- Michael (10/5): Everything was fine. - Hospitality and Service. Everything was answered fast and resolved without any problems. Also plenty of water every day and that you can call room service for cleaning anytime. You can hear alot of outside noise from the Door and the view is not that privacy friendly. Alot of windows in the opposite direction.

When asked about parking, she said that the valet had gone away, this was at 4pm. She asked me to park in basement. When I went down there, were no parking slots available. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around Muscat, whether for sightseeing or business. What truly stood out was the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I would especially like to mention Mr. Abdul Samad, the General Manager, whose leadership clearly reflects in the smooth operations and high service standards of the hotel. It’s rare to see such attention to guest experience, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, comfort, and value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Muscat.

La chambre était vieillotte, les rideaux jaunis par le temps. On a dû attendre un bon moment à la réception que nos chambres soient prêtes et pourtant il était 17 heures. Réception légèrement désorganisée.

- Mehmet (9/5): Konforlu bir konaklama - Bu sene 2. kez konakladım bu otelde. Ummanda bir çok merkez vardır. Bu otelde orta noktadadır. Çok erken gittiğimiz için çok az bir ücretle erken check in yaptılar ve açık büfe kahvaltı ikram ettiler. Yine geldiğimde burada kalırım.

Quant au service de nettoyage, il y avait toujours une serviette ou deux manquantes et quand on les appelait, il fallait attendre une éternité pour qu’ils nous l’apportent.
