8:25 hod , officially 8:30) be the first on slope and go down to Pian Frataces (green direction) be the first in a queue , wait cca 5min till they open and be the first again on Belvedere slopes. Drying system for skiing boots is a bit weak for wet end of the skiing saeson so after 3-4 skiing days (out of 7) are boots wet.

• Tania (10/5): Amazing!! - Just Wow.. we stayed in more than 10 hotels across italy and this was by far the best hotel we stayed and it wasn’t the most expensive one!! everything is perfect. the room was gigantic, big bathroom, living, dining room, a terrace with mountain view. they left chocolates and water for free, ropes and slippers. the hotel is very beautiful, the staff super friendly. also they included some snacks in the afternoon for us to eat if we wanted. Breakfast was really good. private parking. Overall was excellent and we are. very happy!! if we have to be peaky would love to have some cherry tomatoes in the breakfast, and a more private bathroom door.

The slanting roof in the room resulted in a few knocks to the head. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the decor is an older style, which seems common for the area.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great staff but rooms need modernising - Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice. Very respectful and safe with regards to Covid. Room was disappointing and didn't meet our expectations from the photos online. Very basic.
