Minor thing was the location of the towels when you exit the shower, they are locted behing the show door. Forcing one to exit the shower wet on a tile floor.. door should have opened the other way not to the right but to the left.
• Skilling (10/5): Easily accessible and very clean facility. - Very clean facility. The addition of the bar/lounge area was an excellent idea. Had no problem parking. TV with easily accessible multiple channels (no wait time).

They did all they could do to appease me given the unfortunate circumstances of other guest not teaching their kids the consideration of others. I called the front desk a few times due to an unrulely family above me. They made all the visits to said guest in an attempt to quiet them to no success. What i didnt like was how loud the occupants in the room above me were. There were kids running the hallways, literally. Families not controlling their kids from slamming the doors and screaming or talking loud in the halls. There was no respect for other guest in the building.

The staff already had it in the room but returned to the room while we were out to dinner and added bedding to the play pen. Every employee we passed were so friendly. I look forward to another stay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Just average - I was on a two night stay. The staff was pleasant enough, but for a location of this caliber I expected more. There was no complementary coffee in the lobby, but there was a flavored water in a community service center. When i came back from work the second evening, my room had not gotten any service, coffee refresh, etc. I had to go the front desk to ask about getting coffee for the next morning. There was a fight in the room above me after midnight. The staff didn't address the issue and it went on for nearly two hours. Some of these things are unusual and challenging to manage. The service level isn't one.
• 175nestorl (10/5): great manager Josh Gray and his bistro and housekeeping staff - Josh Gray the manager was exceptional. He was very professional courteous and personable. The bistro staff of Janeen and Ginger were also very nice and accommodating. Kylee in housekeeping went above and beyond retrieving my cane and electric toothbrush I left behind and contacted me regarding that. Aritzy made my room up the days I was there and was very engaging and asked me how I was and how was I enjoying my trip and room. Overall, a 10 star out of 5!!!!!!

• Jamie (1/5): Bad - The key to our room stopped working and they had to bypass the lock to let us into our room with all of our stuff. We were then confined to the room so we could get back in if anyone left. After a long day this was not how I expected our stay to go. After all that all we got was a "sorry." Unacceptable and honestly I expected better from Marriott. The whole experience was less than enjoyable.

Staff at front desk nice, but lady with the long fingernails sullen - nicest term I could use. No acknowledgement of Please or thank you. WORST bed I slept in while traveling. HARD. Unacceptably hard. I did not complain - I simply have decided not to stay in this Courtyard.

• Judith (8/5): - I liked the convenience of the hotel and all the restaurants nearby. We heard the people in the room above us walking very hard across the floor for a long time. We turned the fan on the air conditioner and that helped with the noise. The sink in the bathroom in 326 was very slow to drain. The shower door seemed to let quite a bit of water escape during my shower. Luckily, the floor mat soaked it all up.

• 9roytan (6/5): Just ok - We stayed here for 2 nights. We had heat for about 4 hours until it finally kicked to air conditioning. It was sold out so we couldn’t change rooms. Trying to charge our phones was a challenge with the charger plugs kept falling out of the outlets by the beds. The room could do with a refresh as there was mold in the shower under the storage plate in the shower. Shower pressure was great and the staff were extremely friendly. We will stay here again but hope for a better room.

• 📚cindy (8/5): Clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming - Location was great. Size and layout of the room and the bathroom were great. Front desk staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. There was quite a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms and the room above us. We heard every step of the people staying above us and were awakened by the alarm clock of the room next to us. There are not enough lights in the parking lot.

• 191vins (10/5): Great stay! - Our stay was excellent! The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Great location- walking distance to restaurants and a gas statiion. We stayed two days for the Hippie Fest and it was nice to come back to a comfortable room and pool to cool off in after a day at the fairgrounds.

• Curious05261562060 (6/5): Consider other options - It's Ok...not overly impressed. Had to swap rooms because mini fridge didn't work. Electric plugs by the bed so worn out you can't plug anything in without it falling out. Both rooms had this issue. No USB ports except by TV. NO FREE BREAKFAST and for a decent cup of coffee you have to pay Starbuck prices and I deplore that entire organization. Front desk was nice about the issues but hotel is dated and not worth the money. The bright spot is Blue Bay is a stones throw and that restaurant is fabulous.
• Kathryn R (6/5): No comp breakfast… - This a midrange hotel that was overpriced on a Friday night. I thought the room included breakfast but it was a for pay breakfast. Not even a cup of coffee or tea offered. Will check details more closely next time I book.

• Alexsandra (10/5): some issues that can be easily fixed - It was good. Mold in the bathroom in room 406 starting to grow. the outlets on both sides of the bed need to be changed out. When plugging in your charger they should not slip out at all. Near the bed closest to the bathroom on the floor there is a dip in the floor. that is not safe other than that it was a wonderful stay. the front desk was wonderful.
