- Raquel (10/5): Primera vez que me hospede y lo volvería a hacer - Excelente hotel, me encantaron las instalaciones, tienen buena televisión, primer hotel donde pude ver Netflix sin problemas, camas cómodas, tiene todo en la habitación, desde secadora de pelo, plancha de ropa, excelentes espejos, todo muy bien, supero mis expectativas, el desayuno delicioso y la señora de cocina demasiado amable. Muy recomendado.

La ubicación, la limpieza y las instalaciones son excelentes: los espacios se mantienen cuidados, el ambiente es agradable y la atención del personal es amable. En general, es un hotel cómodo, bien ubicado y con un servicio atento, que podría mejorar aún más con algunos ajustes en la comunicación interna y la oferta gastronómica. Durante la estadía se presentó un incidente menor relacionado con el servicio de limpieza. La habitación no había sido completamente atendida mientras estuvimos fuera, y posteriormente una persona del personal intentó ingresar para dejar las toallas, a pesar de que la puerta estaba cerrada desde adentro. Entiendo la buena intención de cumplir con el servicio, pero considero que la presencia de rótulos de “No molestar” o un protocolo más claro ayudaría a evitar este tipo de situaciones y brindar mayor privacidad a los huéspedes. Por otro lado, las opciones del menú podrían ampliarse para incluir alternativas adecuadas para personas vegetarianas o veganas, especialmente para estancias de varios días.

- monikawi (8/5): - Příjemný hotel, který nás ubytoval i poměrně pozdě. Ve všem vyšli vstříc, ubytování bylo rychlé, což po dlouhé cestě přišlo vhod. Pohodlné king size postele, vana a klidné místo. Snídaně byly dokstačující, výběr z menu. Úžasné vnitřní patio s menším bazénem otevřeným už po ránu.

- Garcia (4/5): - El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion y segura, el area de la piscina muy tranquila para pasar un rato relajante. La atención al cliente por parte del personal de recepción y de cocina pésima atención (no todos), no supieron dar solucion a los inconvenientes que tuvimos en su momento y las actitudes de ellas bien prepotentes y como que no les interesaba lo que uno les estaba exponiendo al momento de expresar mis inquietudes, lastimosamente esperaba una mejor experiencia del hotel, como dice el dicho por unos pagan todos. Aqui detalles de lo ocurrido: Me brindaron una habitación diferente a la que mostraron en la publicacion, no hay ninguna vista a la ciudad, no hubo servicio de limpieza en nuestra habitación, el desayuno no dieron lo que muestra el menú y había producto lacteo en mal estado. Lo que mas molesto fue es que no les importo nada y no dieron ningún tipo de solución y al momento de solicitar al gerente encargado para poder poner la queja, manifestaron que no había uno en todo el fin de semana y que llegaba hasta el lunes. Pésima atención al cliente :(

Con Expedia.com solo está disponible habitación de 3 camas, solo ocupaba 2 y la habitación está contigo al bulevar, muy ruidosa por el transitar continuo de los vehículos toda la noche, tengo sueño ligero y me fue imposible dormir continuo.

I booked for the restaurant since I was tired and didn’t want to venture out for dinner after traveling internationally for two full days. Turns out the restaurant is closed on Sundays though. They did arrange food delivery instead which was fine. But my options were Pizza, KFC, or Dennys. Would have loved a traditional local food option. The staff were all wonderful and overall this hotel was a great choice.

- Dulceencanto (8/5): I enjoyed my stay for the most part! - I loved the fact that my room and my bed sheets were clean and bed was super comfortable. Everytime they clean the room, they left bottled water and sanitizer for you to use. I also enjoyed the fact that the pool was always clean. The female older chef was super nice to me and she went the extra mile when offering to help me with a health issue I experienced while I was there. She also cooked over medium eggs a couple of times for me. Kudos to her! I was very disappointed at the the breakfast they offered. It was cold most of the time and they serve you measured little kid portions. The flour tortillas were definitely old or they came from a package. Even though the breakfast is served like a buffet, they don't allow you to grab whatever you like and the portions you want, you are limited to grab only one type of the 2 or 3 options offered as breakfast. You are not allowed to combine. I was there for 14 days and after eating scrambled eggs the first 6 days, I asked the male chef if I could get a fried over medium egg instead but he told me that it would be a separate charge. The parking lot is small so be prepared but I am glad the hotel wasn't full while I was there. Also, they charged me my full stay (14 nights) in advance (I was not prepared for that) and charged me a little bit more than what I had agreed when I did my reservation with Booking. They explained that it was due to currency exchange but it didn't make sense because I paid with credit card in dollars. They had a safe box in the room but it was locked and I asked for the combination and they told me they were locked and they couldn't open those. Also, the maids make these loud noises in the morning while they are starting their shift and if you are on vacations, be prepared, because you won't be able to get the extra sleep you so much desire.
