• Marvin (10/5): Great people, great location and super comfortable! I could not ask for more. - Breakfast was great. Pietro, the owner comes in every morning and puts together a beautiful spread. The fruit is so fresh and tasty. Pastries are delicious and there are lots of selections available for tea lovers and coffee aficionados. The location is perfect. It's steps away from transportation, historical sites and places to eat. And, it is also quiet. The rooms have been recently remodeled/ refreshed using the best materials. When the windows are this good the sounds outside are not an issue. The only thing I can think of that would have been better is if we would have more time there. 3 nights on the front end of a 23 day trip was way too short.

There are several excellent pastry shops very close by for breakfast. Netflix worked fine. The shower is on the small side but not a problem for us. • Giselle (10/5): Excellent property with a fantastic staff for a great price! - Everything was wonderful, from the location, to the room, to the staff….all excellent! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I sent them several requests both before I arrived and while I was there and each of the requests were answered promptly. They also obliged all my requests. Our room was lovely….elegant, spotless and spacious. If you plan on taking taxis a lot like we did, the location couldn’t be better. It is only a very, short walk to an active taxi stand. I struggle with long walking distances and I was able to walk to the taxi stand, luggage in tow, with absolutely no problems. I would highly recommend this property for both short and longer stays. I plan on coming back to Roma in the next year or two with my daughter, and we will definitely be staying here again. In addition to everything else, the price is great! I can’t believe how little we paid for such a lovely room and such attentive staff. That’s part of what makes this property special. I honestly can’t think of anything negative.

The room was very clean with comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. When we first arrived it was difficult to find where to check in because each floor seemed to have a different guest house business. The elevator was very small and a little to use.

• Kurt (10/5): Great Location But Graffiti in Trastevere is Unacceptable - Great location, nice clean room with comfortable beds. Michaela was excellent with communication. Trastevere is such a quaint and charming area; HOWEVER,... the graffiti EVERYWHERE detracts from the over-all ambience and experience. It is a shame that the local authorities allow such disgrace in an otherwise beautiful and historic area. As a result, I'm not sure I would recommend Trastevere to friends or family. BUT,.. if you're going to stay in Trastevere,.. I do recommend this hotel.

The room was well furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for dining out and all the sights were within walking distance for us.

En sortant de la station de train Trastevere il y avait des taxis et pour moins de 10 euros nous sommes arrivés devant l’immeuble. Beaucoup de restos et ambiance superbe mais tranquille en même temps. À notre arrivé, la jeune femme à la réception nous a donné des recommandations et on a pu partir explorer avec la tranquilité d’esprit que nos bagages étaient entre de bonnes mains. Lit très comfortable, et nous avions un adorable balcon pour prendre un café à tout moment de la journée. Très facile se rendre partout à pied. Le soir, le quartier est magique et sécuritaire. Aunque no incluía desayuno, nos dejaban diariamente snacks para desayunar al día siguiente y una cafetera con buen espresso, un gran detalle. Además, Muy cómoda la cama! The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a great place to land after a long flight. Outside the room was a little loud in the morning. Selvom ejeren personligt var meget høflig og hjælpsom, må vi desværre konstatere, at opholdet slet ikke lever op til den 4-stjernede standard, som beskrivelsen lægger op til. ​ ​Ingen hotel-fornemmelse: Vi forventede et hotel, men fandt et lille lejlighedskompleks uden skiltning. Da vi ankom, var døren til adressen låst, men da vi ledte efter en reception eller en tydelig indgang, skabte det stor forvirring og stress. Vi savnede klare instruktioner om, at vi blot skulle gå ind og bruge en kode eller ringe til ejeren. ​Vildledende morgenmad: Morgenmaden var beskrevet som inkluderet, men bestod kun af tørre tvebakker og kaffekapsler. Dette lever på ingen måde op til forventningerne for et 4- stjernet ophold, hvor man forventer en rigtig morgenmads servering. ​Standard vs. pris: Vi følte os vildledte af beskrivelsen på Booking.com. Faciliteterne minder mere om en simpel Airbnb end et hotel. Hvis man søger den tryghed, service og kvalitet, der følger med 4 stjerner, vil man blive skuffet her. Vi ville hellere have betalt ekstra for et rigtigt hotel for at undgå den stressende ankomst. Meget venlig betjening, men produktet stemmer ikke overens med prisen eller de angivne stjerner.

• Kim (10/5): 10/10 would recommend! - My wife and I came to Rome for our honeymoon and this was our first stop. Let me tell you now, you definitely won't regret staying at A Trastevere da M.E. The facility is very clean, the location is great, and the host went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a good idea of what we could do in the area. Will definitely be coming here again on our next trip to Rome! If I had to choose to say something it's that they gave us these Italian candies that I just could not get enough of. Went out to get some more to bring home!

• Heather (10/5): Just fabulous! - Fabulous location right in the middle of the Vatican and Colosseum, about 25-30 minute walk each way. Michaela and Elisa were both extremely friendly and helpful, correspondence was excellent. They even helped celebrations for my husbands 60th birthday by providing a bottle of fizz and snacks and a card signed by both.

Das war ziemlich laut in der Nacht. Die Dusche hat ewig gebraucht um warmes Wasser zu geben und der Druck war zu niedrig

• Renate (10/5): Ganz hervorragend: wir werden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! - Hotelpersonal äußerst herzlich und hilfsbereit: es wurde auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir bekamen auch sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe. Tolle zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig, Einrichtung modern und Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das war uns aber egal.

Wokól dużo kafejek i restauracji i wspaniałe tiramissu robione ma miejscu Merisu. W pokoju kawa, ciasteczka na dzień dobry. Z okazji naszego święta otrzymaliśmy wspaniałą niespodziankę , ale to już nasza tajemnica. Przemili właściciele , pani Elisa przekazała wszystko co chcieliśmy woedzieć. Atmosfera jak w domu. • Louise (10/5): Wonderful location, wonderful hosts in a wonderful city. - Wonderful location just on the edge of the lively Trastevere area, near transport options but also an easy walk across the Tiber to the main attractions. The room exceeded all our expectations - spacious and absolutely spotless. Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice to have tea and coffee and some crackers in the room too so we could have a leisurely start to the day before going out for breakfast. A really great place.

The room was well organized and comfortable, and it was clear that attention was paid to even the smallest details to ensure guests’ comfort. We really appreciated the high level of cleanliness and the quality of the in-room amenities. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location was also very convenient, close to a tram station and a supermarket. We highly recommend this hotel

Waking distance to most Rome attractions, still just in case taxi stand behind the corner. Definitely Trastevere is area for food lovers and strollers.

We were an hour late because we lost the connections, but the lady at the reception was so kind and made us feel very very welcome. The room was big, comfortable and the bed was amazing. We even got free snacks and coffee every day. I would recommend this place to anyone spending a few days in Rome. It's situated in the best location that can ever be and yet, it is silent and very comfortable. Grazie per averci ospitato e per averci fatto sentire così benvenuti! Non vedo l'ora di tornare. It rained a lot, so the room being in a historical building, it was a bit humid. Nothing a dehumidifier cannot fix. Everything else was perfect <3

Localidade privilegiada, prática de se locomover e ao mesmo tempo um bairro autêntico e charmoso com ótimo restaurantes. Apenas achamos o edredom um pouco pesado demais, seria bom ter uma alternativa de cobertor mais leve.

• Joseba (10/5): Situación inmejorable y con calidad de un cinco estrellas. - No sirven desayunos, pero tienes todos los días en tu habitación un cafetera nespresso con cápsulas,calentador de agua, una cesta con sobres de cesta tea..., leche, mermelada, galletas y biscotes. La habitación es super silenciosa, no afecta para nada el trafico de los coches, totalmente nueva, limpia y confortable. El baño es nuevo y confortable, tiene todo lo necesario. No hay nada negativo, simplemente aclarar que no es el típico hotel, es un edificio ( imagino que de pisos de esos de antes super grandes ), hay 5plantas con dos pisos por planta y casi todos están dedicados a alojamientos. Este esta perfectamente reformado y consta de cuatro habitaciones totalmente nuevas, grandes y cada una con su baño, aparte tienen otra habitación que hace las veces de recepción. Recomendable al 100x100

Ogni volta che veniamo a Roma cambiamo struttura, ma la prossima volta sicuramente torneremo qui se sarà disponibile. • Cuevas (9/5): Amazing, If im ever back in Rome i will stay here again. - Great, great location. Literally 5 minutes walking away from the historic city center and in the middle of Trastevere. Good food can be found within 2 minutes walking distance. There was no hot water / water on a day, but the Livia / Francesca were of great help and the issue was lifted relatively quickly.

• Emma (9/5): - I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect, it was easy to walk basically anywhere. The breakfast was not included but there was still some coffee and crackers which was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place! The bed was a bit too hard.
• Lyudmila (10/5): - Loved this small hotel in a center of Trastevery, extremely clean, beds are very comfortable, great quality of linens and towels, color coordinated. Michaela and her cousin Elisa make you feel like you are staying with friends. Returned this year after staying here 2 y ago.

• Winnie (10/5): - The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The elevator didn’t work at one point and it was quite scary. It would be helpful if a check-in instruction is provided beforehand. Also it would have been perfect if there’s tissue paper in the room.
• Raphaëlle (10/5): Parfait Guest House - Très beau ghest house. La chambre était grande, très propre et le service était impeccable (petits chaussons comme à l’hôtel). Localisation : on peut tout faire à pied. L’hôte Elisa qui nous a reçu était très gentille. Elle nous a très bien informé avant notre arrivée et à notre arrivée. Tout était au top.
