- Lou (6/5): - I stayed in this hotel for my 1st visit to Hualien. In the Meilun region, there is one -star hotel (Meilun Hotel) and two 4-star hotels (Fullon and Li-Shiuan). I chosen Li-Shiuan because of the cheaper room rate compared with the other two before visiting. I think it is over-rated as a 4-start hotel. First, the check-in time is 4pm, which is the first hotel I have ever used with such late-check-in time. Most hotels have 2pm as the check-in time, while a few have 3pm check-in time. I arrived the hotel at about 1:20am, the lady in front desk told me I cannot check in before 4pm. My experience is that normally, one can check in at a 4-star hotel whenever a room is available. Second, the room is in good condition. However, the corridor has musty smell because air-conditioning available only for rooms. Third, there is no restaurant. The hotel is in a small building. which was not designed as a 4-start hotel. There is simply no food services. The room rate is cheap for a 4-star hotel. But it should be a 3 star or 2-start hotel.

- Shih-Chieh (10/5): 住宿的好選擇 - 客房十分乾淨，櫃檯與服務人員都很熱心。飯店的停車場是機械式停車位且限高1.5公尺，不過周遭很好路邊停車，走路到飯店的時間約2~5分鐘。飯店距離市中心也不遠，騎車大約是10~15分鐘的距離。非常不錯的飯店，以後來花蓮也還會選擇這間。

- Tzonghan (10/5): 適合有嬰兒的家庭 - 家庭旅遊很適合這裡，有澡盆跟嬰兒床！每層都有飲水機，但是沒有奶瓶消毒鍋。 距離市區跟東大門夜市開車10分鐘不到，房間舒適乾淨！如果是轎車 有機械式停車場，休旅車需要停外面馬路，但是晚上有人去巡邏！ 早餐是中西式，連續住兩天，早餐還是有些變化的，非常棒！ 還要簡單的健身房跟商務中心。 一樓有腳踏車可以免費借！

- Hh223355 (10/5): Highly recommend for business trip and family - 因為商務旅行的關係， 早到和一些平常自己旅行沒有的疑問需求也比較多，但工作人員都很親切的一一協助處理。房間十分乾淨、備品品質也很好、早餐真的好吃，雖說不在市中心，但在松園別館附近也仍是方便。是會推薦和自己回流的飯店。 Very clean , good service , very nice breakfast and full of facilities for free. They also provide free 2- hr bike rental and umbrella. I particularly like the staff’s kindness and warm welcoming. If u want to get rid of downtown and have a good place to stay, it’s really nice option.

- JIEYUN (6/5): 沒有特別會再入住的優點 - 住宿環境不錯 乾淨，早餐好吃 說有停車位服務，限制太多，底盤偏低no 車身過高no，當天開的是 Toyota Prius c 在櫃臺辦理入住，詢問停車，櫃臺人員連動都沒動往外看了一眼直接拒絕，後來再詢問一次才有人員到外面確認可以停，到停車梯時又以有天線（13公分）為由，拒絕停車 另外，在線上訂房使用這麼久，從沒遇過 要訂單號碼…找不到 要名字….找不到 最後用手機才查到 已經過了大概10分鐘吧！櫃臺也沒椅子坐，就一直站著互看 通常去check in都是飯店會將今日入住的資料列印出來，我們入住時間約9:00多，並沒有其他人潮 好不容易辦理好了，又無線電聯絡另ㄧ位同仁來確定是否已經付款….. 整體結論 1，入住環境佳 2，沒有的服務不要硬掰 3，人員訓練是否要加強

- Chiahsing (6/5): 狸猫换太子，蒸餃換公正包子，麗軒作法不公正啦！ - 渡假休息，再次選擇了麗軒國際飯店，早餐還分流選擇時間選用，是一個很體貼做法！原以為不論哪個時段都可以享用到提供的早餐，所以選擇最後的時段用餐。 五點半到頂樓看了日出，小憩一會，在九點半下樓用餐，看到告示「花蓮公正街包子」卻是放著蒸餃，後來才問服務人員怎麼內容物不符？回應已經供應完畢！既然已經告示供應花蓮美食，也沒說限量，就算是限量，也要讓不同時段的用餐客人，可以享用到花蓮美食？早知看完日出就來吃早餐了！這樣是很不負責任的做法！ 今天是周日，就應該滿足所有住客的需求，而不是一句供應完畢，然後再把告示牌拿下就當作沒發生，其他菜色在此時段也回補很慢，我很難苟同這樣的作法！ 住宿可以接受，但早餐的服務與應對亟需要改進！

- Te Hsien (6/5): - 因疫情原因，早餐是送至房間內用，份量適中，車位是機械式，大車或休旅車都沒有辦法下地下停車場，需停至150公尺的外停車場，飯店附近有很多可輕旅行的地點，不用開車也可到達。

We have called front desk for the light control problem, they have assigned someone to handle it instantly. Eventually it is not a hardware issue, only the light control system we don't understand how to use it. The room is clean, and bed is fine. Breakfast I would say it is fine for such a economic price.

- Polyflower (10/5): Clean budget room - Have been in Hualien many times with family, this hotel is one of the nice ones, clean budget room with friendly staff. Hotel also provided free bikes and rental motors which are the most popular ones in Taiwan.
- Cin_besttravel (8/5): It’s such a comfort place to stay in hualien. - We randomly chose this hotel in hualien. Only $2500 but three of us could have one bed each, with sumptuous breakfast! The breakfast is a must! 臨時起意來花蓮一趟，隨意找幾家旅宿比較，這家離市區並不遠，而且有早餐、車位！可以看海，也有許多簡單卻完善的設施，值得推薦。

- iluvjerm (10/5): Value for money hotel - A clean hotel just opposite to a catholic church! Took us just 1min to walk to church for mass on Sun. Hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms are good size and comfortable. Breakfast is varied the 2 days we stay here. Location wise, it is in a quiet area and just a short taxi ride away from the night market. 7-11 just opposite too.

They went an extra way to make sure our larger mini-van could park conveniently. The breakfast is delicious and packed with local delicacies. The hotel offers good value. They upgraded our rooms without asking.

- Shichen215 (8/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel with good breakfast. We live in a 4 people room, it’s quite clean and cozy. The shower is hot and strong enough which is also nice. Location is fine, 10 minutes by car to the biggest night market in Hualien.
- ryba9vg (10/5): 前台服務超讚 - We've beem travelling around Taiwan for almost a week, this is one.of the the best Front service we've had. Staff are friendly and attentive. They actually smile at you, which makes us feel welcoming everytime we walked pass. There is coin laundry and dryer facility on the top balcony, where you could sit down and have a chat while waiting for your clothes get dried. 來台快一週了，這是目前住宿過少有的前台工作人員會對我們微笑的。前台服務人員很好很親切。頂樓有自助洗衣烘乾設備，非常方便。還有一個陽台可以和朋友坐著聊天等衣服烘乾。很推薦。
- TobiS774 (6/5): Li Shiuan - This hotel is far away from the city center / train station. Keep in mind that you have to walk 40-45 minutes (or take a taxi) to the interesting spots of this city. There is not much to do in this area, when I was there (weekend in the beginning of october) most of the surrounding shops and restaurants were closed. Besides that the rooms are ok and clean. The staff is friendly, although their English skills have room for improvement. I would not stay there again.

Hotel caters primarily to Taiwanese tourists. The buffet breakfast had a wide assortment of Chinese options but limited Western food. The coffee was not good. The major drawback of this hotel is its location. It's a taxi ride both from the train station and the night market which is the primary attraction in Hualien aside from Taroko Nat'l Park.There are few restaurants within walking distance however there was a good Japanese restaurant a few blocks away.

- chongj681 (10/5): Cozy and warm hotel, awesome Lego wall perfect for family and friends. - 第二次來麗軒了。一如既往的貼心。上次跟朋友一起，有三人單床間。這次一開門是驚喜。孩子很忙，大人就有休息時間了。 自助式洗衣機一次可以處理我們一家四口的衣服，而且有烘衣機，在天氣不穩定和汗流浹背的夏天都能有足夠的衣服穿。 開車的話15分鐘就到火車站，吃的儘管簡單，倒沒關係，反正一出門就有東門夜市和街頭小吃 7-eleven在路旁 相比對面的親子酒店價位低好幾倍。cp值很高。 Awesome service with Lego wall 👍 which keep my kids busy and let us enjoy a hassle free trip. Self-service laundry and drying machine available at rooftop, so that we only need to bring a few sets of clothes for a 12-days trip. I guess it's perfect for biking trip too! 15mins away from train station and city center, walking distance to the Pacific ocean. Within budget👍 Simple breakfast though, who cares? Tasty authentic Taiwanese cuisine available in minutes. No matter you are heading to the Mountains of Taroko, or the beautiful sea at 七星潭， this is certainly the right choice

- Michael (8/5): - It's a nice hotel, with the aspects of its surrounding environment, hotel condition & services (laundry), breakfast, staffs, nearby foods, and easy walk to ocean side & north harbor with beautiful scene and no crowds. If there is another chance to visit Hualien, I will again live in this place. The only caution is the pickup/drop service to train station which seems not a standard service provided and you have to request when you book as well as make sure a day before your arrival in order to avoid confusion that we faced shortly but resolved eventually.

When we first entered the room, it has bad smell so we asked for change another room immediately. The staffs were friendly and efficient, they gave us a better condition room. However, overall still recommend it.
- J (8/5): - We stayed 3 nights in December. The hotel is very quiet, near to the seaside.There was welcome drink which you could get in the lobby. Good varieties for breakfast. The hotel also provide pick up and transfer from/to the train station as long as you book in advance. You will need to have your transport to go around and to the city center. The cost is about NTD 130-150 to city area / Dongdamen night market. Please bring insect repellent as the black tiny mosquitos were in the room leaving itchy bite marks around our bodies.. If you forget, the hotel also lent us their electric mosquito repellent. Overall 4 star experience.
