Why did we have to pay if we wanted coffee pods replenished in our room? It’s a five star hotel - I don’t understand that. And a full length mirror is needed in the rooms. And please improve the club sandwiches at the pool bar. As my husband described them - they were like ‘toasted beer mats’!! Not acceptable at a price of €17 each!

• Madeleine (8/5): Eine top Lage und eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit kleinen Schwächen. - Die Lage war sehr gut, ebenso gibt es zwei Kinderpools, einen Innenpool, den Strand vor der Tür und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schick ebenso die Zimmer. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Bettwäsche und die Kissen fühlen sich toll und luxuriös an. Die Aussicht in den Garten ist wunderschön. Kidsclub wirkt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso war bei genauerem Hinsehen einiges im Zimmer schon etwas älter (Tische hatte Lackflecken, der Seifenspender war nur geklebt und der Kleber löste sich langsam wodurch alles locker wurde). Dennoch ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Preise in den derzeit zwei offenen Restaurants sind unserer Meinung nach zu teuer. Buffet für 50 Euro pro Erwachsene und 25 Euro für einen 2-jährigen zu veranschlagen ist nicht angemessen. Auch sind 3 Euro für eine Nachfüll-Kaffeekapsel auf dem Zimmer übertrieben. Sauna hätte Man auch extra bezahlt.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e acolhidos durante toda a estadia. Denotamos uma preocupação com o total bem estar do cliente. Pequeno Almoço muito bom. Um excelente hotel para descansar. Não obstante a qualidade das opções das cartas dos restaurantes e bares, os preços são elevados. Na avaliação dos wc's de mobilidade reduzida temos a apontar que embora estas sejam bastante espaçosas,as sanitas se encontram colocadas muito junto à parede, o que dificulta as manobras da pessoa com mobilidade reduzida. Gostaríamos de ver neste hotel (como em muitos outros em Portugal) assegurada a acessibilidade à piscina por pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Existem cadeiras (por exemplo hidráulicas) que possibilitam que a pessoa se transfira da sua cadeira e seja "transportado" para o interior da piscina e depois também possa ser "elevado" da piscina até à sua cadeira. Este sistema está amplamente disseminado nas cadeias de hotéis em Espanha e é em nosso entender essencial em todos os hotéis que verdadeiramente queiram ser acessíveis a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

• Alan (7/5): It’s a lovely hotel, it feels not quite finished but we would recommend and hopefully it will be finished shortly - It is a lovely hotel, we liked the location, just by the beach, and it was quite peaceful. Breakfast was really nice. Our room was lovely. It felt a little unfinished. Work was still being done while we were there. Some of the staff were not terribly helpful. The indoor pool was pretty cold and the showers there were unusually they were so hot
• Gabriela (3/5): Precisam de melhorar muito a qualidade - O hotel é limpo, moderno e muito elegante. A nossa experiência começou logo mal no check-in, onde não nos foi dada qualquer explicação sobre o funcionamento do hotel. Entregaram-nos apenas a chave do quarto, sem indicar horários do pequeno-almoço, localização dos serviços ou qualquer outra informação relevante. No primeiro dia, fomos colocados num quarto junto às máquinas da piscina, o que tornou praticamente impossível descansar devido ao ruído constante durante a noite. Na manhã seguinte (sábado), por volta das 8h, começaram também obras, aumentando ainda mais o desconforto. Após a nossa reclamação relativamente ao barulho, foi-nos atribuído um novo quarto, o que agradecemos. As funcionárias de limpeza foram tratar do quarto depois das 20h. Tivemos ainda de ligar duas vezes para a receção para solicitar toalhas limpas para podermos tomar banho. Relativamente ao spa, não nos foi explicado no check-in que era necessário um cartão para utilização das toalhas, nem esses cartões nos foram entregues. Apenas quando já estávamos de robe e nos dirigimos ao spa é que nos informaram de que teríamos de regressar à receção, nessa mesma condição, para os solicitar. Depois de uma noite mal dormida, durante a tarde estávamos finalmente a descansar quando recebemos uma chamada do hotel para responder a um questionário de satisfação. Informei que não era um bom momento, mas, ainda assim, voltaram a ligar cerca de 5 minutos depois. Quando fui expor todas estas situações à responsável, a experiência foi igualmente negativa: fui constantemente interrompida e, em vez de procurar compreender ou resolver os problemas, limitou-se a referir que o hotel tinha sido construído com muito amor e dedicação, sem em momento algum apresentar soluções ou demonstrar preocupação com os transtornos causados. O pequeno-almoço também ficou aquém do esperado para um hotel de 5 estrelas, tanto ao nível da variedade como da qualidade. Por fim, após a mudança de quarto, esqueci-me de uma garrafa térmica no quarto inicial.

• Mélodie (10/5): Belle expérience dans cet hôtel - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et attentionné tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la chambre, qui était confortable, bien équipée et très agréable. L’hôtel en lui-même est calme, ce qui permet de se reposer pleinement et de profiter d’un cadre apaisant. Le petit déjeuner était un vrai plus : varié, de qualité, et servi par une équipe souriante et très agréable chaque matin. En résumé, une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter !

• Meghan (5/5): - The resort itself is great and very close to the beach. The pool and wet bar staff were lovely and very helpful, and really made our stay enjoyable. It’s a fine resort but I wouldn’t consider it a 5 star resort at all. I had an allergic reaction due to mislabelled food (I carry an EpiPen for a peanut allergy but can eat other nuts) and the hotel restaurant staff were unbelievably unhelpful considering how serious this was. No one could tell us what was actually in my meal beyond “mixed nuts”, even though the allergen label for the food made it seem that it wasn’t a possibility that peanuts could be in the food. We did previously mention to staff about my allergy, but when we told them that I was having a reaction no one seemed to appreciate how dangerous this was. I can appreciate that there’s probably a bit of a language barrier, and understand that there’s never a guarantee that food is allergen free, but the hotel’s lack of a response to a medical emergency was really surprising.

• Michał (10/5): Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu szczególnie ze względu na pyszne jedzenie w opcji HB - Hotel jest ogólnie świetny. Lokalizacją idealna dla osób które lubią spokój. Jedzenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Takie szczegóły jak kilka rodzajów ryb wędzonych na śniadanie, z 12 rodzajów serów, kapary oliwki cebulą i przede wszystkim nielimitowany sok wyciskamy z pomarańczy. Zero kolejek na śniadanie czy kolacje. Zero walki o leżaki na basenie - sam basen top!!! Ogromny. Bardzo uprzejma obsługa recepcji czy restauracji. Duży darmowy parking zamykany na szlaban. Plaża 4 min na piechotę a samą drogą na plażę drewnianym pomostem. Plaża piękna. Spędziliśmy tam wspaniały tydzień wakacji. Nie mogę powiedzieć aby mi się coś nie podobało jednak widać że hotel najlepsze lata jeśli chodzi o wykończenie na już za sobą. Jednak jest czysto i bardzo przestronnie. Co wieczór różnego rodzaju spektakle, pokazy magii i koncerty na żywo do kolacji czy w lobby.

• Helder (7/5): - Gostei do conforto, dos funcionários principalmente quando tomamos o pequeno almoço, sempre muito acessíveis. Não gostei de quando fui para a piscina interior e estava um grupo de pessoas a fazer uma algazarra de todo o tamanho e a "nadadora salvadora" nada fez, muito passiva. Aquele posto de trabalho bem podia ser extinto, pois para enfeitar já está lá outra a dar as toalhas.

A localização é literalmente na praia dos salgados Como fomos em dezembro com meia pensão, só havia um restaurante italiano disponível. Tínhamos sempre de ir pelo exterior para o restaurante e a carta era muito pequena pelo que acabamos por ter de repetir as refeições.

• Joao (1/5): Foi a pior experiência que tive em unidades hoteleiras em Portugal. - Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos, a piscina interior e o SPA estavam a funcionar. Efetuei a minha reserva tendo por base que a refeição de meia pensão ao jantar era em regime de buffet, está foi a quarta vez que fui a está unidade hoteleira, chegado ao hotel sou confrontado com o buffet encerrado, alegando que o hotel está vazio e por isso encerraram o buffet há vários dias. O hotel deu como alternativa um pequeno restaurante no exterior do hotel ainda que dentro do complexo, para o qual necessitamos realizar reserva prévia, a situação escalou na segunda noite, pois apercebemo-nos que mesmo no restaurante a ementa que estava para nós disponível não era a do restaurante, mas uma ementa reduzida, e onde não era possível repetir pratos, refira-se que o restaurante era temático “italiano” e para quem não aprecia este tipo de comida não tinha alternativa, pois como disse a ementa estava fechada. Para não falar do incomodo de termos de sair para o exterior do hotel a noite percorrer 100m ao frio em dezembro até chegar ao restaurante, Mas tudo assume outra dimensão quando de manhã chegamos ao pequeno-almoço, que foi servido numa sala de reuniões, onde não estavam disponíveis pratos e bebidas quentes, sendo nos dito que estes eram servidos “a la Carte”, estamos a falar de um grupo de 11 adultos, que teve de esperar pelo café quente, leite quente, chá quente, ovos mexidos e panquecas, café, etc… onde tudo chegava a conta gotas. O “buffet” de frios que estava disponível era o que tenho encontrado em unidades de 2*, mas para uma unidade de 5* é simplesmente vergonhoso, foi a pior experiência que tive em unidades hoteleiras em Portugal. Ao balcão do hotel chamei o apoio ao cliente que me disse que nada podia fazer para entrar em contacto com a booking o que fiz e aguardo respostas. Deveria ter sido previamente informado desta alteração e deveria ter me sido dada a hipótese de manter a reserva ou escolher outra unidade hoteleira, não foi está a experiência que eu comprei, nem é este o comportamento que se espera de um alojamento de 5*, sinto me enganado p

E não deveria aceitar hospedes se não têm as condições para os receber, desconhecia este facto, caso contrário nunca teria efetuado a reserva. Não foi está a experiência que eu comprei, nem é este o comportamento que se espera de um alojamento de 5*, sinto me enganado pois o valor que paguei não corresponde ao serviço que me foi prestado.

O ar condicionado no quarto só fazia frio, foi necessário a manutenção ir ao nosso quarto consertar ao inicio da noite. Pequeno almoço nada de extraordinário para o valor pago.

• José (9/5): Espaço e localização muito boas! - Excelente espaço, staff muito prestável e ambiente muito acolhedor. Estivemos lá em Novembro e correu tudo bem. A piscina interior é muito agradável. Pequeno Almoço muito bem servido. A regulação do ar condicionado é um pouco confusa, sendo que estava um pouco de frio no quarto e nos espaços comuns.

• Stefan (8/5): Algarve Urlaub Einstieg mit Potenzial - Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr umfangreich und gut. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich! Es könnte beim Frühstück etwas mehr Abwechslung geben. Auch lässt die Qualität von gewissen Produkten nicht den 5* Standard durchblicken, so beispielsweise Rührei was leider das typische convenience- Rührei ist, trocken und für ein 5* Hotel darf man da mehr erwarten. Die anderen Eierspeisen waren ok.

There is zero customer services, there is clearly a lack of training and supervision … Did not feel welcomed at the hotel . What a shame

We attended a family wedding and had a wonderful experience. Limited spaces for drying towels in room. No natural light near mirrors. No vanity station with mirror to do make-up. I wonder if the room was designed by a man.

• Niels (7/5): Schöne Lage und Umfeld bei leider minderwertigem Essen - Die Lage und der Poolbereich sind sehr großzügig, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet Das Essen war einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Der Restaurantbereich wirkt eher wie eine Kantine. Die dargebotenen Speisen waren zwar sehr vielfältig, aber oft von schlechter (künstlicher) Qualität und vieles was warm oder heiß sein sollte war höchstens lauwarm oder sogar kalt.

• Sandip (6/5): Lovely staff and great location location but the hotel is not up to 5 star standard - The property is very well located, a quick and easy walk to the beach via a private walkway. The staff are also very lovely especially Annabel in the customer care team. The rooms are not 5 star quality. One of our fresh towels were stained, tea and coffee in the room were only available at an additional cost (we stay in 5 star hotels on a regular basis and have never before observed a cost for in room tea and coffee before), the armchair in our room was badly stained and there were very limited vegetarian options in the restaurants.
