- Thanasak (7/5): Perfect location to visit Sun Moon Lake. Room and facilties are a bit old. - Near the Sun Moon Lake. Spacious room for the price and come with Japanese futon and onsen bath. Nice view to the cycling path around the lake. Cleanliness is the real issue. The toilet was not properly cleaned from the previous guests. Furnitures are worn and outdated. No bicycle for kid’s size.

What we enjoyed most is that there is a walkway from the hotel connecting directly to the walking path around the lake. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. - Nicole (10/5): - Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, weil es so schön und komfortabel ist. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen luxuriös. Die Lage direkt am See ist fantastisch. Und nur ein 10min Spaziergang bis nach Shuishe. Das Essen und Buffet ist sehr lecker. An der Rezeption beim Einchecken wurde fast nicht Englisch gesprochen, es war schwer sich zu verständigen. Am nächsten Tag war anderes Personal da, mit dem ich meine Frage gut besprechen konnte.

- Ernst-Georg (7/5): Etwas angejahrtes Hotel mit großen Zimmern - Schönes großes Zimmer mit komfortablen Bett und Balkon mit Blick über den Sun-Moon-Lake. Hoteleigener kostenloser Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Der Ort ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Den Frühstücksraum empfanden wir als ungemütlich mit Kantinencharacter. Busgruppen werden untergebracht und verköstigt. Die vorhandene Bar hatte während der zwei Tage unseres Aufenthalts nicht geöffnet, hatte aber auch nicht offiziell geschlossen. Man steht dann da und wartet, ob vielleicht jemand kommt. Das Hotel liegt an der Seeseite die trocken fällt, wenn der See wenig Wasser führt. Das war in diesem März der Fall, so dass wir mehr auf trockenen Schlamm als auf Wasser geblickt haben. Aber da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts für.

- Jess Lai (10/5): Lovely hotel away from the tourist bustles - Lovely hotel, very clean and good facilities even though it's a little dated. Very convenient with shuttles to nearby tourist centers and free bike rental. The large bathtub was very nice, even came with a wall mounted tv. The kids loved the play room, both free and paid. The breakfast was also full of choices and very tasty. Sadly the lake was very dry in front of the hotel. Thought it would be nice if the hotel could inform us before the visit. There was also a musty smell in the room, which went away when we opened the windows, but then the kitchen fume from downstairs traveled into our room through the bathroom vents due to lack of air pressure.

- OURA (9/5): オススメするので泊まってみて！ - スタッフの方もサービスも親切でした。送迎シャトルバスや台中までのチャーター車も対応していただいて、充実した日月潭を過ごすことができました。また、朝は自転車で湖畔を巡りながらロケーションも良かったです 朝7:00〜朝食が出来るとのことで7:00に行きましたが、まだお食事が温まるまで時間が掛かっていたのが残念でした。でも、食事は美味しかったです

- Ivan (9/5): Good location and very comfortable. - The breakfast was great. We have a family of four with some allergies and there was something for everyone to eat. We especially liked the fresh fruits and selection of hot food and local dishes. The room was very comfortable. Having a soaking tub was wonderful and nice to relax after a long day of walking and touring around the lake. The room was spacious and the tatami area was perfect for our little ones to sleep in their own semi-private area. The balcony with the water view was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Free use of bicycles and the free game area were great ways to keep the kids occupied. Free shuttle to and from hotel to the bus stop was appreciated. The bicycles could have been maintained better (adjusting seat heights was difficult). The kids club is an extra charge but I didn't see that stated anywhere under the amenities. The room was a little dated but good enough. We came to enjoy the lake and nature, not to spend the day in the hotel.

- YiYun (9/5): 滿意度高！只有些微可改善的缺點。 - 面湖景很美！房間夠大！泡澡池也很大！舒適度夠！也很安靜。加購的晚餐牛排、豬腳都好吃！飯店和餐廳的服務人員也都很親切！會是值得在二訪的飯店！ 609蓮蓬頭無法固定，底座鬆了小可惜，另外房間燈光不足有些昏暗。
