- Christian (6/5): Face de la fenetre - L'amabilité du personnel et la propreté La literie ne nous a pas semblé confortable. Dommage d'avoir choisi cet hôtel en bord de Lac pour voir un mur en face de la fenêtre. A préciser lors de la réservation, même si prix plus élevé au moins on choisit en toute connai8de cause. Attention aussi l'hôtel est à plus de 20 kms de l'autoroute.

Le petit déjeuner super rien ne manque. menage des chambres au top félicitations à toutes je reviendrai dés que possible avec beaucoup de plaisir impossible mais la vue sur ce si beau lac mérite qu'on s'y arrête.

- Joanne (9/5): Perfect hotel to stay and location gorgeous. Amazing staff - Love this hotel … we stayed twice this holiday to and from Spain. Clean, comfortable and staff so friendly. Area is gorgeous so we stayed an extra couple of days to check out the coast and surrounding areas. We even had a day in San Sebastián Spain to not far away and hotels there very expensive. Highly recommend. We always ask for a room onto the carpark as has a patio door so easy with the dog and getting luggage in and out. Great breakfast too. Highly recommend staying here. See you again next year. Would have loved a fridge in the room for my medication. Found Spanish hotels have them but French don’t seem too

- Joanne (8/5): Amazing hotel, very comfy, staff very warm and welcoming. Will be back next year - The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and loved that the room opened out on the carpark for our dog. This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this area on our way to Spain from UK and will definitely be booking here for next year. Loved that our little dog Hugo was made feel welcome. We normally don’t book breakfast as we can’t take Hugo in hotel restaurants but here you could and breakfast was delicious . They have a water cooler in reception where you can top up your bottles. Little touches like that make you feel so welcome. We stayed for 2 nights this time and got to see the beautiful surrounding area and beach at Capbreton. Safe secure parking and we were able to park right outside our room. Nothing

- kenneth (10/5): Lovely clean good value hotel - Lovely hotel beside a beautiful lake. Safe onsite parking and friendly efficient staff. Good selection of food at breakfast. It doesn’t have a bar or cafe but the casino next door is available for both

Chambres et salles de bain de bonne taille, literie confortable (sauf peut être les oreillers), magnifique buffet au petit déjeuner avec un large choix salé et sucré. Personnel très agréable, parking sécurisé. Il faudrait indiquer que l’hôtel ne possède pas d’ascenseur pour accéder au 1er étage. Nous étions tous les 4 très chargés car en trajet pour un déménagement.

Le plus de l'établissement est la place de parking privé. - accueil: personnel fort sympathique que ce soit le soir à mon arrivée, ou le matin au petit déjeuner . Les personnes sont souriantes et disponibles. petit déjeuner: parfait. chambre: étage 1 la moquette serait à renouveler : couloir et chambre. les oreillers ne sont pas confortables, trop épais et durs.

- Cindy (5/5): Pour une nuit en chambre triple mais pas plus... - la réceptionniste du soir était extra, l'emplacement près du lac. C'est un hôtel un peu vieillissant et les chambres pour 3 sont trop petites, pour 70€ ce n'est pas acceptable, y a d'autres hôtels au même prix avec des chambres plus spacieuses, il faut baisser vos tarifs ! La literie fut un peu dure et un minuscule emplacement de rangement.
