- L (10/5): Comfy quick stay in Orange - The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy. The bed was super comfy, really good air conditioning. The fan/light in the bathroom is very noisy so can wake others if you require to use it during the middle of the night. Possibly night lights in the bathroom could remedy this.

Not my favourite hotel in Orange, but would book again if there wan't anything else available The bathroom was a bit 1980's and needed some updating, there was a bit of a smell in the room (not air freshener, more stale) but after leaving the door open it cleared up.

- Luke (4/5): Very disappointing. I would never return to this accomodation. - The bed was comfortable I booked a ground floor room on bookings.com. The actual room we were allocated was upstairs. On my request, staff member changed it to a ground floor room. Our room was next to the kitchen, and very noisy until staff went home. Although the room looked like it had been renovated, the bathroom was indefinite need of renovation. The bathroom and shower were very cramped. Tiling was very old and didn't seem clean. The room was definitely not worth the $200 per night we paid for it.

Housekeeping ensured we had everything we need and was so friendly, and the whole team were proactive and responsive to any needs we had. I cannot fault the customer service and enjoyed the smaller touches that made the stay so comfortable. We cannot rate highly enough the service being provided in the rooms and how nicely the room was presented. I have no answer here

- Sally (9/5): Excellent, modern and well appointed motel in great location. - Beautifully appointed room with lovely modern brass lights next to bed, super warm heating and comfortable bed which is a must in Orange as it is a cool climate town. Extremely clean, lovely service from staff, and great location on the way into town. It's on the main road but couldn't hear any traffic whatsoever. The shower was also huge A great find and I highly recommend this great find. It's certainly not what you would expect from an Ibis ie small rooms and spartan extras. Thanks for a great stay! Was very happy with my stay - it's a great place and nothing to diminish this review.

Overall an enjoyable stay at Orange! The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The ceiling above the shower/ bath was cracked, leakage droplets of water under the sink. Visible molds here and there. We didn't mind as it's still acceptable and didn't bother us that much but a bathroom upgrade is necessary.

- Gemma (7/5): - The room was nice and updated. The bathroom was quite old and the bathroom flooded when you turned on the shower. The toilet was constantly running and it didn't feel clean. Some of the complimentary products were empty. We were also giving a disabled access room, which wasn't requested. No doona covers, just sheets on top of the doona and underneath.

Double glazing on windows meant a good nights sleep and beds were comfortable. Bathroom could do with renovation, door did not close, sink was cracked and tiles dated.
