- Pedro (2/5): - Son unos informales. Me avisaron muy tarde que No aceptaban mi tarjeta de debito. Cuando yo ya habia empezado el viaje. Estuve casi una semana sin wifi en un.crucero. Me entere que no tenia un alojamiento recien cuando mi avion descendio en Temuco. Por eso tuve gran lio en encontrar un alojamiento en Pucon.

Breakfast was ample and delivered to your room every evening for your convenience. It was nice to be just outside of the city but close enough to drive there in five minutes.

- Usaela (10/5): Super hotel for our family vacation - We recently travelled thru Chile as a family of 5 and had such a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. It was super clean, we had such a beautiful view over the lake and the free bottle of wine was just another wonderful extra which made our stay so enjoyable! We received each evening our breakfast and they loaded it up in the fridge. We loved that service because we were able to eat when we liked in the morning and hang out at the appartment. My kids really liked the rec room where they were able to run over and play basketball, fussball etc... Would always recommend it!

The kitchen is restocked each night for the next morning’s breakfast: a basket of eggs, bread, marmalade, ham and cheese. Beautiful view of Lago Villarica and the green mountains beyond with interesting birds on the property’s grass. Great spot

- Claudia (10/5): Realmente uma experiência deliciosa. - Adorei o hotel. Aconchegante, vista linda, bem equipado. Vi no site pessoas reclamando do processo de café da manhã. No fim do dia, no próprio quarto, você recebe uma bandeja completíssima para preparar o café no dia seguinte. Eu achei isso o máximo. Sem hora para acordar e tomar o café em famíla com privacidade. O máximo. É necessário carro para se locomover para Pucón. Não usei outros recursos de lazer do hotel, como sauna, piscina, jogos, etc.

- Verified traveler (10/5): rundum schön - wir hatten leider Regenwetter, aber der eigene Kamin machte das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See gemütlich warm. Die rustikale Einrichtung trägt ebenso dazu bei, sich einfach nur wohl zu fühlen. Nicht auszudenken, wie es erst bei schönem Wetter gewesen wäre.

- Ricardo (10/5): Excelente hotel para curtir com a família. - O Hotel é perfeito para curtir com a família. Quarto grande, limpo, bem decorado e muito confortável. Tem uma cozinha americana bem montada com fogão, micro-ondas, geladeira e muitos itens que ajudam. O café da manhã foi uma surpresa, pois achávamos que seria servido em um restaurante, mas não. À noite traziam o café completo e arrumavam na geladeira/cozinha para que nós nos servíssemos pela manhã. Ovos, bolo, presunto, queijo, iogurte, suco etc era farto, mas tínhamos que nos servir. Preferíamos ir ao restaurante e encontrar tudo servido. Seria melhor. Mas enfim, o fato de termos uma cozinha era bem legal, principalmente porque podíamos preparar um lanche à noite. Um ponto que podia melhorar era o sinal da internet que era fraco. Hoje em dia todo mundo precisa de internet e o sinal oscilava muito. Era chato. Tinha quadra de futebol, duas piscinas( uma aquecida) e um salão de jogos. No geral gostamos muito. O hotel fica na estrada que liga a cidade de Villarica (10 para ficar) e Pucón ( Linda mas já está muito cheia). Há 3 km de Pucón - bem pertinho. E o Vulcão!!! O que é isso! Maravilhoso.

- ELIUDE (4/5): Fuja dele! - Fuja. O hotel tem zero de serviços. A recepção fica fechada o dia quase todo; os aquecedores são ligados só quando há neve; não há café da manhã (eles dão o pó do café e ovos inteiros para você preparar, caso queira). Péssima escolha.
- sandra (6/5): tranquilo - Es un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. Buen desayuno. Seria bueno que colocaran televisores en las habitaciones ya que cada uno descansa como lo considera mejor. No pudimos usar ni el sauna ni la pileta.

- Emiliana (10/5): Excelente alternativa a precio razonable - Muy buena experiencia!! Recomendable 100%. Me dieron una suite con muy linda vista al lago, con cocina, comedor y sala estar incluida. El desayuno lo llevan a la habitacion. Queda a 5 km de Pucón lo cual queda muy cómodo para estar lejos de la multitud de la ciudad, pero de rapido acceso. La estadía es bastante privada si lo quieres. Cama super king, muy cómoda, habitación muy limpia. Lo unico malo es que el wifi no es tan potente, y que no tiene teléfono para llamar a recepción.

- silene (10/5): Tranquilidade e Paz - Otima propriedade. Ressalvo necessidade de carro pois está a 5km de Pucon. Vale muito a pena. O unico problema foi o acesso a internet, ficamos no apart hotel e lá o sinal não é bom e mesmo quando funciona é muito lenta a velocidade. Mas super recomendo o hotel e voltarei com certeza.

The Cabanas, view of the lake, pool, property, sauna, outdoor wood burning hot tub, comfy beds/pillows and the breakfast make this a place that we would recommend to friends and a place we would definitely stay at again. Hard not to love!
- john (10/5): Pucon stay - I really enjoyed this stay near Pucon. Only a 10 minute drive from the city center. Got you away from the hustle and bustle. Nice views of the lake. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a large dining room area. There was a couple of fire places in the dining/lounge area and was done up well. The staff was helpful but pretty limited on English. It rained a lot while there but the many area termas (hot springs) were fantastic. I fully recommend staying here and would do so again.

A calefação é só no quarto principal e na sala. Não tem café da manhã incluso. Ideal para clima romântico. A vista é de frente para o lago. Passa uma van a cada 5 min para o centro de Pucon 5x mais barato q o táxi.

A atendente estava discutindo,ao telefone, com um suposto hóspede sobre tarifas e demorou uma década a nós atender. O quarto não possui ar condicionado ou aquecido, o box é terrível para tomar banho e não tem café da manhã incluso. Isso, para o preço cobrado, resultou nessa nota bauxa. Uma pena.

- Susana (6/5): Hermoso lugar con mal servicio y mantenimiento - Las cabañas parecen antiguas y remodeladas y el servicio deja mucho que desear. Sobre la mesa había una bandeja con un paquetito minúsculo de galletitas y un cartel que decía que era un obsequio especial. Parecía un chiste. El inodoro de uno de los baños estaba roto y si bien vinieron a arreglarlo, siguió roto toda la estadía. Pedimos una cuna al reservar y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no podían darnos la cuna hasta la mañana del día siguiente. Las cabañas son muy caras y no incluyen desayuno, pero tampoco ofrecen la posibilidad de pedir desayuno aun pagando un adicional, algo que deberían considerar ya que las cabañas están a 10 km de la ciudad. Lo mejor: los jardines y la vista maravillosa al lago villarrica que disponen todas las cabañas, y la limpieza interna y externa. Si atendieran los problemas que detallo arriba, creo que sería un lugar perfecto y se justificaría su precio.

- Simon (10/5): Great place and a good price - This is a great place to stay near Pucon if you have your own car, otherwise you are too far away from the town centre. The rooms are great, the views are great, the pool good and the staff equally great. Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that but can only guess it is consistent with the rest of the hotel. We loved our 2 nights here and highly recommend it, especially if you get the good 'promocion' price.

Habiamos leido buenos comentarios acerca del desayuno pero al parecer es solo si te quedas en el hotel. En el hotel es desayuno buffet pero en el apart hotel es una bandeja. Si bien era abundante no venia nada con preparacion (como algun kuchen por ejemplo). Salvo este detalle muy buena experiencia y sin duda volveriamos nuevamente.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome Cabins - This hotel was great. They have cabins and more traditional hotel rooms. Every cabin has an awesome view of the lake. Daily service was great. They even fill up the fire place with wood every day. I highly recommend.

- Vic (10/5): Perfect stay in lovely Pucon - Stayed 5 nights in cabin. Great views of lake. Very clean and spaciious - 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Slow combustion heater worked well. Had outdoor wood BBQ. No hassles - very quiet and lovely spot. Kitchen worked well. Would highly recommend for couples and families that dont need or want to be in the centre of Pucon. Local buses pass frrequently and cost 400 pesos for 5 minute ride into Pucon if you dont have your own car
