• Dana (10/5): - It is in a great location, minutes from the interstate. Parking lot is very well lit up, a necessity when traveling. The entire staff was friendly and very welcoming from the word go. Three room was very spacious and clean, I went with one of the suites for the extra room and the couch. My grandsons had plenty of room to move around. According to my grandsons the best thing about the hotel was the indoor pool. It was well maintained and the area was set up nicely. Enjoyed my stay and I'll definitely stay there again!

• Scott (4/5): I would avoid right now - The lobby air conditioning is out (as of 9/6/25) and has been since June, according to an employee. They were unsure when it would be repaired. This is also the area where the breakfast is served. It was way too hot inside to enjoy the breakfast so we went to a nearby restaurant instead. The room was okay, however, the AC was intermittent in there as well. Overall, too many problems with this stay to stay there again. The physical facilities were fairly nice, though.

• Chris (4/5): Not recommended - When I arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working in half the building. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The food options listed as “walking distance” weren’t really options due to the highway that would have to be crossed on foot. Worst of all was that even though the hotel was listed as a nonsmoking facility it smelled like smoke in the building and especially in the room I was in.

• JOSHUA (2/5): Do NOT stay here - This was hands down one of the worst cheap hotel experiences we’ve had. Not only was the hotel itself dirty and extremely poor in quality, but we were also charged the full amount AGAIN at checkout by manually adding our card number, even though our stay had been fully prepaid through Hotels.com. I called to get it resolved, and the first representative claimed there was only a $10 incidental charge. That was false ~ I was staring at a charge of over $120 on my card. When I called back, the next rep was incredibly unprofessional ~ she even put me on speakerphone without asking, and I had to request she take me off speaker. She promised to call me back with no call back. When I followed up again, another rep casually told me they were “trying to figure it out” but had “other jobs to do,” and couldn’t tell me whether they’d get back to me today, tomorrow, or ever. It was clear they had no urgency and no respect for the fact that they were holding my money. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s dirty, mismanaged, and clearly has no concern for their guests. Charging customers twice and brushing it off like it’s no big deal is absolutely unacceptable.

• Stidham (6/5): For the money, this place was mediocre. - Location, ease of getting to it, continental breakfast Urine stains in the floor around the toilet, frayed carpet, stains on the luggage bench.
• Kyle (10/5): Marcos made check in a breeze and after a quiet evening in a comfy bed the breakfast was perfect. - Clean and quiet If you drive around back to leave the parking lot it and end up in the parking lot of the racetrack it takes seems like you are getting out but can’t. I had to really think to find something I didn’t like about the property.
• Alexis (6/5): Okay - The air in the lobby is out and it is too hot to sit even in the morning time for breakfast. The front desk people were nice but I felt bad for them having to be in the hot lobby. The air in the room took a while to get the room cool. The fridge in the room needs replaced. It was barely functioning. The rooms were clean. The coffee machine in the room needed cleaning though. But other than that the room and bathroom were fine. I was charged more than I should have been so also look at what they’re charging you.

There were only very sheer curtains that closed all the way, which mean that I had floodlights from the parking lot shining into my room all night with nothing I could do about it.

I ended up using a few towels to maintain it. The ac never got cold enough. The beds were very comfortable. Overall I really like this location and have been here at least a hand full of times. The staff is very friendly and I will definitely be back.

• bocE5797SW (2/5): Horrendous Stay & Service - Charged $137.50 for a broken bed that was broken before we checked in to the room. Was lied to my Manager Maria that the rooms were inspected prior to check in. We know it was a lie because the room wasn't even cleaned in time for us to check in, so we had to check in late. Wife noticed bed was sunken in when we first entered the room, but we aren't ones to complain so we just stayed in the room without complaining. Fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night and woke up the entire family at 2:00AM and 3:00AM. Removed the battery and it continued to beep all night with no answer from the front desk so we just dealt with the beeping all night. Pitiful front desk service and awful breakfast options. Will never be back regardless of if we get reimbursed for the bed or not. Absolutely horrible hotel.
