Personel güleryüzlü ilgili. Otopark sorunu yok otel önüne ve ya arkada özel park yerine vale hizmeti var. 1 yıldızı tek kaldığımız odadaki yatak arızalıydı (Bir bacağı havadaydı!!!) ondan kırdım. Ayrıca yatak altı çok tozluydu temizlenmemişti.

Ansonsten ist der Service sehr gut gewesen. Der Spa und Fitnessbereich war ausreichend und die Lage zur Innenstadt war zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Für eine Sightseeing Tour durch Konya, einfach perfekt.

- Andrei (8/5): - The hotel was nice, staff are really friendly. Breakfast was simple, not bad. Only downside – room wasn't clean, floor and shower was really dust. Socks became dirty in a moment. And there was cigarette ash on a windowsill.

Gece 12 ye kadar arka mahallenin bagiris cagirislari, yuksek sesle muzik dinlemeleri bitmedi. Polisi aramalarini rica ettim bir sure sonra kesildi. Personeli tumuyle gorev ve sorumluluklerini ozveriyle yerine getiriyordu. Hepsine tesekkur ederim.

- sabahoglusena (6/5): Good located, nice personal - We were here for only 2 nights.The hotel is very good located, the breakfast was very variated and good.The hotel needs to update.We had a large room but it was smelling like someone it was smoking.On our second night we changed the room,the staff it was very helpful, friendly and good people they understand us and they offered us another room, but this time the room had windows to the hall, it wasn t that good for us because we don t use the AC so we couldn t ventilated the room with fresh air. It was clean, also it was cheap place to stay.

The hotel reception is always open which is very handy and hotel is near mevlana museum a walking distance as well as to other important places of visit. Good value for money. I definitely recommend the place and will stay in this hotel anytime.

- Eda4600 (2/5): DONT COME HERE - I was so excited for this hotel because i wanted jacuzzi at the room. When we Saw the room There was a Hole In the blanket and There was some wires. We Said it and they put a towel on it. We was at the jacuzzi and when The Water was all over the floor, so We tried to dry it With towels. We checked the room and There was only 1 slippers. We were to adults and one baby. There wasn’t bathrobes or buds and the room was dirty, There was a lot of dust. At aftenoon We complained to the reception and We Got another room. There wasnt finner only breakfast. I wouldnt recommend it...
- FinaIshak (10/5): Nice spacious hotel room - We requested for family room of 4 (2 children and 2 adults) and they managed to arrange the room for us. Bathroom was equipped with bath tub so my children enjoyed it verh much. The staff was friendly and they speak good English and helpful. Location is quite far from town centre, but since we drove on our room, there was no problem at all. Breakfast was a standard Turkish breakfast so no complains there.

The rooms are smelly & terrible, the staff have no training and don't care, and the manager is mostly standing in the street smoking! My room wasn't cleaned during the 5 days I was there, a previous customer's stuff was in my room, and the shower was broken. Stay away, unless you have to.

- wesalk2018 (8/5): Looks can deceive - My wife and I are frequent travelers in Turkey. And usually book 4 star hotels for around 120 TL. Over all satisfied because of the price we paid. We thought we made a bargain booking a room at this hotel for less than what we usually pay. But understood why the price was low when we got there. The hotel gives a much better impression on photos than in reality. It seemed like the hotel wants to be something bigger and better than it is. New owners maybe? Rooms Nice design and all. But not clean. Air Condition did not want to go below 24°C. The personal came to try after calling 3 times. They didn't understand what the problem was. So we reset the settings on the AC with a hairpin on the remote (this is by the way a general travel tip, but the hotels don't like it, so don't tell them) Check in They had trouble finding our online booking from hotels.com, and encouraged us to book again. And thereby pay again. We insisted on them double checking the booking. And had to wait for ten minutes with constants no's from the guys at the desk. When they finally found it, there was no politeness or humbleness, they just gave us the keys and said OK. Parking The hotel information said parking available. We did not expect it to mean on a corner of the street in the back alley of the hotel next to garbage containers saying no parking within 5 meters. Location Great location. Walking distance to main streets with the Mevlana Museum, beautiful mosques, shopping, restaurants etc. We are not saying the hotel is bad. But it is not a four star standard hotel. It looks better than what it actually is.
- santhoshg118 (8/5): Feel the culture of hospitality - Konya is full of Rumi and Sufis. The hotel is at walking distance from the Museum of the Mevlana. So you can feel the closeness to the great Mevlana and enjoy the hospitality deep-rooted in the Konyan culture. The hotel rooms are good and the breakfast enjoyable. The chef was kind enough to make special vegetarian food for us for lunch and dinner.
- 547semras (10/5): Great hotel - Excellent service, rooms are extremely clean and well kept and hotel staff is very helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local attractions. Breakfast is great and hotel grounds are very clean. We will stay here again next time we are in Konya. Highly recommend it!
