Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frphstücksbuffet ist großartig! Der Pool ist gut um kurze Bahnen zu schwimmen. Ich war etwas früher als die eigentliche Check-In Zeit vor Ort und durfte schon auf mein Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

- yunfei (10/5): 舒适、静谧、方便 - 地理位置看似在沙田较为偏远，但酒店临近石门地铁站交通极为便利。到尖东仅需25分钟。周围生活气息浓厚，能够很好的体验到本地生活和美食。离沙田马场较近，想要体验赛马活动那位置极佳。其次如果想去体验麦理浩径4-5段的徒步，这里可以直接徒步前往，大约步行1.5小时即可到达。这里的徒步本地人居多，人少风景好，可以俯瞰整个尖沙咀、启德地区和黄大仙区域。 早餐的丰富度稍差，但是这个价格、房型和位置弥补了味蕾的不足。还是十分值得一直去住的酒店

- rf887 (8/5): Friendly Staff, but cigarette smoke - I like this hotel; we have stayed in this place many many time since 2015. Late January this year, when we check-in I put out my “Marriott Bonvoy Bold Visa card”; I was told that will be a (15%) cross border Charge. I said “is this a joke”. She said “No”! As a Titanium member, we get two free buffet breakfast and midday snack, food is fine, since free. Staff is friendly and helpful. One of the issue this hotel has is other hotel guests smoking in the room. Smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and lift too. Night before we check-out. We got back in our room around 9:30, the room smell cigarette smoke, the bathroom was the smell the worst. I suppose next room guest smoke in the bathroom and the smoke came from the bathroom vent. Hotel staff help us move to another room. He said it happen many time because cigarette smoke issue. Hotel management does not know how to handle this.

I stayed in the room surrounded by smoking for the whole night.

- Warren (6/5): You could do and be much better. - Overall it was not bad, but it’s a shame it wasn’t great No personalised service except for Alfie and Chelsea at reception. Breakfast felt like being in a canteen, service staff exceptionally noisy whilst clearing tables. I spent a couple days at the Hyatt before coming across to the Marriott, you cannot compare, sorry but Hyatt focuses on its guests.

- Cook (10/5): Excellent hotel in a very good location. - From check-in to checking out everything was perfect. This was our 2nd stay at Courtyard by Marriott and it was even better than our 1st visit. The staff were all very helpful, efficient and friendly. The view from our room was spectacular. Cleanliness was second to done. Our Room Attendant, Karley, always had a smile on her face, nothing was too much trouble and she attended to our room passionately. The breakfast served at this hotel was really, really good offering everything you could wish for. We will certainly make a return trip to this hotel. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

- yangbness (10/5): Solid hotel as a base of operations in Sha Tin - We were helping a family member move in to the Chinese University of Hong Kong and this Courtyard was a great base for us. It was close enough by MTR or taxi to campus and the neighborhood in which the hotel is located has supermarkets, pharmacies, laundromats and several food options. The New Town Plaza is also not far away and is a great mall for shopping and dining. The hotel itself is spacious, clean and very functional. Rooms are nicely appointed, wifi is good, the breakfast buffet is a guest favorite, the gym has most of what you need, and the lounge from Bonvoy members has great views of the area, including the Jockey Club racetrack. The hotel is very affordable given its far out location but offers you a very pleasant stay.

Senti-me lesada e desrespeitada como cliente. Houve cobrança indevida e excessiva: paguei por três pessoas sendo que só haviam 2 hospédes (eu e minha mãe) em um quarto duplo, o que é simplesmente absurdo. Mesmo diante da situação, o hotel se recusou a realizar o reembolso do valor pago a mais. O mais preocupante é que sempre associei a Marriott International a um alto padrão de qualidade, transparência e respeito ao consumidor, expectativa que não foi correspondida. A situação foi ainda mais delicada porque eu estava acompanhada da minha mãe, idosa e extremamente cansada após a viagem que teve que esperar enquanto tentava fazer o hotel restituir nosso dinheiro e eles se negaram. O ocorrido demonstra total falta de compromisso com o cliente. Trata-se de uma conduta inaceitável, que beira o enriquecimento indevido. Deixo aqui minha profunda insatisfação e alerta para que outros consumidores redobrem a atenção ao cogitar ficar neste local.

- lorennam285 (2/5): TERRIBLE - This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I imagined that the Marriott chain had a certain standard of quality based on other hotels I've stayed in, but this one is terrible! We paid for a triple room and they offered a double room, justifying it as an upgrade (???). Furthermore, they are trying to charge me extra fees. My mother has reduced mobility and was tired after a long day of travel and had to deal with the manager's temperament, who refused to help us, including with getting to the room, as we had to figure it out ourselves. We wanted a cancellation to go to a better hotel, and they didn't even allow that option. If you can, choose another place because this one is terrible! Trust me.

- Wintur (5/5): Bring your own travel adaptor because the Hotel doesn‘t provide travel adaptors. - Was convenient and I could take public transportations. They do not offer travel adaptors. I had to buy a travel adaptor. All USB ports to charge were USB type B only and we are using the type C.
- Shimei (7/5): Not too bad, but I would not book this hotel again - I had a 2-night stay in the hotel, so mixed experience. The room I was given was very smelly on the first night, but I didn't bother to raise the matter as I had arrived late and was tired. However, I was allocated to a better room following the complaint on the next morning, a very good-sized room with a great view of the city. The staff was very helpful in getting the matter resolved. The location is not great; it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the MTR station or get some local food.
- S V (6/5): Good property; poor staff behaviour - The room was spacious and overlooked the river view. At 29th floor it offered a panoramic view of a section of the city. Staff behaviour. At the reception a Mr Alfie was rude. We had asked for extension of time by about half an hour. We would have appreciated a polite no. He said no and added, if you don't vacate quickly, you will have to pay a penalty!!! Needless rudeness. Unfortunate. It is hospitality industry. If you can't be polite, you don't have to be harsh and condescending.
- S V (8/5): Convenient & Comfortable - Location is very good. Very close to Bus Stop. Metro rail is 10 minutes drive. Rooms are clean. The blinds cannot be drawn open or close without making noise. This can be improved. There can be signs on the road leading from the main road about escalator/lift/entry point. It is not easy to find for a newcomer.

- nigelmhealey (8/5): Comfortable hotel in Hong Kong, but remote from the main tourist attractions if that's what you looking for - I regularly work in Hong Kong and I have eaten at this hotel several times in the past. It has a good cafe/restaurant on the 2nd floor called Momo which does an excellent buffet and a fabulous bar/restaurant on the 30th floor with outstanding views of the Sha Tin racecourse on the other side of the Shing Mun River. The entrance is on the first floor, so that cars have to drive up a ramp to drop off/pick up. The ramp is off On Ping Street, but the entrance to the hotel lobby is at the back of the building, making it hard for drivers to find who are not familiar with the location (my cousin had to circle the building a couple of times before finding the way in). The bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the usual amenities you would expect of a mid-range international hotel: large flatscreen TV, desk and chair, fast wifi, fridge (no minibar), iron/ironing board. The bathroom does not have a tub, but the shower is excellent - very large with a rainfall shower head that it like standing under a waterfall! The hotel is about a 10 minutes' walk to Shek Mun MTR (the nearest MTR station), but a long (40 minutes) ride by MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui and even longer to Central or Causeway Bay on the island. There is a McDonalds next door to the hotel, as well as a Mannings pharmacy and a Wellcome supermarket in the same block, but it is a bit of a walk towards the MTR station before you will find a choice of cafes and restaurants. In general, I think this is a very good hotel for business travellers who are working in this part of the New Territories, but tourists would be better to stick to Tsim Sha Tsui or Hong Kong island for attractions and nightlife.

On the day we traveled to Macau, Jacky personally accompanied us to the bus stop leading to the ticket center — such a considerate gesture that made us feel truly cared for.Throughout our stay, every staff member was polite and helpful. We felt completely at home and will definitely choose Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

- Loke Choong (7/5): Reasonable stay at Shatin Hong Kong. - 1) Good location of the hotel - 10 mins walk to MTR and surrounded by restaurants. 2) Good view of the river and the mountain from the room. 1) Very expensive breakfast. 2) The hotel charged a deposit of HKD 500, on top of the room charge, to the credit card per night of stay. For example, if I stay for a week, the deposit would be HKD 3500. Most hotels would seek a card authorisation of the estimated room charges plus an additional 10 to 20% to cover expenses. Nobody would charge such a big amount of deposit to the card.

- Countryseeker (10/5): Truly fantastic stay - would 100% say it was faultless! - I can honestly say this far exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was fantastic and they couldn't do enough for us. I am from a hospitality background in the UK and you guys put us to shame! The food was really good. We ate at the buffet which is the best I have had and also I had a perfect 2 course meal with wine on Level 30 bar which was a very reasonable price for a truly fantastic meal. The room was large and spacious and the view was pretty great to see every morning whilst I got ready for the day. The transport system was so reliable, cheap, quick and easy and even though we were further out of the city that we liked it really was no issue to get into Kahloon by bus, rail, taxi or the free shuttle bus. The hotel staff are so quick to respond too. I emailed them before the stay and hey replied very quickly with links to things we wanted to do and see. we were advised by my partners HK friends to download the app called KLook app where you get tourist attractions at a discount etc.
