El personal es muy amable y atento a colaborar. Las habitaciones se ven anticuadas y, por el precio que se paga, podrían ser mejores. El desayuno es muy básico.

No tengo quejas de pronto un poco más amabilidad por parte del personal, son respetuosos pero casi no hablan. Gracias

• Jesus (10/5): Cómoda - Que ofrecen el desayuno, la amabilidad y disposición de los colaboradores del hotel Tuvimos un problemita con el manejo del aire, pero el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos
• Andrea (6/5): - La ubicación fue muy bien pues estábamos justo en un evento en el estadio, y pudimos ir y regresar caminando Inicialmente solicité apoyo para ubicar un lugar de parqueo, pero me informaron que no contaban con un sitio de referencia para recomendar. Después de buscar por mi cuenta durante un buen tiempo, finalmente me indicaron que podía dejar el vehículo en la calle, en una zona ubicada a una cuadra que aparentemente pertenecía al andén del hotel. La mayoría de los huéspedes estábamos allí por el concierto, y considerando que llegamos alrededor de las 2:00 a. m., no ofrecieron ninguna alternativa de desayuno más tarde, lo cual hubiese sido apropiado debido a la hora de ingreso. Adicionalmente, el hotel presentaba bastante polvo en las escaleras y pasillos, como si se encontrara en proceso de remodelación. Por último, mi habitación no contaba con servicio de agua caliente.

No pienses que llegas a un 5 estrellas pero está muy bien, ya es la segunda vez que me quedo y seguiré viniendo en mis próximos viajes. Todo me gusta, pero sería bueno que las habitaciones tuvieran un refrigerador pequeño, ya que en el hotel solo sirven desayuno. Para la cena hay que resolver fuera, por pedido o comprar cosas en el super cercano.

There are shops and restaurants everywhere near the hotel. I found it’s a little challenging to find good vegan restaurants near by. Overall, it is a nice and safe place.

• Ana (1/5): Don't go there! - SOME of the staff were very nice: Two young receptionist men. They were helpful and kind. The housekeepers and cooks nice too. SOMEBODY BROKE INTO MY ROOM AND STOLE SOME STUFF FROM ME. I believe it was a lady that was painting a room next door. My room was locked, but it's the same simple lock that you have for your room in your home. And I believe she had a key. She went into my room when I was having their awful breakfast downstairs. It was the last day, so I didn't notice at the time. Most of my stuff was already packed but the suitcase was open.

No escuchan al cliente, osea cero seriedad en lo pactado con la reservA. No volveria por la incomodidad y por la falta de Honestidad, viaje por varios lugares y en este hotel fue el unico que considera a los 7 años a un como adulto, y ademas se desentiende que yo en la reserva di mis datos y los de mi hijo, SJPER CLAROS. Como lea dije en una nota a ellos mismos, no solo pierden a un cliente, pierden 10 mas y todos los que yo pueda, y Uds como mediadores entre el Hotel tambien, ya que ellos NO respetan la Reserva realizada con uds, ahora estoy esperando el cargo a mi tarjeta, porque no seria raro que el precio sea cualquier cosa menos lo que YO reserve. • Andrea (10/5): Hotel Inbanaco en Cali - Very nice hotel near the Clinica and hospitals around Inbanaco. The breakfast was delicious. There's an Éxito 2 blocks away and many restaurants and bakeries to enjoy. Very safe to walk around even at night. You can find el Parque del Perro by walking about 8 minutes. Overall a good find for the area.

They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant, they arranged for all sorts of transportation, food and entertainment. Food was also great for the price. The room was basic but clean with good air conditioning. Location was central to most things in Cali in a safe area, that is also quiet at night. Great find for a pleasant stay in Cali.

The location in the south area of Cali is not bad and I felt at home from the beginning. If you want to safe money, to be a bit away from the Cali pachanguero but at the same time be not to far from it, this is the place to be ! Walk around and you will find delicious food ! Good transportation and a variety of places to go around.

• mislead (4/5): Hotel under remodeling - Horrible noise of drills and hammer and cement dust. Wi fi constantly missing. No hairdryer no bathroom mat...poor furniture. Our stay was a nightmare. Thanks to the friendly staff we managed to stay 2 of the 8 nights. I want a complete refund from you because you failed also to mention the remodeling aspect of hotel Imbanaco.

• Steve (10/5): Great Hotel - Made reservations for only 2 days because of previously read reviews. After 1 day asked for 5 additional days at same price, beyond reservation. Granted. Staff: SUPER at all levels. Had 3 small requests while there, all granted within minutes. One block from major bus routes. Only steps away from restaurants and Panaderias. Safe, secure area. Their greatest asset is their staff.

They rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was respectful of our privacy and did not walk in our room when we asked to do so. The one person who ruined this experience was Sra.Mercedez - if I get the name wrong is the person who support in different areas the front desk. When requesting a cup of coffee, got an attitude and asked my to wait for breakfast as she was scolding me. When requesting breakfast, questioning if i did take it already, when I was staying with other relatives in another room. The last thing she did was to get an attitude because we requested a spoon, and questioned if we were going to return it. Hotel Imbanaco needs to replace that woman- who knows nothing about hospitality. As a whole a great place for us who know the city and like to do a lot in our short visits. We will come back.

• JulieO71 (6/5): Great group stay - We were staying with a large group and for that purpose this hotel was perfect. It is clean and great a/c in the rooms. The food was good at all meals, and the meeting room provided for our group was great. The hotel management treated our group like royalty...arranged for free salsa lessons and had a salsa show for us our last night. If, however, you are looking for any type of luxury this is not the place to stay...hard beds, thin towels, only soap...it was definitely bare minimum. But that was perfect for our humble group of mostly older adults. The staff were very helpful, but yes they do not speak English. We were lucky to have local staff from our organization there to help with communication and our needs. We had a lovely stay!
• Mrs Rock (2/5): Horrible! Hotel - No hair blowers in the rooms, noisy in the nights, bad cable out 14 channels 7 were news that is a cheap cable, to have hot water have to run it for 10 minutes. Same breakfast every day with old bread, I will never use Expedia if this is the kind of hotels they promote. When I booked this hotel it had 4 stars. I waisted my money. Where they got their stars.
• marlen703 (2/5): It is a hostel ... With poor service - The shower did not regulate properly between hot and cold. The shower did not have a bath mat and /or rubber mat .Breakfast was just ok. The room does not have a hair dryer I had to ask for one, during my last day of my stay I got a phone call from the reception asking for the hairdryer because an other guest was asking for one. The parking is not free as advertised . The TV does not have international channels. They offer coffee and water for the guests by the lobby but you are very lucky if you can find cups. A place with very low standards to be considered as a hotel .

They offer at the lobby coffee and water but if you are lucky you can find cups. This place is good only if you are planning to go to sleep and that is it. You can not expect the minimum standards for a hotel . They offer a free parking but they charge $6.000 Colombian pesos per night . It is around 3 dollars. I am very disappointed with this place I don't understand why travelocity that does not verified the information of this place.
• Cdkempcfii (2/5): Very marginal... - We booked our group into the Imbanaco on the recommendation of a colleague who is from Calí. It was located very conveniently to the two hospitals which we would conduct our training. Also, the air-conditioner was pretty good. Right there was where the positives stopped, and the negatives began. Let's just go right down the list. The room was clean but very small and cramped. The hot water in the shower was very hard to calibrate, it was either too hot or too cold with a tiny adjustment of the knob, and there was a lovely crop of black mildew growing on the windows in the shower stall. The towels were very thin, and more often than not I had to go to the desk and ask for one, since the maid had not left any in my room. The mattress was as hard as a marble slab. There was no cup in the bathroom, nor was there even a vanity. The in – room safe malfunctioned. My room, even at the rear of the hotel quite far away from the street was very noisy at all hours, especially in the morning when the noise from the lobby activity reverberated down the hall and into my room through the windows. The staff was friendly, and tried to be helpful. However the lack of any English language skill was definitely an impediment The staff was friendly, and tried to be helpful. Not that I have anything against athletic teams, but this place definitely seen more geared towards that type of thing rather than our expectations. In the end, everyone from our group ended up checking out early and moving over to the Marriott. We will definitely be back to Cali, but we sure as hell won't be staying here…

The location was way out of town, and mostly medical offices - very dead at night and not comfortable to walk at night. At 8am every morning, music blasted from the local restaurant into our room. Two of us changed rooms, as the initial rooms felt dungeon like - with no windows. Our bed linens referred to this hotel as Hostel Imbanaco. To all of us, it seemed more hostel like than hotel like. Room showers categorically were poor. Ours did not regulate properly between hot and cold. The shower drain worked poorly. Breakfast was marginally ok. Most of the residents of this hotel were young soccer players who were great young men needing low cost lodging. This was the perfect clientele for this hotel - it cannot pretend to be a mid level hotel. Only soap was provided - no shampoo. Staff tried to be helpful - speaking no English was a problem. It was nice to have a water dispenser in the lobby to fill water bottles. Overall, very disappointing!

• vicsil (2/5): Disappointed! - Nice staff who try hard. No one speaks English. But a very noisy place at all hours, regardless of which room you're in. Rooms are very cramped. Not enough surfaces. No trash can. Zero surfaces in bathroom to put your stuff on. Shower is a joke. Water pressure about as much as you could get out of a drinking straw. Food fair. Bathroom has small, very thin towels - one for each person. Bed and pillows hard. Maybe I've gotten spoiled.

There are salsa lessons nearby and some nice food shops. I only stayed 2 nights but it was a nice relaxing stay. The breakfast ladies will fix what you want, always with a smile on their face. The receptionist provided a map and tried to explain the places of interest. I would recommend this place for a short stay, but if I was staying longer I'd be looking for a pool as it is very hot in Cali

The pillows are bad bad like the reviews say, but the staff was kind enough to provide me several of them. The bathroom needs a shelf, but again the staff provided me a little table that worked great. Also the bathroom floor is very slippery. Again a staff member brought me his personal bathroom area rug so I wouldn't fall. The staff is amazing, the owners need to invest in pillows and improving the bathroom because everything else is great. BTW, the food cooked by Luz Dary was delicious!!!
