• 678rianas (10/5): Great service! - We had a very pleasant stay in Astoria Greenbelt, a 3 day and 2 night stay we had won after a raffle entry. Although our stay was free, we had a meal at Tableau that we paid for ala carte that was decently priced as the servings were quite big. Room was clean and pleasant, and we were situated at the 5th floor where there was no noise except for the occasional person in the hallway. Service was always prompt, and staff were welcoming and accommodating of our requests. For a budget hotel, the atmosphere was very good, and was not dingey in any way. If there is anything worth noting before staying is that there is no parking for guests, and one may want to properly consider that expense since the nearest parking is in Greenbelt 3. Overall, we had a very good experience, and would love to stay over again.

What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and genuine service from every staff member. They made the stay feel extra pleasant and welcoming. There's also a microwave oven, electric kettle, mini fridge and 2 small bottled waters. There are towels, dental kit, soap, shampoo & conditioner and lotion. Wifi connection is also great. The aircon was okay, but it didn’t really provide the level of coolness I wanted. Still, I was able to sleep well. Will definitely be back. We didn't avail the breakfast buffet as we chose to buy food outside since it was near Glorietta.

• armital2026 (10/5): Hassle and Worry free stay - Our experience with Astoria Greenbelt from airport(1/5/26) to airport (1/7/26) was great with such a wonderful staff ( Joanna,Joshua and the receptionist who welcome us that day which unfortunately I forgot her name) and the drivers and guards and the whole staff that I have met are all great.Our room was regularly cleaned up.Thanks to the cleaners. Really appreciated the help of Ms Joanna who helped me to print my husband's blood test order that I needed on the next day.With her extra miles service lessen my worries to look for printing shop.God bless to this great staff. Astoria is lucky to have you guys. The moment I entered the room, everything felt clean, calm, and comfortable. The bed was freshly made, the air smelled nice, and the place was quiet enough to help me relax. The staff were polite and quick to assist, which made the whole check-in smooth. I enjoyed a few minutes of rest, took a warm shower, and felt instantly recharged. (Peak hours)The only downside..There's so food in the malls( high end and fast food)..your goona put on weight quickly..

• 396lenes (10/5): Comfort, Convenience, and a Sweet Surprise - I stayed here through a GC for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff were nice and friendly. A few minutes after my mom and I arrived at the hotel room, one of the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and a card—which I absolutely did not expect. That thoughtful gesture touched me. The air-conditioning worked well and the room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great, just across Greenbelt Mall and close to everything. My mom and I were satisfied!

• T6138GQmaryg (10/5): Superb hotel - All staffs from the doorman, front desk, kitchen and maintenance staffs are very friendly, accommodating, and always greet you with a smile. The food is superb with lots of choices, from cold cuts, pastries, salads, fruits and hot items. They will even cook you an egg anyway you want it and take note, they use fresh real eggs! The room is small but it’s very clean, which is definitely a plus for me, with no funky smell. The towels smells fresh and clean. It’s also a short walking distance to Greenbelt Mall, Glorietta, Landmark mall, Definitely, I will recommend this to my friends!!!

• David (6/5): Ambush -Astoria Greenbelt Hotel! - Check in was fast, but there were unreasonable restrictions in the statement of understanding such as dress codes for entering the restaurant, requiring shirts with collar for example, specifically no in room massages and early curfew for guests. The room was nice, neat and clean, but the bathroom was soooo small that the door could not be opened fully because of a fixture built into the wall. Finally, upon checkout, I was told that my bill for the room was incorrect and was charged an additional amount for my stay.

We were invited for a buffet here, but when we arrived just 8 minutes late, we were told it was already cut off. A little consideration would’ve gone a long way—but unfortunately, there was none. We made the effort to come all the way here and prepared ourselves, only to be met with this kind of treatment. Truly a disappointing and terrible experience.

• rainea566 (2/5): NO PARKING LOT FOR HOTEL GUESTS - You will have to park in nearby mall - My spouse and I booked a stay at Astoria Greenbelt from July 21 to 22, 2025, as we had an important business meeting in Makati. We specifically chose this hotel for its location and expected it to offer basic amenities — like a parking area. But the moment we arrived, we were immediately disappointed. The guard outside asked us if we were there for the buffet or to check in. When we said we were checking in, he told us to park at the Greenbelt mall parking, which is two blocks away — with no guarantee of available slots. Anyone who’s tried parking at a mall in Makati knows how hard that is. We were shocked to find out that only buffet diners get valet parking, while actual hotel guests have to walk in the heat, carrying their luggage, just to get to the hotel. How is that fair? The guests who pay more — the ones staying overnight — are treated worse than diners? We requested a refund on the spot because this arrangement was unacceptable — but they refused, even though we hadn't even used the room. To make things worse, my spouse has a heart condition, and they still expected us to park far away and walk under the sun. The whole point of booking a hotel near our meeting was for convenience and comfort. Instead, it turned into a source of stress and disappointment. This hotel has no dedicated parking, no valet for guests, and expects you to pay mall parking fees on top of your room rate. And every time you go out, you'll need to walk all the way back to the mall to get your car. Absolutely ridiculous. If you value your time, your health, or even just basic hotel service standards, do not book this hotel. This experience completely ruined our day.

• James (8/5): Anyone using this hotel for the first time, it’s the equivalent to 4* in uk, Would have said 5* but of course doesn’t ha - Staff were very attentive, really showed they enjoyed job, quality property, well maintained, good room service menu Unfortunately the one little problem was after finishing a delightful meal , despite numerous requests our plates and cutlery were not remove from room, this did not distract from our meal or our stay , and I would certainly be open to staying again at this establishment
