• Martin (10/5): Great! b - B102 was perfect for 2 people needing a place to relax and unwind from daily life. It was in a great location, close to Destin and Navarre. We enjoyed the pool, weather and location. The only thing that I could think of is the hard mattress on the bed. Other than that, we slept just fine (just a little back pain from a hard mattress). Everything else was great.
• Nickolas (8/5): Nice decent stay - Nice view of pool and bay from room. Overall it was good, safe, clean and quiet. Its location isn’t bad and is near restaurants and shops in town. Communication was fast and thru the app Seemed a little old, there was a slight smoke smell and we had to get new sheets. Also they only include towels and washcloth for exact number you said will be there. So ensure you put down the exact number because there won’t be enough. Also the doors didn’t lock.

Price was good for our budget The internet didn't work that great. Bed was too hard my back hurt every morning when I got up. And the dryer didn't work on my floor. Over all it was nice. And the beach was really small also I was expecting a bigger beach ⛱️

• Annmarie (10/5): Great stay - The location of this property is perfect. Not in a busy area. My favorite part was that it was on the bay. The decoration of the condo was super cute we will return the pool was dirty everyday that we stayed at the location no one ever cleaned it.

The code to enter didn't work on arrival and we were later getting to check in and had to call to get a new code and finally got in. I don't like having so many codes to enter 😕 😫

• Tracy (8/5): Very good - The view of the bay There was no contact with any staff at all. Except by phone. No information about local attractions. Check in was strictly 4pm. Even the rooms were ready when we arrived at 2:30 And a 10am check out is a little to early.

• Charlie (8/5): Great quiet place with beautiful views. Definitely a wonderful place to chill and relax 😊 - The condo was very clean. The bed was very comfy. The room had nice beachy decor with a small kitchen and table. The property had great water views with a nice pool area and close to some restaurants. There’s a couple of gas stations around. If you drive about 3 miles your at the beach. I would definitely want to stay again. I wish the room had a hair dryer on the wall. It would of been nice to have a fan for people who sleep with one, and a broom if you want to sweep while your there. Other then that it was great. 😊
• Debbie (9/5): great loved the bonus beach was small but nice. - I would have liked a hot tub . confusion with code not working took several tries and even the lock box did no work. they finally got us in with a code. The one thing I didn't like was I called 2 days before we left to get clean towels, they said they put in for a work request. When I got home that day there were no towels. when I called customer service they said we get one package and we were responsible to wash them. You should have told me that prior I even asked do I need to do them and the customer service person said no.

• Steven (3/5): Discomfort and worry - Never had breakfast there was none,but the location is the only reason I didn't leave early and wanted my money back I felt cheated Wrong door code and when we finally got into the room no hot water,called and reported it hoping they'll fix it never happened you would think someone would reach out to fix the situation never happened had to boil water to bath are risk freezing to death . After this I will be booking hotels from now on vacation fail

• Nosinborn (7/5): Great find! Affordable and perfect views. - The modern decor was nice, and the view was amazing! The bed was horribly uncomfortable.
• Gina (6/5): Mehhh.. . - Good location with easily accessible restaurants and shopping nearby. Entry code did not work upon arrival, despite numerous attempts. I called the # in the confirmation email for the property management co. The person I spoke with was not able to reset the code and said someone would contact me to assist me in accessing the unit within 30 minutes. I didn't hear from anyone. After waiting for an hour outside, alone in the dark, I texted. The code was reset, but that code didn't work either. While awaiting further assistance, I re-tried the 1st code and was able to get in. The air conditioner stopped working midway through my stay. There were strange noises that I never discovered the source of (for example, a sound like a telephone busy signal that I heard frequently throughout my stay, a banging sound that periodically came from the elevator area). A portion of the ceiling in the bathroom was rotted. The unit had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke, although it was supposedly a non-smoking unit. The light over the dining area did not work.

• Limabo88 (4/5): Property Management Ruined the Stay - Adorble decor. This was second time staying here (thought the first time may have been a fluke). Nope! Bad again. I feel bad for the owners of this property as Vacasa (the property management company) is wrecking the experience. their fake attempts as 'customer service' are a joke. The door code they gave me was wrong so I waited for hours for someone to arrive to let me in that never showed up. Upon arrival the door didn't lock from the inside (a big safety concern) and they were completely dismissive of the request. Again saying someone would "be onsite in 5 minutes" and never showed up. The best was when they let someone else in the unit while I was there and then denied it! Total joke.

Having a realtor come in during my stay (unannounced). The door code not working and then ignoring it and then the door not locking from the inside. each time customer support said someone would be right there. they never showed up. I feel bad for the owners. Horrible.
