• Levy (10/5): In summary, this was a very clean location that was in a good state of repair, is right off I 95 so it’s convenient for - This is the fifth motel I have stayed at in the area, and was the cleanest, had no holes in the wall or broken windows that I found at other locations, even the bathroom was in good shape. I had my dog with me and and, although there really wasn’t a good grassy area for her needs, there was enough for the basics. If you need to stay in Santee I highly recommend this location. No grassy area for my dog

• Road281858 (4/5): Good for an overnight while traveling and exhausted. - Santee, SC Travelodge. Hole in the wall, not impressive but I really wasn't expecting a 4 or 5 star for the price I paid. Room had a good bed, clean pillows and hot shower.

• Robert (6/5): - pet friendly. you can tell they're trying to make it a better hotel. Still aways to go, but for overnight it was ok. no bugs, the room didn't smell. Had some noise from next door, but one call and they took care of it.

Not the best but it was ok for a one stop stop. Lights next to the bed were brighter than an airport!! Even though this review might give it a seven, Im giving it a 6.

• Stephen (10/5): - The property is old. The room was clean but dated. Plumbing fixtures all need to replaced. Great for an overnight stay and the value, however, I would not bring my wife there.
• Jason (8/5): Good but… - This place is a hidden gem in Santee. That said, the outside of the front entrance and both parking lots are horribly rundown. The rooms are renovated and clean. The bed and water pressure in the shower is fantastic. For a solo stay, perfect for me.
• Dean Heffler (9/5): - Older property so it needs some upgrades and care. Pretty clean but the floors are always sandy and gritty. Staff is friendly and accommodating but there's only so much to ask for within the price range. Breakfast has lousy options and the little refrigerator is frozen over. Some yogurt juices and fruits would be a nice addition. No OJ, Apple Juice available. The breakfast bar and dirty floors. They are pet peeves of mine

• Thea (1/5): - The location. For your information, this is my 3rd review. The room was dirty. The bathroom was filthy (the shower curtain was disgusting). The shower was broken. The telephone in the room didn't work. Room service didn't clean my room everyday 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️. According to the front desk, I only had 15 minutes after arrival to make the complaint and request a refund. I had airline difficulties and arrived to check in at 10:00 p.m. Who would pay attention to the room that time of night? Most importantly, the pool was out of service. I was dry and dirty. Your advertisement showed a beautiful pool, which I chose specifically for my granddaughter. Very disappointing!!! Your staff claimed there was no pool advertised. I would have never chosen Travelodge if it didn't have a pool!!! It was the worst experience for me and my granddaughter!!! The only thing that worked for us was the location. It was close for my family visit. Breakfast wasn't accommodating either. My granddaughter and I were not messy guests. Very disappointing and disgusting!!!
• Jason (6/5): - What a dump! Room was decent, clean but the exterior is a dump! Smells, it’s dirty, garbage, very small parking. Don’t bring a trailer, there is no turn around, you have to back out into the busy road. We didn’t even eat here because of how unkept this place is and can only imagine how the food handling/ storage is.

If not for him my stay would have been unpleasant. - Rahul Patel was the best with customer service along my whole vacation and I traveled through 6 states. He greeted me politely and ensured I had everything I needed for my family and I. I would like him to be recognized and awarded for his immaculate service. Thank you Rahul and Travelodge.
