The rooms were comfortable and sparkling clean. Breakfast was included and was delicious. A special shout out to Vito who assisted us in trying to get our car into a garage space, picked us up with all of our luggage in the hotel tuk tuk and then helped us again when we checked out. nothing.

- Hélène (7/5): Agréable pour l’emplacement et le look de l’hôtel. - Emplacement super et convivial sur une place animée au centre du village, par contre bruyant pour les chambres qui donnent de ce côté , même la nuit Lits très bons Suite qui donne sur la place: très agréable terrasse à l’ombre l’après midi avec vue sur la place animée . Table et chaises Personnel agréable à la réception et le monsieur du tuk tuk est charmant Douches trop étroites malgré une belle taille de salle de bain Insonorisation nulle entre la chambre et le couloir : il y a entre la porte et son cadre 3 cm de jour ! Tous les bruits passent. Boules quies nécessaires Le petit déjeuner est très « cheap » et pas du tout au niveau d’un 4 étoiles … jus de fruit infâme , que du sucre. Pas de machine à café , juste un café filtre corsé à l’italienne. Pas énormément de choix mais surtout les produits sont de piètre qualité ( fromage, jambon…). Réapprovisionnement lent et très chiche, nous avons dû aller à la réception qui est venue relancer le personnel qui discutait en cuisine alors qu’il n’y avait plus ni fruits ni jus ni croissants depuis 20 min…

- Petra (7/5): - Es hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer haben eine extreme Höhe und sind dadurch nicht gemütlich. Außerdem hat es sehr lange gedauert bis es warm war. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr unfreundlich. Der Kaffee den man sich selbst nehmen kann, ist nicht gut.

- Gisele (9/5): Muito boa - A localização é excelente, paramos o carro bem perto para descarregar e os funcionários nos orientaram muito bem sobre onde é permitido estacionar e não tivemos dificuldade, mas no verão deve ser mais difícil. Os funcionários Franco, Marilene e Silvana foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã simples. O quarto e o banheiro eram grandes, o único ponto ruim foi o box do chuveiro muito pequeno. Pessoas grandes terão muita dificuldade. Entendo que haja restrições de reforma em edificações históricas, mas o box é um módulo “plug and play” é o banheiro era bem grande. A agua também escorre toda pra fora. Alguns ganchos para pendurar toalhas seriam muito úteis também.

- FRANCOIS (4/5): Un seul mot : décevant ! - La localisation de l'hôtel. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée, numéro 101 (quadruple standard avec mezzanine, les autres chambres étaient déjà prises), était trop chère (314 € par nuit) par rapport à sa qualité très médiocre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, les photos du site internet étant de plus trompeuses : la seule fenêtre de la chambre principale était à 4 - 5 mètres de hauteur (ce qui rendait la chambre sinistre), le wifi ne fonctionnait pas (un comble en 2026), "la garantie d'un séjour paisible et calme" n'était assurée qu'après 23 h quand les extracteurs très bruyant du restaurant de l'hôtel s'arrêtaient. Tous ces points n'étaient bien évidemment pas indiqués. Nous avons pu changé de chambre après 2 nuits pour la numéro 113 (suite quadruple de luxe avec terrasse "privée"), plus conforme à un hôtel 4 étoiles pour 40 € de plus par nuit, diminué à 30 € dans le cadre d'un geste commercial que nous avons trouvé très mesquin.

La comunicación y la atención es excelente desde antes de llegar. En nuestro caso, nos recibió Franco que además habla muy bien español lo que facilitó todo )además de ser súper simpático y atento respecto a sugerencias de actividades para hacer y ver en la zona). El lugar donde se desayuna, y el desayuno en sí mismo, son increíbles! Si vas en auto, hay estacionamiento gratis bastante cerca. Podes dejar tus maletas a pasos del hotel y luego ir a estacionar. Volvería a hospedarme en Palazzo Indelli sin dudas!

Une bonne partie de l’équipe parle français, ce qui a facilité la communication. L’hôtel est propre, la chambre agréable et le petit déjeuner tres bon ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

- Eva (7/5): Perfekt für Monopoli - Besuch! - Tolle Lage an einem schönen Platz und gleich in der Nähe des Hafens. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe - die Tipps der Dame an der Reception waren perfekt! Trotz offenem Fenster konnte man in Ruhe schlafen. Die beiden Damen beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr freundlich. Kein freundliches Lächeln, kein Gruß, beim Bestellen des Kaffees hatte man schon fast ein schlechtes Gewissen. Die Auswahl beim Buffet war auch überschaubar - kein gutes Brot/ Brötchen, kein Gemüse, sehr viel Süßes (Kuchen, Muffins, Keks....)

No glasses in the room, so had to drink the water (@ €2.50 per bottle) from the bottle. Only 2 sachets of coffee per day in the room, so if you had a cup of coffee in the evening, you couldn't have one in the morning. Coffee at breakfast in the morning scarce, to say the least. One morning, I was told that it was too late??? to order an Americano, but I could have an espresso instead. No chance whatsoever of ordering a second cup of any type of coffee on any morning. A real pity as could be a great hotel as opposed to a 'nice' hotel.

The hotel sits on Monopoli's main square, and it's within walking distance of dozens of shops, restaurants, and cafes. We had an upgraded room, and it was totally worth it. The balcony overlooking the plaza was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a morning coffee, people watching, and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast, which was included in our package, was delicious and had a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and professional, and promptly responded to our questions and requests before and during our stay. We especially want to single out and express our sincerest thanks to Marilena and Franco. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay there again! Parking was a challenge. We had a rental car, and although we visited during the off-season, street parking was not easy to find. The parking lot across the street from the hotel is for residents only, so we opted to pay the 30 euro per day fee to park in the hotel's garage. The walk from the hotel to the garage was long, and the parking inside the garage was challenging, even for our small rental car. There are several columns that you have to negotiate inside the garage before you can access the hotel's two reserved spots in the back. There are maybe 10 spots total in the garage. Luckily, it was empty during our stay. Had it been full, we don't know how we could have gotten our vehicle in and out.

Moderne Zimmer und Bäder. Neue Bequeme Betten. Frühstücksauswahl mittel, etwas dunkles Restaurant wegen des alten Gemäuers, enge Gänge. Im Sommer sehr geschäftiger Platz mit viel Gastronomie und Touristen. Toll zum gucken aber nachts auch viele Geräusche.

Restaurant le soir très bien Le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau il n'y a pas de choix de chaud , et surtout la serveuse qui est débordée avec 3 tables et qui ne fait pas son travail! 👎

Pudimos estacionar el auto a menos de 100 metros y llegar caminando con las valijas sin problema. La cálida atención de María Elena en la recepción y de Silvana en el desayuno nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La habitación muy grande y espaciosa y con balcón directo a la plaza, inmejorable!!

Raňajky boli každý deň rovnaké, bez čerstvej zeleniny, alebo väčšieho výberu pečiva - dva druhy toastového chleba, croissanty a dva koláče. Na 4* hotel skutočne slabé, bez snahy spríjemniť začiatok dňa niečim miestnym, alebo zmenou ponuky. Ovocie a káva boli dobré.

Colazione buona ma limitata nelle scelte dei prodotti.
