- Maria (10/5): Una estancia tranquila y muy agradable! - La calidad de las personas , la decoración de la habitación estilo turco, el desayuno muy gustoso y abundante, la ubicación perfecta para visitar los puntos históricos y la limpieza estuvo muy bien. El trasporte público muy asequible y la comida de restaurantes muy cerca. Alrededor de la ubicación del hotel se ve un poco de desorden en las calles, falta un poco de limpieza pero nada grave, una vez caminas 3 cuadras estás en el hipódromo que es espectacular!
- Mark (9/5): Ersari was quirky, lovely and well situated - stay for at least 4 days! - The romantic location so close to the key historic attractions of Sultanamet was ideal, providing you don't mind quaint narrow cobbled streets. There are also plenty of shops and cafes nearby (Evin Bakery is heaven!) The Grand Bazaar and Tram 1 to the other side of town are also within 10 minutes walk. We loved the views from our room of the busy Sea of Marmara! The staff were friendly and most helpful. We couldn't get the TV to work, but that was not a priority for us.

- Tiziano (10/5): Eccezionale - La struttura è semplice e carina, pulita, a circa 8 minuti a piedi da Sultanahmet e Grand Baazar, quindi comodissima. Ai piani di sopra si intravede pure il mare, anche se non da tutte le camere. La colazione è buona. Ma soprattutto, la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale va oltre ogni immaginazione. Lila in particolare è stata un angelo, ha fatto di tutto per accomodare le nostre richieste, anticipando l'orario di colazione per l'ultimo giorno, prestandoci una istanbul card per prendere i mezzi, e perfino regalandoci delle bustine di una tisana al tiglio che ci era molto piaciuta. Raccomandatissimo. Niente.

- Karla (9/5): Estambul una ciudad que siempre te da más ! - La ubicacion es ideal ! cerca de Mezquita Azul, Hagia Sofia y cerca del tren via ! hay restaurantes cerca, el vencindario es ideal para caminar, tambien hay lavanderia cerca y si quieres en el lobby te hacen el favor de realizar la gestion de lavado... siempre hay una persona atendiendo tus consultas. El desayuno una maravilla ! Todo estuvo genial !

- Tatiana dran (7/5): - Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία, τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα σε απόσταση 10 - 20 λεπτά. Ευγενικό προσωπικό πάντα έτοιμο να απαντήσει σε κάθε ερώτηση. Ωραία παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση. Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση! Στην γύρο περιοχή γίνονται έργα και έχει φασαρία και όχι και τόσο ωραία θέα.

Все остальное прекрасно. В номере для новобрачных будьте готовы ходить пешком по лестнице на 4 этаж)))) вид того стоит,но тяжело)))

- Özyurt (7/5): - Die Lage war gut. Dieb öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln konnte man zu Fuß gut erreichen. In der Nähe waren auch Supermärkte. Das zimmer im Erdgeschoss war klein aber das wussten wir auch. Badezimmer war renoviert und modern. Frühstücken konnte man wirklich gut, es gab alles und wurde auch darauf geachtet, dass es fur alle reicht. Die Dusche war verstopft. Hat wahrscheinlich keiner beanstandet. Weil ich muß zugeben das ich es auch vergesse habe zu melden.

- Patrizia (10/5): Grazioso albergo con vista sul Bosforo - Grazioso albergo, gestito da ragazzi giovani,educati e molto gentili.Attenti alle nostre esigenze e sempre pronti ad esaudire. La posizione è eccellente si può accedere anche a piedi ai principali siti importanti di una Istanbul affascinante. Le camere sempre pulite,calde e con vista sul Bosforo. C'è anche la possibilità di fare colazione. Non c'è nulla che non mi è piaciuto,l'unica cosa che posso dire è che chi ha problemi di deambulazione non è adatto perché ci sono 2 piani di scale strette senza ascensore.

- Лариса (6/5): - Первый раз были в Стамбуле, выбор пал на данный отель,из за удачного расположения и наличие балкона,для нас это было важно, так как мы курящие.Отель сам маленький, расположен на подъёме, в пешей доступности от топкапы,ай София и других достопримечательностей.Персонал плохо говорит на русском, поэтому гугл переводчик вам в помощь Теперь что не понравилось, завтраки однообразные ,на 5 день надоело есть все одно и тоже,выходили просто выпить чай.Далее номер не убирался,уборщица заходила заправлять только постель,полотенца не всегда менялись,иногда приходилось брать самой,вообщем что могу сказать за такую цену ,которую выставляет отель,можно было и поднапречься, да ещё один момент ,мы старались завтракать на открытой терассе, хотелось на свежем воздухе, так вот если ночью был дождь,то столы и стулья не вытерались,приходилось самой это делать,как то так.

Спасибо - Прекрасный отель с отличным расположением, рядом основные достопримечательности. Просто замечательные впечатления от отеля, очень приветливый персонал, стильные и уютные номера, всё чистое и аккуратное. Номер на 4 этаже с огромной террасой и потрясающим видом! Отель такой атмосферный и уютный, что находится там было одно удовольствие. Спасибо большое за такие приятные впечатления, обязательно осталась бы там еще раз. И огромное спасибо за такой прекрасный подарок, он замечательный, остались самые приятные эмоции и впечатления!

- Parsa (2/5): Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended - Nothing The rooms were extremely small, old, and poorly maintained. The floor was very dirty, and walking into the room was honestly the worst moment of my entire trip. Our room didn’t have any view at all, even though the photos online showed sea-view rooms, which was very misleading. There was no daily housekeeping unless you specifically asked for it, and even then, they never changed the bed sheets during my whole stay. The breakfast was very basic and always cold because nothing was kept warm — there were no warmers at all. Reaching the hotel was also difficult, as you had to walk up a very steep hill, which made getting there quite exhausting. All of these issues made me leave the hotel one day earlier, and they still refused to refund me for the extra night. I definitely do not recommend this place. It’s overpriced, offers almost no service, and only cares about taking your money.

I'd differently recommend it if you're looking for good service at a good price! Все было замечательно. Очень чистый отель, хороший вид из окна, отличный дизайн. Очень вкусный завтрак с выбором различной еды. Мне очень понравилось. Я бы рекомендовала это место, если вы ищете хороший сервис по хорошей цене!

- Andi (8/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közel a làtnivalókhoz és a villamoshoz, nagyon jó reggeli 4 nap alatt egyszer sem volt takarítás, még a szemetet sem vitték ki, a fürdőben a zuhanykabin penészes sarkait szilóval próbálták nagyon igénytelenül eltüntetni, a fotókon ez nem látszik, ahogy az sem, hogy a közvetlen szomszédos két ház szemben vagy romos vagy épp felújítás alatt van .

- Ревяко (5/5): There are some things that could be improved in the hotel - Excellent location, close to all major attractions and public transport stops. Our room has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast was ordinary and not very varied. The big drawback was that it was not always hot, and there was no way to heat it up in the microwave. There is a construction site near the hotel, and it is not always convenient to open the balcony, as it becomes very noisy and the builders look into the room. There were problems with changing the bed linen and towels: a small duvet cover was placed on a large blanket, which was very uncomfortable to sleep under, and there were no small towels available. They ran out of clean towels, and we had to wait until the next day to get more. It would also be a good idea to clean under the bed from time to time and dust the table and top of the wardrobe.

Alle sind wirklich sehr höflich und immer freundlich. Das vorweg. Allerdings ist bei der Arbeitsmoral sehr viel Luft nach oben. Beim Frühstück keiner da, oder schlafend am Tisch. Tee und Margarine nicht aufgefüllt, Tische nicht abgeräumt, stattdessen macht man neben der Rezeption ewig Haare mit dem Lockenstab. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und leider war das Bad in einem Zimmer absolut nicht akzeptabel. Schimmlige Fugen, das Wasser drückte samt Dreck in die Duschtasse. Ansonsten war es sauber, aber außer das Handtuch gewechselt wurde 4 Nächte gar nichts gemacht. Der Spiegel war von Anfang an verspritzt. Das andere Zimmer war dagegen sauber aber der bezahlte Meerblick war ein Blick auf eine Baustelle und Palme und man sah kein Meer. Schade, da das Hotel eine tolle Lage hat und das Personal gute Ansätze hat aber man sollte da dringend nachbessern.
