Sauna is smaill but would have been okay but jazcuzie is not working, no benches placed at sauna. They are placed outside where you cannot rest after sauna. It should be in sauna area. Receptionist not helpful at all. When i was checking-in, was told hotel restaurant for dinner not available, by the receptionist. Next day found out of course dinner in restaurants is available. Another receptionist did not bother to give taxi number on the phone and told me to come downstairs to take the number! He said sorry later saying he was busy but come on, his tone was rude enough on the phone itself! Bartender guy and restaurant staff were great though! Location is great. O Hotel está muito bem situado. Infelizmente, na povoação, ainda se notam as marcas da tempestade ocorrida no inicio de 2026. No entanto, muito foi recuperado e permite desfrutar de S. Pedro de Moel. Estava na expectativa de que o quarto seria virado para o mar e com varanda.

• Marisa Santos (4/5): - O pequeno-almoço é bom (incluí ovos mexidos e bacon) e a vista para o mar é ótima. O jacuzzi estava avariado há 3 meses. Pagamos o mesmo pelo quarto e a reserva não permitia cancelamento. Só depois da reserva feita e do pagamento efetuado é que fomos avisados. Por isso, acho que devia ter havido uma compensação qualquer. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, também achei o WC muito pequeno. A porta quase batia no lavatório que era também era pequeno.

• Török (6/5): - The breakfast and the staff was super nice! The room was not clean, we continue to found long black hair everywhere. The base board of the bed was really dirty, looks loke it wasn't ever cleaned. Due to the humidity, the room had an odor, also you were able to see that the walls and furniture is already ruined because of the humidity.

O que menos gostei foi da limpeza da casa de banho. A cabibe de duche estava com imenso caruncho e falta de limpeza nos vidros.

La habitación estaba descuidada, el papel tapiz se estaba despegando, las cortinas se veían bastante deterioradas el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y el baño lo peor de todo, pequeño al abrir la puerta para entrar tenías que hacer malabares entre la tasa del WC y el lavamanos para no golpearte.

• Rocío (7/5): Holly week en pareja - La ubicación del hotel frente al mar y el faro que hay cerca que es muy bonito. El desayuno buffet bastante abundante. Las camas eran grandes y bastante cómodas. El lavamanos de la habitación estaba atascado, por lo que era imposible usarlo. Avisamos en recepción y dijeron que lo iban intentar solucionar pero al haber tanta gente en el hotel fue complicado. Aún así, lo recomiendo.
