• Edriss (10/5): Very comfortable and pleasant. - The staff and the location. They have very limited parking place. Also the entrance to the hotel is slightly challenging, especially to people with disability. But the staff is very willing to help.

Localisation un peu éloignée du centre Problème d insonorisation : on entend le mécanisme de l ascenseur dans les chambres mitoyennes à l ascenseur. Bruyant même sur l arrière de l hôtel par de la musique à fond dès la fin d après-midi provenant de l extérieur

• Jamie (10/5): Top choice for a visit to Ramallah - I had an excellent stay at the Royal Court Hotel. The reception staff members were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were also super helpful with my queries around transport. My room was top quality. Spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ramallah.

• Abigail (4/5): Disappointing - Very smooth access to services, receptionist was wonderful and accommodating as well as the room being organised when we arrived. The majority of the male workers unfortunately didn’t respect our privacy, were often rude and nosey. After a boy came in the room to help us he then sent his friend a few minutes later (we presumed it was so that he could also take a look at our room as well as we didn’t request him) which we found be unnecessary and a rude invasion of our privacy considering he was meant to be working at the restaurant not for the rooms.
• Tom (7/5): It's a good hotel, and a good place to stay in Ramallah. - Since my last visit, the format of breakfasts has changed: it's no longer a buffet (which I prefer) but now the food is brought to your table. Nevertheless it was a very large breakfast and very good. Even though I arrived early, the staff were able to do my check-in. It's a good hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was a very old, tired and damaged arm chair in my room. There was a fire alarm during the night which took a while before it was turned off.
• Tom (8/5): It's good, but I feel standards might be slipping. - It's a good place to stay if you are not too picky, but it could be better for the price - the staff are friendly and helpful, there's a good restaurant/cafe, and the rooms are ideal for a good stay. I had two single beds pushed together under the same sheet, so it was impossible to sleep on them both and I had to choose one or the other to sleep on! The bathroom could have been much cleaner, and there was no bottle of drinking water in my room.
