• Nataly (10/5): Quiet, welcoming, and beautiful both inside and out - Both the hotel and the town are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. After 8 p.m. everything seems to fall asleep. Such silence in the hotel and throughout the town, even though there are still people, cars, and restaurants, especially in high season is quite rare. For some guests, however, this might feel like a downside. There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room - they need to be requested and come at a small additional charge, which feels slightly surprising for a fourstar hotel with a spa. Tea is available only in the spa area, there are no facilities in the room to make tea or coffee

• Nadezhda (10/5): It was the best choice to go back to Carpe Diem Hotel! - Everything was great. We had one of the best rooms, with a wonderful terrace and a spectacular view of the mountains. Comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable temperature in the room. Snow-white towels. The SPA is amazing; we joined it almost every day after snowboarding on the slopes. The staff is friendly, careful and helpful.

Colazione eccezionale, con prodotti di qualità e cose nuove ogni giorno, sia di dolce che salato, completamente assente qualsiasi tipo di prodotto industriale e vassoi del buffet sempre pieni. La spa è di tutto rispetto, con vasca idromassaggio, sauna bagno turco e docce emozionali, in più presente un'area relax con vista montagna con a servizio succhi e tisane. Presente un'ampia area parcheggio ma noi non abbiamo preso quasi mai l'auto poichè presente fermata bus proprio all'uscita dell'hotel con destinazione presso tutto le località sciistiche. Stanza delle giuste dimensioni, bagno dignitoso e ogni giorno riordinata e pulita. Letto comodo e presenza di due ciscini, uno morbido ed uno un pò più duro, a soddisfare l'esigenza di tutti. La vista dalla camera è molto suggestiva. Titolare e personale molto gentili e disponibili a soddisfare anche la più stupida esigenza. Per me è un garnì idelae per la vacanza in montagna NULLA!!

Especially the breakfast is great, I tried three days, it has different cookie, cakes, and different way of cooking eggs. Tried one time the spa, Good! Most important is the staff in this hotel are very nice, easy to coomunicate! Definitely I will recommend the hotel to friends or I will choose it again next time! Nothing

Super apprezzato aver trovato due cuscini di cui uno in memory grazie a questo io ho potuto vivere la vacanza senza mal di testa da cervicale! Grazie anche per le attenzioni riservate alla mia bambina, la nostra prima vacanza in tre è veramente da ricordare! Merita menzione la meravigliosa vista dalla nostra terrazza Se devo trovare qualcosa la non possibilità di poter cenare in struttura

Entri e l'atmosfera ti fa subito rilassare grazie ad un arredamento strepitoso. Stanza accogliente e pulita , ottimo materasso, bellissima Spa su 2 piani, colazione variegata. Gentilezza, pulizia e comfort sono le tre parole chiave per descrivere questa struttura. Tutto perfetto, colazione molto gustosa con torte e dolci fatti in casa, ogni mattina diversi. La camera molto accogliente e spaziosa, anche la SPA pulita e rilassante. Vivamente consigliato!

• Alessia (4/5): Il mio soggiorno a Vigo di Fassa è stato piacevole per la bellezza del luogo, ma purtroppo deludente per l’accoglienza r - La struttura si presenta molto bene: è curata, ben posizionata e comodissima per muoversi nella zona. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza, insieme al fatto che l’hotel ha un bel potenziale. Tuttavia, devo purtroppo segnalare una serie di aspetti negativi legati all’accoglienza e al servizio, che mi hanno delusa profondamente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un albergo a quattro stelle. Avevo avvisato con anticipo del mio arrivo nel tardo pomeriggio e mi sono presentata ampiamente entro l’orario previsto (alle 18:00, su una fascia di accoglienza che va dalle 15:30 alle 20:00). Nonostante questo, il signor Massimo mi ha telefonato con toni poco cordiali e, all’arrivo, mi ha accompagnata rapidamente in camera, visibilmente infastidito, senza alcun gesto di benvenuto. Alla mia richiesta di consigli per la cena, ha risposto con tono sarcastico, invitandomi a “cercare su Google”. Idem per la spa: prima di indicarmi dov’era, ha commentato il mio abbigliamento con una battuta fuori luogo, dando per scontato che intendessi andarci vestita così com’ero, cosa ovviamente non vera. Poco dopo il mio arrivo, mi ha contattata nuovamente per chiedermi di effettuare il check-out con un giorno di anticipo, senza motivazioni chiare. Il gesto mi è sembrato fuori luogo e poco professionale. Il mattino seguente, sono scesa per la colazione alle 9:45 (chiusura prevista alle 10:00) e non era presente nessuno in sala. Ho suonato più volte il campanello e provato a telefonare. Alla fine, ha risposto nuovamente il signor Massimo, dicendomi di avere pazienza e che avrei potuto prendere l’acqua in camera. Tuttavia, avevo bisogno di riempire delle borracce, e al mio ulteriore tentativo la cameriera mi ha servito acqua del rubinetto, senza alcuna spiegazione o alternativa. Nel momento del check-out, il signor Massimo mi ha salutata con un grande sorriso, ma il servizio complessivo e la qualità dell’accoglienza sono stati ben lontani da quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel di questa categoria. Vengo da una famiglia di albergatori e ristoratori, e so bene cosa significa accogliere con professionalità. L’ospitalità è ben altro. Tornerò volentieri a Vigo di Fassa, ma non in questa struttura.

• Roncoure (10/5): Just Seized the Day! - The hotel has an enchanting alpine architecture and an appealing name—"Carpe Diem," meaning "seize the day"; so, we capitalised on its present prospects. The hotel has exquisite décor, alpine furniture, and stunning views at the base of the Catenaccio mountains in Val di Fassa. Our third-floor accommodation was clean and well-lit, and the bed was very comfortable, with our request for extra soft pillows fulfilled. The breakfast included a wide assortment of cereals, jams, cold cuts, various yoghurts, pastries, and a choice of egg preparations, including omelettes or specially prepared dishes ... a super stay! The only thing I would change is that the bathroom was a little too cold for my taste, but other than that, everything was fine.

• Adriano (9/5): Garnì ideale per visitare la Val di Fassa - Posizione ideale, a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro e comodissima per arrivare alla funivia. Colazione eccellente con prodotti di qualità. Parcheggio comodissimo. Pulizia generale. Cabina doccia piccolina, ma avevo una camera standard. Prodotti da bagno basici. Per la spa (nella quale non sono andato non avendo avuto tempo) vi erano un dotazione solo 2 teli (senza ciabattine, accappatoio, borsone).

• Nadezhda (10/5): Cozy, comfortable and quiet hotel - Everything was excellent, we were really happy to stay at Garni Carpe Diem! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and cozy. The view was great! The ski room lockers and equipment were very comfortable. The parking had enough space. The SPA with sauna and pool was absolutely amazing! There was a variety of desserts and baking at breakfast, good coffee, fresh orange juice. The location is very nice. There are few restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a pharmacy and bus stops. The Vigo ski lift is 10 minutes walking from the hotel. The shower cabin wasn’t hermetic enough, so after taking a shower there was some flooding. Not much choice in main dishes at breakfast, there was always only one option, but it was tasty.

Purtroppo se i lettini sono tutti occupati, ci si ritrova a bere dell' ottimo infuso in piedi e sentirsi osservati.

• Bytyqi (10/5): The best hotel in Vigo Di Fassa by Max and Chiara ❤️🥂 - The Hospitality of Max and Chiara was amazing, such welcoming people that make your stay feel like you are at home, they are at your disposal whenever u need them, amazing and caring people. The facilities were amazing the sauna the pool very clean also the rooms and the cleaning staff were top notch. There was a ski room which I loved where u had your own locker so u could leave your ski or snowboard shoes to dry also a ski service bench with everything that you need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone may they be a couple or a family.
