Feyza (10/5): Immer wieder gerne!! - Das luxuriöseste Hotel, in dem ich je geblieben bin Jeden Cent wert Ich war sehr gerne dort und wollte es am Ende auch nicht verlassen Es wurde auf jede Frage jeden Wunsch eingegangen Es wurde immer sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr große Auswahl. Alles sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Obwohl das Hotel sehr groß ist und viele Kunden hatte, wurden wir kaum durch Lärm gestört. Gleiches gilt für die naheliegenden Straßen Die Umgebung ist ein sicherer Ort Man hat Krankenhaus Apotheke… ganz in der Nähe Insgesamt sehr professionell Die Lage ist im Vergleich zu Sirkeci, wo man sehr viele Möglichkeiten an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hat, nicht so gut. Aber für diejenigen, die etwas weiter weg von touristischen Hotspots und Menschenmengen sein möchten, ist das eine sehr gute Option.

David (7/5): The room had several issues that were disappointing. There were no robes provided for the spa, towel - I had a great overall experience at the hotel. The property itself was well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the spa facilities were a highlight. I especially enjoyed the Turkish bath Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. I am a returning guest and this was my fourth time at the hotel, but the experience this time was far below expectations. The check-in process was poor, the room was not up to standard, and the cleaning was inadequate. Additionally, the staff and overall customer service did not meet the level I had experienced in previous visits. Due to this experience, I was not satisfied with my stay and will not be returning.

Petar (9/5): A truly wonderful stay defined by professional service, excellent facilities, and an ideal location. - Great experience! The team is professional and friendly, and the hotel is easy to find with convenient parking. I enjoyed the quality breakfast and the generously sized, spacious room. Overall, our experience was great, though the swimming pool temperature was a bit of a surprise. It was set to 27°C, which felt quite chilly for us, though the jacuzzi was a much more comfortable 37°C. Additionally, there is very little soundproofing between the bathroom and the main room, which led to a bit of a lack of privacy.

Mădălin Cristi (5/5): O dezamăgire alegerea acestui hotel - Aproape de clinică Esteworld Mizeria din camera,personalul de la curățenie,consumai produse aflate la minibar și nu ți se puneau altele la loc de la zi la zi,evident ele erau contra cost,camera nu avea nici o treabă cu pozele de pe site.

Ezgi (10/5): Fijn verblijf gehad in een schoon en rustig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. - Ik vond het een hotel met een rustige en kalme sfeer. Alles was schoon en hygiënisch. De bedden waren erg comfortabel. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk, ervaren en behulpzaam.

Esra (10/5): Ich empfehle das Hotel ruhigen Gewissens weiter. Kann man nichts falsch machen! - Ein sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Lage ist auch okay, man kommt schnell zur nächsten Metrostation und kommt von dort überall hin. Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel und ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben auf Nachfrage sogar ein Bügeleisen gestellt bekommen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und immer überall präsent.

The bed, blanket and pillows were very comfortable. Complimentary water and coffee in room. The room wasn’t soundproof. You could hear people upstairs talking and walking. The air conditioner was kind of loud.
