Guest Reviews
- Cristapor (6/5): - Good place to stay
Excellent rapport qualite prix. Je recommande vivement..
- Yves (6/5): Dommage, vaut pourtant mieux.
- Marius (4/5): Never come back - A small room, noise every night from the elevator, the heat big and hard to sleepit
- KAUSHIK (6/5): Very Old and run down property - The hotel is very outdated, still using keys for the doors. There is lots of disturbance when the next room door is closed in the night as they make lot of noise. The rooms not sound proof at all. Bathroom sealing is coming out, there is a plasterboard in the corner of the roof which is left unattended. TV location is not good. The enterance of the bathroom had rail and I tripped in the night twice and heart my leg. Mattress is very outdated and springs in the mattress will not let you sleep. I asked for egg in the breakfast and they said they dont do that which is basic requirement. I will definately not go back to this hotel.
- George (8/5): - Hotel was well priced and close to Expo Centre.
Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly.
My son joined me and we stayed in a family room, beds were confirtable and it was good.
No coffee or tea equipment or other things in the room, but tv was ok and bathroom was a reasonable size.
I've stayed in much worse in this area.
This was good and the people very nice.
Lit confortable
- Christophe (10/5): - Tres bon hotel, personnel accueillant et compétent
- Manuel (4/5): - The hotel is near the metro station and in a street with shops and restaurants. I had a room in the top floor. The room was clean, but small and poky, especially the bath room. WI-FI was unavailable in my room and the reception of several TV channels was unsettled (hotel was booked up). Additionally I didn't get an invoice for my stay.
- Tere (10/5): - It's really close to the subway and everyone is so kind.
- Omar (8/5): 2-Night Solo Trip - Awesome experience, you get what you paid for. Super friendly staff. Metro 5-minute walk from hotel. Only two problems are: 1.Thin walls everyone has been talking about (But it doesn't wake you up from sleep) 2. There is a fan in the room but it was so loud when you turn it on. But anyway, would love to come back.
- Julio A Reyes (10/5): - El personal no comunica
- Heitor (6/5): - Great location, good restaurants nearby. Poor wifi signal inside the room.
- Erline (8/5): - Bel emplacement, hébergement bien proche du métro
- Verified traveler (10/5): Gutes Hotel - Mitarbeiter sehr nett
Service super
Rarement vu cela.
- Erline (8/5): - Assez bien
- Verified traveler (4/5): - You can hear and feel the metro passing below the hotel every few minutes
- Svein Erik (10/5): - Bra lokasjon til messeområde. God seng.
- Mahmoud (8/5): - Good place.
I recommend highly!
- Lan (4/5): - The place got a greasy feel and smell. Room is small. I booked a room with twin double bed, but in turn, they gave me a room with 3 twin beds on the top floor with no elevator access. Floor is squeaking, the room is really in the attic, with two sky windows (glass got tapped up). The guys wants 2 euro for a cup of hot water / tea. He charges everything you ask for eg: store luggage or water. BTW, there is no hot water kettle, or small fridge at all in the room.
- Fule (2/5): - Small rooms, small bathrooms, no air conditioning, no refrigerator, small space between the rooms, finally no acceptable for the hospitality business.
- Steve (6/5): - Reasonably priced. 10 min walk to Paris convention center. But no air conditioner. It was 100 degrees and ridiculous. I hope they put it in the description.
- Verified traveler (2/5): A éviter absolument !
- Verified traveler (10/5): Cozy Stay - Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Easy to get around, comfortable beds, and just enough space for us to get around. Very cozy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stay in August 2020 - Nice staff but terrible view on a wall in the backyard and the noise of the Metro underneath the building and really too expensive for what it is worth - rooms are also much smaller than they appear on the pictures and rooms facing the street way too noisy. Very hot as well, the fan was badly needed.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The fan in the room was very noisy -- it wasn't possible to sleep with that on. And a fan was certainly necessary, since it was 38 degrees outside when we visited. There was also no "do not disturb" sign, so got woken up by housekeeping knocking on the door early in the morning. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was clean and the neighborhood very trendy
- BRANDON (8/5): Early Check In Equals Happy Customer - I had arrived pretty early to my hotel after travelling all night to Paris. I was able to check in early and leave my luggage in the storage as I went to explore the area and get some food. Once I returned back to the hotel and relaxed in the lobby area, I was kindly given a key to a room so that I may sleep and rest. This made me super happy as I got to do just that.
- Vijay (8/5): Everything was nice - I stay in this hotel for two night. Hotel was very nice. Trams, metrostation, and bus stop is near to hotel. At the reception mr. Moamed he was nice guy and his service was good.
- Michael (10/5): Great stay, great price - Great stay not too far from the center of town. Booked here last minute and was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room size was quite nice for Paris, quiet room, and only 40 minutes by train to the Eiffel Tower. Within 10 minutes walking distance to metro station and safe area. Check in and check out were a breeze when booking with hotels.com
- VILIUS (8/5): Budget stay. - OK hotel- nothing special, rooms are small but OK. However, be warned: if you put "Hotel Luxor" into google, it routes you to a wrong address.
- gary (10/5): oasis - good place breakfast bargain nic people safe area
- Verified traveler (4/5): Good location but noisy at night. - Stayed for the Expo Protection show in Porte de Versailles Pavillion. Great location, only a 5 minute walk away from the venue.
Staff are nice and friendly. Room was cleaned to a good standard.
I got a single room and not the double as booked. The room was very small and also very warm.
- Ye (6/5): Great staff, nice location, comfortable - Great staff, warm, smiles and welcoming. I don't speak French, no problem. Great area, food, transport links. My room was on the fifth floor with no lift, may be not for family with young kids or elderly. Thanks Toufik and the lady, I had a comfortable, great stay.
- monika (10/5): - Pleasant and friendly and helpful staff. Very great experience.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not a comfortable stay - The room is quite small and basic, the shared toilet was clean but the shower was small, unclean and the shower head was not attached to the wall so water sprayed out onto the floor. The walls are paper thin and it is close to the metro so there is quite a bit of noise from fellow guests and passing trains. We found the staff to be quite hit and miss as well, the gentleman who checked us in late at night was friendly, however housekeeping didn't knock and walked straight into the room while we were in there and the morning that we checked out the staff were noticeably irritated that we were sitting in the lobby planning out where to go next with our map. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay and we won't return.
- Christian (4/5): Not a good option - I preferred to lose my money to stay in this hotel. I arrived at the hotel with my children and I found that the manager only spoke French and screaming to a person upstairs.
I went to a nearby bar to book in another hotel lost my money.
The hotel does not look like the photos and cleanliness is not the best.
- derek (8/5): Great for cheap get away - Easy to find from metro. Great place for buget travel with very friendly staff. Very clean too. On complaint would be no lift which you feel after a long day walking
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - This was the worst place I've stayed!! Nice staff but shockingly small rooms!! Couldn't even fit two suitcases on the floor!! Would not recommend to anyone, it's horrible!!
- Krishna (2/5): Never going to stay here. - Very convenient for public transportation. In the heart of Paris. Rooms are tiny. Bath rooms are 4 square foot. It wont fit a person. Hot water is a problem.
- Vesa (6/5): Decent and affordable - A nice stay at a friendly neighbourhood not too far away from Paris. A good choice if you're going to spend most of your day sightseeing.
- Tiffany (8/5): Great for Price - Friendly staff. Comfy bed.
- Steve (8/5): Nice hotel not far from central Paris. - Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Next time I visit Paris would go back there.
- Helen (10/5): Bargin !! - Was great, really comfy beds which wasnt expecting.. Location great... Noise from other rooms not great and no lift but cheap and cheerful!!
Bargin ! Would stay again..
- D (6/5): A cheap hotel close to the metro. - 1 common bathroom, 1 common shower in the hallway for the whole floor. The room has a sink and a tiny desk.
- Anwar (6/5): budget accocmadation, short walk to metro, - stayed on 5th floor so lots of stairs, wifi worked in room, 24 hour front desk, plenty of convenience stores, bakeries and restaurants. especially the cafe dumont opposite the metro.
- akhtar (2/5): Very bad Hotel - it was very bad hotl! bad service! i wanted to reserve hotel in paris and searched in internet by website hotel.com, and i found this hotel in paris and i reserved it, while the hotel was outside auf paris! ! it is cheat!
- Jules 98 (8/5): Good value basic hotel - An ideal hotel if you need to see Paris on a budget. A short walk to the Metro and plenty of lower cost restaurants nearby. No lift so be prepared for a walk.
- burny (8/5): Great for the price - Great and very nice staff
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good for price - Room was very small, there are six floors with no elevator, and wifi was only available in the lobby, but it was still a pretty good bargain. The staff was a bit grouchy, but ultimately there were no problems. It's in a nice quiet area far away from most tourists, but only a 3 minute walk to the nearest train station and a 15-20 minute ride to all of the main attractions.
