• SATOKI (6/5): - 安くて、Yenikapı駅からも近いのでそこはよかった。 ただ、設備が古くシャワーの留め具が外れかけていたり、カーペットが捲れてたりしてややメンテナンス不足を感じた。朝食もやや味気ない感じではあった。 とにかく費用を抑えてホテルの滞在よりも観光地を巡るのに時間を割きたい人にオススメのホテルである。

Dirty, AC broke, they said they have parking, but actually he just parked the car on the street in front of the WHAT CALL HOTEL and charge 5 euros. Now, the one star I gave them it’s for the staff only the 3 gentlemen were there, they were nice and helpful.
• Eli (2/5): Very very Bad! ❌ - My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff was impolite and aggressive, the bathroom was veryyyy dirty, and the advertised free breakfast and pool were nonexistent. Additionally, the wifi was very poor. The hotel is in very noisy Street. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. When I tried to inquire about the pool’s location, as shown on the website, the manager and reception man started cursing and shouting at me. I was genuinely afraid and began to cry. I recorded videos of their behavior because I was considering involving the police.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hayal kırıklığı - Teras hiç fotoğraflardaki gibi değildi , sanki sezonu kapatmış, tozlu, masaya kapatılmış sandalyeler. Masalar örtüsüz ve ışıksız çok tozlu. Öyleki, pantolonuma sandalyenin tozlu desen izi çıktı. Banyo güzel değildi, her köşe silikonlanmış ve su akıtıyordu.

But unsecured, as no password was needed Bad: 1) Hotel is next to a major intersection where you will hear cars honking about 1-2 times a minute, from 6am to midnight 2) Water for bath (shower, sink, and toilet) died twice. With one occurring on last day of trip 3) Electricity died once. 4) Elevator is very small. Be careful if the electricty dies, you will get stuck in a very small elevator with no way of contacting front desk. And it will be completely dark 5) Was given a smoking room that I did not request 6) No remote given for AC unit, so had to open windows to let cool air in 7) Toilet had buttons wrapped with plastic ties to prevent pushing button to flush. Unknown why 8) Front desk clerk could barely understand English and didn't understand when told of electricity and water failure

• Bo Sarmiento (8/5): Bedbugs on my room - The roof top service is not there and its a very noisy street outside but for central location you pay that price. The breakfast very boring. I had bedbugs on my room and I changed immediately room. I had 27 bites on my body.

Even i asked if i could get a room on higher floor because of the noisy from the street. they answered no all rooms are Rajeev even though i could see there was empty room keyw in there key locker

• Tatiana (6/5): Очень средний отель с доброжелательным персоналом. - Окна номера выходдили на оживленную улицу - постоянный шум и запахи, в т.ч. табачного дыма. Кондиционер слабый, пришлось спать с открытым окном. Завтрак оооочень простой - вареная колбаса, сыр, масло, джемы, вареные яйца. Приносили в номер чай как бонус.
• Hemant (6/5): Noisy rooms, too much traffic noise - The rooms were smaller than advertised and the manager refused to give me another room saying I could cancel the booking if I was not satisfied. The beds blocked the cupboard which would not open. Finally I had to work with the housekeeper to move the bed out of the way, removing the side table so that the cupboard would open. I saw the manager give 2 rooms to walk-ins while telling me he did not have any vacant rooms. This would be my second such experience through Expedia where hotels force crappy rooms and charge extra while trying to exploit tourists saying they were free to cancel. All this knowing well that in case of last minute cancellation, Expedia would charge the customer the full fees. Never will book thru Expedia again

• fatima (4/5): - The room over all was covered in dust and the pics from the website didn't look like the room. On the website it said that the hotel would give us a free ride from and to the airport but instead they made us pay for it. Another time I wanted my family members to come over and sit in the room for a couple hours then leave, but the ppl at the front desk didn't even let them leave the lobby, which was annoying because I came to see my family. I also asked for extra pillows and they only gave me one when I asked for 3, they told us that there was the only one extra pillow for the whole hotel. The washroom had a really bad smell when we first came in to the room and the toilet was dirty and so was the shower. When we would take a shower the water would leak on to the bathroom floor.

• AHMED IBRAHEIM (10/5): Excellent location, good for price - The hotel is very cozy ,ellegant,with excellent location 200 m from yeni capi metro station with a walking distance ,also aksaray tram station is 150m walking ...the hotel staff are very friendly ,room service is very accurate and bed sheet and towel were changed every day with fresh new one...I didn't attend the breakfast buffet and didn't go to the terrace. .. In general it is an excellent option and I would liketo stay there in my next trip to Istanbul.
• William (10/5): Great Stay - Excellent hotel! Bed was big and comfortable. Room was clean. The staff was incredibly helpful. It was hot outside, but the air conditioner worked well. The hotel is across the street from a metro station. There was very little parking, but they provided free valet service. A few no-so-positive things: the wifi in our room was weak, breakfast was pricey (35TL/day), and the location was not ideal. It is not a scary neighborhood, just not close to any restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.

• Magoo's views (4/5): How do you say OOPS! in Turkey? - A quaint location near?????? At least the tour guides were able to find me. Shower 'only' was accessible if I turned sideways and inhaled to get between the sliding doors and whatever you do, DO NOT drop the soap. Comfortable bed which I had to move to one side to use the six inches of room to get to the closet and drawer space or to the other side to open the window. Otherwise, I just clambered over the bed. Elevator for one and a suitcase. Nice breakfast buffet in the basement. I give it 1 1/2 stars and that may be a stretch especially for the price. At least I found out why there was no room cancellation available.

Used tissues stuffed behind the headboard, cotton buds, cotton wool and used tissues left in a drawer, a toothpick found in the bed?! Noisy location, hotel night shift staff asleep on duty. Taxi booking rip off. Shall I go on??!!
• Mark (4/5): We checked out after one night. - This is a small family run hotel . The staff are helpful and its location near askaray tram station is easy to get to main sites. There are some nice small restaurants nearby. The shower and toliet are a high standard and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are extremely small indeed. You were unable to walk around the bed and to open the built in wardrobe you have to sit on the bed. The rooms are very clean but bed is really uncomfortable. There is a safe in the room but late at night the local street corner had large groups of men and some women and we didn't feel safe walking back to the hotel from dinner out. Also next room to ours we could hear their tv till 3am. Their is a roof terrace but still being constructed. We checked out after one night and paid for another hotel for the rest of the stay. If you have a family I don't know how you would all fit in.
• Tom (8/5): Great for a long weekend - Having stayed for 5 nights at the Erbazlar Hotel, I would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is clean and comfortable as was the room, the en-suite is also modern. Getting into Istanbul itself is easy, you can either walk to the Grand Bazaar (about 20 - 30 mins) and the rest of the sights (40 mins), or get the Tram from Aksaray direct to all the main sites, which is quick and easy. Although you may be able to find a hotel closer to the sites, we did not find this a problem, as the Tram service is excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here and would consider the Erbazlar if I am in Istanbul again.
• Harry (4/5): Crap - avoid if possible even if on a right budget - Booked a double room but got a twin room. Partner wasn't happy and made it obvious to the management. Was promised a double room for the next 2 nights but same answer the next morning - unavailable! Staff were very blunt and unhelpful!
