- N (10/5): 快適、サービスも良く、また利用したいと強く思う - 今回はコンサートの遠征、競馬場、親戚回りなどで3泊利用した。 馬込駅の出口すぐ横にホテルがあり、荷物が多かったのでとても助かった。 真向いにはコンビニやスーパーもあり買い物もできる立地で便利。 1階にはココスがあり、朝食ビュッフェをそこで食べることができるが、これがとても美味しくお得感たっぷりでとても良かった。 私が一番うれしかったのはワッフルメーカーがあったことで、朝からデザート付きの朝食を食べることができた。 コインランドリー・乾燥機は各200円でこちらもまたお安く利用できた。 フロントでは宅配便の受付・段ボールの販売もしている。 ガムテープはフロントの方が貼ってくれるという親切さ。 フロントや清掃のスタッフさんたちは皆感じが良く親切だった。 東京旅行の際にはぜひまた利用したいと思う。 特にないが、強いて言えば、 部屋にUSBポートがあれば良いと思うが、建物が若干古めのようなので、 しかたないかなとも思う。 自分でアダプタを用意していったので問題なしだった。

- Isao (10/5): 都内で良いホテル見つけた！ - 建物は新しくはありませんが丁寧に清潔に維持されていると感じました。 駅とコンビニが近くて便利。 ツインルームでしたがとても広くて快適に 過ごせました。周辺のコインパーキングも無茶苦茶安い。17:30から翌日9:15まで停めてましたが600円でした。 今回はこの近くに用事で利用しましたが、遠くてもこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

They were really professional and went to see them but the noise continued for my entire stay (3 days). When I say "noise", I mean loud banging from the closing doors because of a group who was changing from room to room non-stop. Nothing was done after. Also, the water pressure was non-existent on the 7th floor and it was quite frustrating.

- Ayumi (10/5): 清潔さ満点 - とりわけ、清潔面においてどこよりも掃除が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。 空気清浄機のフィルターも給水タンクも綺麗でしたし設備が新しいとは言えないけど、お風呂周りも無臭、よくある掃除で落ち切れていない汗臭さやカビ臭さのない気持ちの良い浴室でした。湯沸かしのケトルもなんの抵抗感もなく安心して使用できました。 立地も駅が近く、ココスが良い目印となってわかりやすかったです。 とくになし。3階だけ改装工事中だったので新たにオープンするのが楽しみです。一点、工事の関係でエレベーター内が養生されていて、館内のフロアの情報が全く見えなかったのは困りました。一階フロント横に自販機のフロア表示とフリーレンタルマンガ設置階が表示されていただけでしたので、他にも表示が欲しかったです。 朝食が良いとの口コミでココスだったので楽しみにしていましたが、ちょっと期待しすぎたようです。一般的なビジホの朝食で可もなく不可もなく価格相応でした。

The location was excellent since it was right next to the magome station and very convenient with Family mart and Aeon around. Heater in room was excellent for cold weather. The room itself was bit dusty, i could see lots of dust being accumulated on the desk. The walls had stains here and there.

- Bördlein (3/5): Viel zu teuer. Es gib in Tokio einfache und günstige Hotels, es gibt teure und bessere. - Die Lage ist sehr günstig an der U-Bahn-Station Magome. Das Personal ist bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ebenso die Toiletten. Das Frühstück im Lokal nebenan ist günstig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht: Wir zahlten 160 € / Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer, dafür sind die Zimmer sehr spartanisch. Japanische Hotelzimmer sind nun mal klein, aber dieses war auch noch altertümlich ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber das Unterbett war total versifft - wir bekamen aber auf Nachfrage ein neues. Das Personal spricht z. T. kaum Englisch (das ist aber auch in Japan nicht ungewöhnlich). Das Frühstück im "Coco" ist zwar günstig (1040 Yen), aber wirklich sehr einfach - auch wenn man japanisch frühstückt ("continental" gibt es recht genießbare Waffeln und Industrie-Croissants, das war's). Hinzu kommt, dass die Bedienung doch eine recht dominante Art an der Tag legt (nicht jeder Ausländer ist ein kompletter Trottel).
