• Manas (5/5): Surprised about terms of twin room converted to twin bed - Location At the time of booking details said twin room and at the time of checking in they said it was twin bed.

• Rashmi I (3/5): average - The location is good and the staff is accomodative. The property is not maintained well. The rooms are tiny. The washbasin is beside your bed and it is impossible to even wash hands without spilling water. Imagine the plight when you brush!! The buffet has hardly got any choicew and the restaurant is understaffed. The tables dont get cleaned. Tea served is not freshly perpared and is cold if you go around 9. Not expected from a 5 star property.

• Mahesh (8/5): Reasonably good for value. Need better towels and room layout. Quite place . - Proximity to major cross road. Easy to get Auto or cab. Uber location is easy to get to or find. Breakfast was very good with good variation each day. Catering manager and staff always welcoming and ready to assist your needs for comfort. Front desk staff was excellent . Had very goid interraction with Mahir and Manav from very 1 st day of arrival. They Addressed my minor to major concerns for my comfort immediately at all times. A rare experience at any IHG Hotels I have stayed update. Total room area is too small for international travelers with 2 bags of 22 kg each + backpack and a Gand baggage. Get a lot cramps to move a round. Lobby waiting are was small with amount of guest visiting this property, specially at check in and check out times. But Starbucks on the property was a nice place to meet and greet. Staff at Starbucks was also very nice and efficient.

• manuela (8/5): Cozy and relaxing - The hotel was super clean and super comfortable. The staff is super nice, polite and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with indian and continental breakfast. Coffee of all types and chai! Our room was a bit small but it was good for few days. Next time I will book a bigger room.
• Roopa (3/5): - Nothing the rooms are tiny! Washrooms commodes had stains !! The breakfast service is the worst! It is managed by one tiny girl who runs around like a headless chicken!! Either staff there doesn’t anticipate and cook for the guests staying or they just don’t care! I had to check in the last moment at middle of the night at an ungodly hour due to flight delay the girl at the front desk was not at all accommodating I spoke to her over the phone explained my situation she was not understanding as I didn’t had a choice I took the room ! The lady I spoke to never came out at the front desk when I reached there sent her colleague Tania she was still understanding the other lady kept ordering from a room behind the front desk!! And then I saw a cockroach sneaking out from their front desk side. As I had to catch flight next morning I checked out , I had booked myself for next couple of days there I had requested cancellation the only understanding staff Manav helped with the process, he came out as an extremely matured and very knowledgeable person.

The room was extremely dirty, Floor carpet, especially behind the nightstand, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I’m surprised that IHG allows this property to operate as a franchise. We would not stay here again.

Wc and bathroom were seperate and very very small and uncomfortable. Lighting was also very poor in the room. The room specifications along with the bathroom and washbasin arrangement was never mentioned and this was a complete surprise for us. Really a disappointing experience with the stay.

• PB (8/5): Stay at Prahalad Nagar Holiday Inn Express - Neat and clean, convenient location, has all the minimum facilities, excellent breakfast spread includes Indian and Western dishes, Veg and Non-veg. Too cramped room, very little space to move around, more suitable for single working professionals on business trips, not suitable for elderly couples.

• Shamim (2/5): Extremely small and impractical room - I would like to highlight several serious issues I encountered during my stay: 1. The room had two beds, but the luggage space was designed for only one person. Where is the second guest supposed to keep their baggage? 2. A wash basin was installed right beside the bed, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in any hotel setup. 3. Water leaked into the room while taking a shower, indicating poor construction and maintenance. 4. The television was installed at an impractically high height, making it uncomfortable to watch. 5. The mini-bar was placed touching the bed, a completely illogical placement. A tall guest’s feet would directly hit the mini-bar while sleeping. 6. The main door was not properly insulated, allowing both sound and light to enter the room. 7. There was no proper space to work—no table for laptop use or basic writing. 8. The room size was extremely small, far below reasonable expectations for the price. In short: people should avoid this hotel until these basic issues are addressed.
