Café da manhã e restaurante maravilhoso. O hotel pecou em um pequeno detalhe, a parte do banho. As paredes são brancas e é nítido que não são limpas como deveria. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas, a limpeza deveria ser mais criteriosa nessa parte.

O café da manhã, apesar dos funcionários serem super dedicados, o buffer só tem uma aparência de bonito: pães ruins, frutas jogadas e sujas, café e leite fracos e com péssimo sabor! Ou seja, é aquele café da manhã que te trará azia e diarreia.

Rachel (8/5): Smart, spacious city centre hotel with nice small roof top pool & good restaurant. - A very smart, large city centre hotel. Staff were super helpful, in booking us airport taxis, & helping with our pre-breakfast check out. They could not offer a breakfast box but unexpectedly a lovely person on the early shift in the morning made us coffee himself & got some filled breakfast rolls for us to eat with them before breakfast was even opened. He was so kind. A massive room & super king bed. I enjoyed a swim in the small roof-top pool. The restaurant food was very good for our one evening dinner there. It's pricier than others we stayed in but of good quality. Wines were higher priced than other hotels too. The location is on a busy city centre street but rooms were quiet. (We stayed for just one night after a wildlife trip to the Pantanal that finished later PM, in advance of a morning flight on from Cuiaba. If I'd researched a bit more more carefully I'd have booked a hotel nearer to the airport. Despite that the taxi took only 15 mins, but with morning work traffic we were advised to allow 30 mins, which was wise. This is a very nice hotel for the city centre, & served us well.) There was only one lift working which was a challenge for guests as there was a conference going on, so quite high hotel occupancy, I think. That slowed things down rather. I am sure the hotel were trying to sort it, but it would be wise for staff to explain this at the desk on check in.

Jami (5/5): - There was no running water the morning before my flight. The front desk said they would call when it turned on, and they didn't. The water started when it was too late for me to shower. The computer system at the front desk makes checking in very very slow. I had four separate stays at the Gran Odara this month, and it took forever to check in. My guests were impatiently waiting for me to get their room keys so that they could shower and rest - but it took a very long time to check in.
