• Violeta (4/5): - So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. Besides that we loved the location staff was really nice and welcoming.
• Richard (8/5): - L’accueil est parfait. L’établissement est simple à trouver et l’appartement était très fonctionnel. Seuls bémols : le stationnement payant et les installations (jacuzzi et sauna) ne fonctionnaient pas.

• michael (4/5): Logement grotte avec aucune luminosité - Les photos de l’annonce ne sont pas réelles par rapport au logement sur place. Vue donnant sur rien du tout. Ah si cela donne sur un terre plein en RDC. Logement extrêmement sombre. Il faut laisser la lumière allumée toute la journée.

• Sebastien (6/5): Moyennement satisfaisant - Situation géographique très joli. Le logement était bien. Litterie laisse à désirer. Télécommande de la TV payante... Tache sur les murs. Baignoire pas très fonctionnelle pour les enfants . Pas de serviette de bain. Piscine microscopique, idem pr le jacuzzi, dommage. Personnel parfois peu aimable. Nous avons dû faire nos lits à l arrivé.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Une bonne adresse - Un complexe bien situé. Il faut néanmoins prendre une navette pour se rendre au centre de la station et pour rejoindre les pistes). L'appartement est cosy, le balcon est parfait. La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe. L'accès à la piscine et au sauna, au jacuzzi et à la piscine est facile. L'endroit de détente est agréable et nous avons pu bénéficier de l'accès à l'espace bien-être. Cependant, l'endroit est petit pour autant d'appartements (notamment en vacances scolaires lorsqu'il y a beaucoup d'enfants). Le parking dans la résidence est pratique (à savoir : celui-ci est obligatoire). Le linge de lit est fourni ce qui est appréciable.

• Bert S. (4/5): Decent, but lacks attention to detail - This is a decent development in a good location. Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity.

• jean-louis (6/5): Vous appelez cela "Réception" !!! - Dommage que le personnel pour la reception soit en sous effectif et que la réception ne soit pas ouverte en permanence !! Ouvrir la réception à partir de 17h un jour de grande affluence (Samedi et Dimanche ) est tout simplement pas professionnel !! 1h d'attente pour obtenir la clef et faire la file d'attente , j'ai vu mieux comme"réception" !! Ceci ne remet pas en cause la qualité et le sourire du personnel qui fait au mieux ... Autre point qui relève d'une autre époque ...préparez le porte monnaie pour bénéficier du WIFI !!! inconcevable au 21ème siècle !

• Mickaël (8/5): Court séjour en septembre - Nous avons passé 4 jours à la résidence Néméa le grand lodge. Très bon accueil, la piscine est agréable et propre. L'appartement est propre, bien agencé et offre une magnifique vue, mais il manque des rangements, les toilettes font office de placard à balais et aspirateur. Dommage aussi que les parkings intérieur/extérieur soient obligatoires et payants et la TV en supplément.

• Frédéric (2/5): Très critique - Nous avons été surpris d'apprendre qu'un grand nombre de services n'étaient pas compris (TV, WIFI, PARKING, NETTOYAGE, ETC). Ce n'était pas un apparthotel, mais un appartement, il n'y a aucun service (petit-déjeuner ou autre). Le bâtiment était très bruyant (fête toute la nuit les 2 soirs) et très mal isolé. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet établissement et allons hésiter fortement pour utiliser votre plateforme, car nous connaissons bien les formules apparthotel, mais là c'était vraiment la catastrophe...

Location faite sur internet, prix attrayant, énormément de taxe pour passée un bon séjour plus cher que la réservation, ex: 50euro pour la TV, 30 euro pour le wifi, parking serviette etc tous est payant ! Rien n'est spécifier lors de la réservation ! Chambre super tout confort dommage d'avoir autant de supplément...

• Philipp (4/5): Leider nicht alles okay - Matraze leider unbequem und dreckig, Résidence Nemea Le Grand Lodge leider nicht wie beschrieben direkt an einer Piste oder zugänglich per Ski. Fernseher und Internet müssen separat bezahlt werden und sind nur jeweils für ein Device gültig. Das Bad wäre schön aber die Wassertemperatur ist zu kalt für ein Winterbad draussen. Sauna war nicht in Betrieb. Ansonsten für unkomplizierte Ski oder Wandertouristen okay.

• Alicia (6/5): Accueil sympa mais trop d'extra obligatoire - L'accueil a été chaleureux, enfin ça dépend sur qui on tombe à la réception ! Le parking est obligatoire (22€), les draps sont compris dans le forfait et les chiens coûte 37€ en plus pour le séjour. Des petits détails non précisé également : l'internet est gratuit dans le hall, 16€ supplémentaire PAR appareil pour l'avoir dans l'appartement, ah oui et la télévision c'est 42 € pour le séjour (que l'on y soit 3 jours ou 3 semaines c'est le même forfait..) sans oublier que la télévision est ridiculement petite ! Sinon la piscine est plutôt sympa tant que l'on n'est pas plus de 10 dans le bassin. Le sauna est pour 3 personnes, et le jacuzzi pour 4, choississez bien vos horaires pour y aller ! L'ascenseur est un +, quand il n'y a pas d'enfants qui jouent avec... Et pensez à prendre les chaînes pour sortir du parking, la pente est très très raide et pas souvent dégagé !!! Pour une résidence 3* je suis déçue même si c'est une construction récente donc tout est propre et presque neuf.
• Christina (6/5): Bra nytt boende för självhushåll - Uppskattade möjligheten att boka en långweekend med 4 nätter i januari. Vi parkerade gratis utomhus. In- och utfarten är brant och kan vålla besvär vid snöfall. Valde att städa själva och då fanns det en dammsugare att låna.

• Stephane (6/5): Organisation déplorable - Personne à la réception à notre arrivée. Appartement dans un état lamentable et pas de linge de toilette. Tv et parking payant!!!!!! Et pour couronner le tout j'ai payé le solde à l'hôtel et j'ai été débité du même montant par le siège de Néméa et d'où une réclamation de ma part ( en attente de remboursement......)
• roger (8/5): Excellent séjour - Excellent séjour malgré une météo capricieuse Nous étions très bien logés.Nous n avons malheureusement pas pu apprécier la piscine et le spa car surcharge.peut être cause du temps ,les gens ont préféré la piscine chauffée aux ballades sous la pluie
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice place but... - I loved the hotel but i there were no towels, toilet paper or soap. We had to find a grocery store to buy basic stuff which should have been provided in my opinion. It is hard to get to the hotel without a car, so the parking place should be free or the charge should have been added to the hotel price before booking it.

• Elena (8/5): A good residence - We lived here 20-27.06.2015. The view is super. The living is comfort: a bedroom and a nice dining room. The residence is situated far from the centre (1 km). If you come by bus Thonon-Chatel, you must walk with your bag up the hill for a long time, because before the season there are no buses in Chatel. And don't forget: if you use wi-fi near reception - it's free of charge, in your room - you must pay 16 euro per week per 1 login. The sheets are free of charge, but the towels are 10 euro per person, or you may take them from home)

• EURL (10/5): SUPER WEEK END PROLONGé ... - accès au ski bus proche. pas de problem de comodité à signaller. étions avec enfant et ados et tout le monde était content (2 places sur le canapé inconfortables néanmoins pas recommandé pour des adultes) sinon nous repartirons car le sejour était à la hauteur en rapport qualité prix. spa et sauna sur attente, mais quand meme gratuits !
• Verified traveler (2/5): La propreté devrait être un minimum !!!! - Mauvaise adresse sur le site internet, prix du parking invraisemblable et surtout manque d'hygiène !!! (lit plein de poils, cheveux, coquille d'oeuf ?!, même les draps sensés être propre étaient sales!, poussière, toile d'araignée, ne parlons même pas de l'état des wc...) Supplément à l'appel, aucun accueil à l'arrivée, l'appartement est équipé au minimum du minimum... La résidence est un vrai labyrinthe où l'on s'est perdu plus d'une fois ( prendre 2 ascenseur, une passerelle pour enfin arriver à notre bâtiment!) Aucun geste commercial concernant la propreté du logement, la personne étaient limite agréable ! Quand on pense qu'ils font payer 60euros le forfait ménage, c'est une grosse blague !
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good Time - Ski Vacatio: Sauna and pool quite small but enjoyable after a day of skiing. French bread availability at lobby in the morning is a plus. Sofa bed not located conveniently since impossible the exit the room once the bed is deployed! Recommend to call a day prior to arrival to ease and speed the check-in. Front desk attendees (especially Charlene?) very nice and helpful - thank you :) Check-out was smooth.
• CAROLINE (6/5): Mitigé - Arrivée tardive nous avions un papier avec toutes les informations pour accéder à l appartement. Il est difficile de trouver la résidence car pas très bien indiquée sur la route et une pente pour accéder à l entree. Mauvaise description sur hotel.com car la résidence n est pas au pied des pistes, il faut prendre un bus ou la voiture pour accéder au télésiège qui vous amène vers d autres stations (ç était notre raison pour le choix de la residence donc vous imaginez notre déception!). La piscine est très petite, pareil pour le jaccouzi et le sauna, dommage! Il y a une piste de luge au pied de la résidence c est très bien (un peu difficile pour y accéder avec des enfants en bas âge). Le personnel est tres gentil, avec prêt de luge. L appartement était pour 4 personnes, nous étions 2 adultes avec un enfant et heureusement car à 4 l appartement est beaucoup trop petit et manque de rangements. Le wifi est payant, la tv aussi (pour la tv nous n avons pas eu à payer mais) ç est bien dommage que tous ces petits services soient payant compte tenu du prix - plus de 150 euros la nuit. De manière générale, nous sommes plutôt decu de la prestation compte tenu du prix et du descriptif sur hotel.com (publicité mensongère?), malgré que le personnel soit tres bien.
• Dmitriy (8/5): Большой и спокойный - Расположение - недалеко от новых кресельных подъемников, ведущих в обе зоны катания Супер-Шатель и Лунга (можно ездить на ски-басе в Лунгу и Пре-ла-Жу, но с пересадкой в центре). На улицу выходит только корпус Grand Hermitage, позади него (объезжать слева) вниз по склону остальные 3-4х-этажные корпуса с единым двориком, ресепшыном и подземным паркингом (в снегопад без цепей можно не выбраться). С собой следует иметь полотенца, губки-тряпки-салфетки для мытья посуды и прочего, чистящее-моющее средство (чтобы потом не сняли 60е за уборку) и машинное масло для смазки дверных петель. Телевидение и интернет в номере платный. На ресепшыне интернет бесплатный, можно заказывать на утро свежий хлеб. В ски-руме был случай кражи лыж через верх ячейки (в ночь на субботу, когда происходил отъезд-приезд). Если приезжаете поздно вечером, на окне ресепшына будет висеть ваш ваучер с указанием номера (он открыт, приготовлен, ключ внутри). Ресторан неподалеку имеется, а все магазины - в центре Шателя.
• Vitalii (10/5): Шатель 2015 - Достойный отель для тех, кто не привык переплачивать за золото и бархат. Отдыхали семьей, номер небольшой, детский диван не очень удобный. В номере все есть, все продумано до мелочей, из кухонных и бытовых мелочей все было. Настроенным на позитивный отдых путешественникам все очень понравилось. Отдельное спасибо ничего не понимающему по-английски персоналу за улыбки и доброжелательность. Приехали ночью в воскресенье и были приятно удивлены, что нас встретили и разместили в апартаментах, несмотря на французские выходные!

• Verified traveler (4/5): OK place but lacking in some ways - Le Grande Lodge is a self catering residence. First of all, it is recently built and looks great from the outside. Inside the doors are crooked. We had two apartments and they all shared this feature. The apartments facing the valley are much nicer as you have great view and they seem to be better organized. The ones facing the hill are not as nice, the kitchenette is not lit at all and the windows face the steep hill which means you only enjoy indirect sunlight. Location wise the place is OK, it is on the outskirt of Chatel, 10 minutes walking to the gondola, but as it is rather steep walk it is much more pleasant to walk down town then back to the Le Grande Lodge. It is an excellent exercise though and I would not let that stop you! The pool and hot tub area is fine, the pool is a bit cold but the hot tub is comfortable, but the place is always crowded so it is hard to enjoy. Worst thing about the place is the management, we were asked to leave our room days before departure and they couldn't find any proof of payment when we arrived. The staff in the reception are excellent though!
